A journalist from the United States writes that he was struck by the complete absence of Western heavy equipment on Ukrainian positions in Bakhmut (Artyomovsk).
Kramer:
There are deliveries of Western weapons, but here (in Artyomovsk - approx. "VO") Ukrainian soldiers fire from Soviet artillery. They use D-20 howitzers, talking about their high reliability.
The American reporter writes that the Ukrainian troops have to save ammunition, as the logistics of their supply to the front line is disrupted, and the available stocks can quickly run out, based on the intensity of the fighting.
According to Kramer, Ukrainian artillery crews carry out no more than 20 shots from each during the day.

I arrived at the positions of the 58th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The staff is housed in one of the municipal buildings. As soon as we were on the spot, the shelling began. Ukrainian soldiers rushed to the shelter, many began to hide in basements.
At the same time, the American reporter claims that as a result of the shelling, “none of the Ukrainian soldiers died,” but 7 civilians allegedly died.
At the same time, the American reporter does not say anything about how and where the Ukrainian troops strike, as well as about what kind of municipal building the Armed Forces of Ukraine use (school, cultural center, kindergarten?) because this is clearly not included in his “editorial exercise". As a matter of fact, lately, the editorial assignments of the Western media are less and less likely to include what fits in with the truth about the events in the Donbass.
