NATO Secretary General: Ukraine spends shells faster than the West manages to produce

Daily Ukrainian artillery spends from four to seven thousand shells. In the North Atlantic Alliance, this situation is alarming, because Ukraine is spending shells faster than the West has time to produce.

This statement was made by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in an interview with the British newspaper The Guardian.

He noted that Western countries no longer have time to supply Kyiv with as much ammunition as it needs because of their too rapid expenditure.

The West cannot produce so much

- says NATO Secretary General.

The high consumption of ammunition, according to the official, is caused by the high intensity of hostilities. Stoltenberg claims that the Russian military uses even more shells - about 20 per day.

At the same time, the head of the alliance notes that the situation with the “shell hunger” is starting to change a little. Perhaps he means the decision of the European Union to deliver a million shells in the near future, which, at the current level of spending, should be enough for about six months.

According to Stoltenberg, the hostilities in Ukraine have become protracted, and the West, he believes, should be ready to continue supporting the Kiev regime for as long as necessary.

The secretary general claims that Putin is waging a "war of attrition". He believes that at the moment the Russian president has no plans for a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. According to the head of the alliance, this means that Western countries should be ready for a long time to continue deliveries to the Kyiv regime weapons and ammunition.

        Roma hi
Most likely he voices it all purely out of his stupidity. He is one of those numerous European heads, specially selected from the vast stupid herd of the European elite, long unlearned to think logically.

He’s lying like he’s breathing, $3-4 thousand per shell, and they will be riveted around the clock not only in factories, in automakers.

Yes, they are simply afraid that for themselves "peaceful" in which case there will not be enough shells. It's strange to be surprised. then they have all the performance characteristics - so much can a gun shoot in a day, but in Ukraine - shoot, guys! Freebie!

It is clear that this person definitely has nothing to do with management, the same screen for fools. He walks with his tongue, but definitely does not make a decision. Balobolka (talking empty head).

This is the answer for UAV lovers - this is not a fantastic weapon that can decide the outcome of a battle. Arta does not give up its positions.

      Greetings Andrew hi
Arta is a classic, and the UAV is just entering the era of its development, but it is already becoming a nightmare, given the possibility of its use even from the air, even under water, and even in modifications for the tasks performed - reconnaissance, strike, kamikaze. Some 15-20 years ago, we knew about the drone at the level of "Carlson with his panties with a propeller", and today this is already an objective reality. And what will happen in another 15-20 years? winked

Why keep throwing it away? Either NATO does not have time to produce shells, then they cannot supply tanks, mobilization is bad, and so on and so forth. Self-complacency???

this is the first part of the information operation against us, the task is to lull the society and some members of the elites, alas, naive or traitors exist ..
Part 2 will consist of information stuffing about our defeat. troops, most likely there will also be a massive blow to our online media. it will all happen at the same time. the task is to sow panic in society as much as possible

Why be surprised? With such intensity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they iron civilian objects, so they will leave their sponsors completely without pants.

the decision of the European Union to deliver a million shells in the near future,

    1000000 shells / 2650 (barrel resource m777) = 377 barrels.
Every day, Ukrainian artillery spends from four to seven thousand shells.

    4000 shells / 108 (m777 delivered) = 37 shells per day. 2650 / 37 = 71.5 days before the barrel resource is exhausted.
    * based on the assumption that all shells are supplied under the m777 previously delivered by the USA, and there are no losses.

Themselves (NATO countries) taught them that aid would come "as much as needed", and now you are complaining. Kyiv has long known that on the wave of the NWO you can milk the West and milk it whenever you want, so it uses it by 200%. Stoltenberg, you cannot produce in the required quantities, so do not supply the APU in such quantities.

Why do they need shells? A rifle for three, and kicks at Bakhmut ... this is not a war, but disposal.
