Media: Russia will form a division of carriers of super-torpedoes "Poseidon"

In Russia, a division of Poseidon super-torpedo carriers will be formed. These special nuclear submarines will be part of the Pacific fleet Russian Navy at the end of 2024 or at the beginning of 2025.

This message was received by the news agency TASS from a source close to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

He said that the division, consisting of nuclear submarines with Poseidons on board, would be based on the Kamchatka coast.

The decision to form a division of special-purpose nuclear submarines in Kamchatka has been made. We are talking about December 2024 or the first half of 2025

- says the source of the agency.

The media has not yet received official confirmation of this information.

Earlier, the General Director of the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) Alexei Rakhmanov announced plans to reduce the production time of nuclear submarines. At the moment it takes about seven years.

The task is to reach six

- said Rakhmanov.

Armament for special submarines is also being prepared. So, recently the TASS agency, citing a source, stated that the first batch of Poseidon torpedoes for the nuclear submarine Belgorod had already been produced. This means of destruction is also called "Weapon Doomsday." It is believed that it is impossible to intercept anything.

The Belgorod submarine was handed over to the Russian Navy last summer. So far, she does not have a main weapon on board and is undergoing a trial operation as part of the Northern Fleet.

Everyone in Russia already knows that the carriers of the Poseidons will be based in Kamchatka. Even the targets have already been chosen on the west coast of the United States. laughing

In the words of a classic. If anything, then let them prepare. To the ground. So before doing some stupidity, let them think 100 times, otherwise you won’t fix anything later.

Let's make a reservation right away: everything that is described in this material is available with a simple search in Internet sources, including major Russian media. We are talking about the nuclear submarine "Ulyanovsk" of project 09853, which is being built at Sevmash in Severodvinsk, which is classified as a special-purpose submarine and also carriers of the same Poseidon complex, which causes sad thoughts about the frailty of earthly existence in many military analysts of NATO countries. Ulyanovsk is the third carrier of the Poseidons, but at the same time it is also a separate project - 09853, which differs from its predecessors (Khabarovsk of project 09851, Belgorod of project 09852).

"Ulyanovsk" is positioned as "a single complex along with weapons" in contrast to the previous two boats with "Poseidons". That is, this is already the first boat of a completely special construction for the Poseidon, more technologically advanced. It was laid at Sevmash in 2017. In January 2021, TASS reported on the upcoming hydraulic tests of the hull of the Ulyanovsk under construction. They promise to hand over the nuclear submarine no earlier than 2025.

How, all the same, it is wonderful that the most modern and powerful complex will bear the name of the creator of the world's first state of workers and peasants. The world's first state based on the principle of social justice and equality. The state that defeated fascism and gave mankind the Cosmos. Hurrah, comrades!

Well, at least get over it, but the Ulyanovsk submarine is in honor of the city of Ulyanovsk - the birthplace of Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov (Lenin). Ha ha ha! The bakers are beaten off.

As you call the ship, so it will sail further ...
Let's start with Ulyanovsk, former Simbirsk.
Yes, they have already forgotten about Ulyanovsk in the country. Now it is only a remote province. Which is remembered only with UAZs barely breathing in capitalist conditions.
Anyway. Let us even omit the sad story of the lodger of the mausoleum on Red Square, who was disposed of when the Moor had done his job.
There is also a history of the history of our fleet. Nuclear aircraft carrier Ulyanovsk. Unfinished and cut into scrap metal by Ukrainians after the betrayal of President (state criminal) Yeltsin. However, I don’t remember what position he was in at the time of the signing of the Belovezhskaya Pact.
Therefore, I do not believe in fairy tales about New Ulyanovsk.
Although I have a direct relationship with 10 Russian nuclear submarines. He took a direct part in the construction of their warm heart.
But the submarine division sounds proud...

One Sarmat cannot cover all the primary targets in the United Kingdom, even with 10 BBs: the "BB Breeding Area" does not allow ...
And the UK, according to the most modest estimates, has at least 6 objects of destruction scattered across the territory of the Kingdom (crooked mirrors!). Therefore, either Yarsy, or (at worst) Iskanders ... horned ... By the way, they were recently brought to the Far Far Far Away kingdom-state on occasion ... (Kaliningrad region - 39th region! - that's what we call bully )
However, there is another option: discharge the 885 project according to the ones indicated for the defeat of the NC, well, or stun the sirs with the Mace from the 955 project!
Up to the very tomatoes, but "so that the head does not shake!" And so that "the Englishwoman never crap again!" Yes

Here is an interesting algorithm for using Poseidons. First, ICBMs, then Posedon or Poseidon, then ICBMs. It seems to me that it is difficult to synchronize Poseidon and ICBMs at the same time. Purely theoretically, for fear. And so no one will ever use strategic nuclear forces.

It depends on where the submarine will be located and where the Poseidon will be located. Maybe they will stand in standby mode under the US Navy bases ... It will be necessary to close issues with the US submarine bases and aircraft carrier sites .. Do not let them go to sea. . So, perhaps the "Poseidons" will be hammered out earlier.

The question is, of course, interesting ... (c)
The whole point is what signal will come to use ... If at the appointed time - then one thing, If - in the shortest possible time - then another ...
At the expense of "synchronization" - this is a deliberate application of a "strike" at the APPOINTED TIME. That is, we, anticipating the adversary, inflict on his territory, bases, forces in the sea RNs.
If the use of weapons in the shortest possible time, then this is the launch of AUVs when they are ready for combat use ... Targets - either the coordinates are entered immediately, or they will come with the receipt of the SBU, or it can be the enemy’s AUG ... It all depends on who you follow or what task is set in combat order (order) ... Here.
But ... in both the first and second cases, you need to change clothes "according to the first term" ... and "forget about returning" (c)
        Somehow, however. AHA.

    Russia conducts two NWO

One, which has been in the steppes of Ukraine for a year, is somehow not going very well, volunteers are gathering for helmets, T-62s and BTR-50s with ship turrets are being brought to the front

Another NWO is where nuclear underwater drones and hypersonic weapons are being adopted at an accelerated pace. Everything is going great there.

The concept of a doomsday weapon smacks of banal idiocy. What's the point of destroying someone if you've already been destroyed? Huge investments in strategic weapons are expedient if they are used as a preventive strike weapon to defeat a strategic enemy. And our strategic adversary is the United States and its closest allies. All of them are vulnerable precisely from the sea. Simultaneous detonation of dozens of Poseidons at the enemy’s naval bases and its ship groups has a good chance of delivering a global disarming strike, after which the enemy ceases resistance. The conventional wisdom that Poseidon heavily pollutes the environment is not true. Poseidon's thermonuclear filling with a special sodium-based shell allows, in the first hours after the explosion, to provide a devastating level of radiation, which drops sharply to almost a safe level within a few weeks. Without a doubt, such an attack will cause great harm to the Earth's biosphere, so it is necessary to make sure that war is inevitable. And the first thing to do when technically ready for such a strike is the threat of breaking diplomatic relations with NATO countries if they do not stop supplying weapons to Ukraine. For those who, like an ostrich, do not want to realize the objective inevitability of a third world war, you can take the second test step - demonstrative destruction of US reconnaissance satellites over Ukraine. And if such a step does not frighten the "adversary" and only increases his aggression, then the Poseidons and Sarmatians should be used first. Why should the US and its allies give in, and not us? The thing is, we've already given up. For the sake of the task of preventing a nuclear war, we destroyed our homeland, the USSR. And now we are offered to destroy Russia and turn into slaves. So we have nowhere to go. And for the United States and its allies, retreat is not death. It's just life without frills. This is the life we have lived for the last 100 years.

They write a diameter of 1,8 m, a length of 20 m, and a mass of about 100 tons, but with such dimensions, only 50 tons of displacement are obtained, which means that with a mass of 100 tons, it cannot have zero buoyancy.

This is a profound delusion! SSBNs in combat service, deployed in the ROP, not tracked by our submarines - a guaranteed retaliatory strike against priority targets on our territory ... Personally, I'm not sure that our missile defense system will be able to fend off such a strike.
