Russian artillery inflicted a series of strikes on the strongholds of the 24th Specialized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donbass

During the day, Russian artillery units launched a series of attacks on the fortified areas of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and national battalions on the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic. According to the military department, the 24th Specialized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was entrenched in the area.

Russian artillery attacked six strongholds of the 24th separate mechanized brigade, occupying positions in the Popasnaya area in the LPR. As a result of the strikes, 11 armored vehicles and 14 vehicles were destroyed. The loss of personnel of the brigade amounted to 120 people killed.



On the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the operational-tactical aviation, strikes were carried out at places of concentration of armored vehicles and warehouses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a result, an ammunition depot near Toshkovka in the Luhansk region was destroyed, as well as positions and armored vehicles in the settlements of Glazunovka, Pyatigorsk and Prishib in the Kharkiv region.

The airspace is completely controlled by Russian aviation and anti-aircraft systems. Two shot down in a day drone Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of Ochakov and Nikolaev.

In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, the following have been destroyed: 130 aircraft, 99 helicopters, 244 anti-aircraft missile systems, 445 unmanned aerial vehicles, 2153 tank and other armored combat vehicles, 241 multiple rocket launchers, 924 field artillery and mortar guns, as well as 2063 units of special military vehicles
