Zelensky complained about the lack of the necessary amount of weapons and ammunition to launch a counteroffensive
The Ukrainian army cannot launch a counteroffensive due to the lack of the required number weapons and ammunition. Zelensky made this statement in an interview with one of the Japanese publications.
Kyiv continues to demand the supply of weapons not only from its Western sponsors, but also from those countries that provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine. This time, Zelensky's whining about how bad it is to fight the Armed Forces of Ukraine without weapons was listened to by a journalist from the Japanese edition of Yomiuri. The Ukrainian president apparently decided to beg for arms supplies from Japan, painting in colors the "shortage" of military aid. He especially put pressure on the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine could not launch a counteroffensive and turn the tide at the front in their favor.
Zelensky complained.
According to him, Western partners must provide the Ukrainian army with everything necessary, since Kyiv is in a state of armed conflict and cannot wait against the backdrop of an unfavorable situation on the line of contact.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian sources report that the counteroffensive will take place, despite all the wailing of Zelensky. The West, starting from January of this year, has significantly increased the supply of weapons and ammunition to Ukraine, preparing the Armed Forces of Ukraine for a major military operation. At the moment, two directions of possible strikes are being considered - these are Lugansk and Zaporozhye. Moreover, the second is a priority for the Kyiv regime, since it allows, if successful, to cut the land corridor to the Crimea. And Zelensky’s idea to “liberate” Crimea is downright maniacal, he is already delirious about an attack on the peninsula.
At the same time, many Western experts openly say that Kyiv will have only one attempt to launch a large-scale offensive, and the further support of Ukraine by the West will depend on its outcome.
