Italian Defense Minister: Europe should not close the doors to the Russians

The head of the Italian military department, Guido Crosetto, who recently argued the supply of heavy weapons to Kyiv with the need to prevent a third world war, called on the leaders of the EU countries "not to close the doors" to the Russians, writes Corriere della Serra.

During the interview, the minister said that a few days ago a meeting of Foreign Ministry representatives from several European states took place in Moscow. The main topic discussed by the ambassadors was the visa regime for citizens of the Russian Federation.

In turn, Crosetto himself stressed that he is opposed to restricting visits to EU countries for Russians. In his words, the fact that the West provided assistance to Kyiv in “restoring international law” does not mean that the Russian people should now be considered an enemy.

On the contrary, the head of the Italian Ministry of Defense believes that it would be nice if the Russians came to Europe and had the opportunity to see and hear, as he put it, "the other side."

I have never supported the idea of excluding artists, athletes and ordinary people. Need to keep channels of dialogue open

Crosetto added.

It is worth noting that despite the approval by the head of the Italian military department of the transfer of heavy weapons to Kyiv by the West, Rome itself will not participate in this. Just yesterday, Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said that his country would not send offensive weapons to Ukraine. At the same time, ammunition, army vehicles, small arms weapon, Italy delivers light armored vehicles to the Kyiv regime systematically.

No need to separate us from RUSSIA! There is no need to think that the Russians will run to Europe (they will take their savings to spend in the EU so that Europe will fight with Russia!)
They judge us by ourselves! We don't care ... (don't care) the opinion of the "Europeans"

Let them open it to the Ukrainians with a guarantee that they will not be expelled or sent back to die. And we have nothing to do there, especially after everything that Europe has done, and it’s not safe there now.

Well, still, the birthplace of fascism would not help the Nazi junta! Yes, and the Pope is still a xenophobe. Khayal Buryats and Chechens tried to drive a wedge into our multinational people.

Dear Yes minuser. Before the SVO (more precisely, 2014-16), visually Russian tourists in Rome and Venice made up a solid 20%. In addition, they did not make themselves "lunch" from the breakfast buffet at the hotel, as the Czechs and Germans did not try to save money. And in almost every rag/leather store there was a Russian-speaking employee (usually a Moldavian/ka) and advertising in Russian.

          How is the prime minister?
A month (or two) ago he gave a press conference, so the question was he the prime minister of the United Kingdom or Ukraine? And so everything is as usual - we do not starve and do not freeze.

In this regard, I remembered from the movie "Pokrovsky Gates"

Let them (Russians) be killed with our weapons, but we will not close the doors in front of them. There is nothing more to add.

In fact, it is ordinary Russians, if they go to the so-called. "Europe" (as well as to Egypt, and Turkey, and Thailand ...), least of all, behind some kind of "dialogue" ...

And for lovers of "dialogues" like the fugitive Hodor or potential "Charite patients", the aforementioned "Europe" never seemed to close any "doors". But there is a doubt that this audience has something to do with "ordinary Russians"

I would not be in a hurry to attribute this slush, like other "jellyfish" to the category of ordinary Russians. In addition, as far as I heard, they kept their license in the same Holland. And no one, moreover, did not expel them from their countries of residence ...

    what channels for dialogue?
If our tourists want to see some canals open for them, then these are the canals in Venice. :)
A simple tourist goes to Europe to relax, to see the world. In general, not to some kind of "channels" and not to politics.

Rather, "I have never supported the idea of non-admission of artists, athletes, State Duma deputies, officials, propagandists."

Does anyone know a simple person who fled from mobilization to Italy?)

I hope NATO will not give up and will close the entrance to all citizens of the Russian Federation and their relatives until the NWO ends and the peace treaty is signed. It will be fair.

By the will of fate, I am now abroad ... There is absolutely no agitation against Russia, no demonstrations either. He never hid that he was from Russia and Moscow. I have absolutely no negative attitude towards myself! Although I heard that in some countries Russians are beginning to spread rot, some are not even allowed into stores (((Sometimes I turn on Ukrainian propaganda by Freedom on satellite TV, but it’s impossible to listen to it for more than 3 minutes, because they carry frank nonsense. Maybe it doesn’t work for me, because it’s not very young and the hardening is still Soviet, but if a young person listens to them often, then the psyche can really turn over ((( PS: in the spring of 22, I went to the military registration and enlistment office, asked to Ukraine, sent home (on the stove), They said they had already served their purpose...
