Kuleba expressed disappointment with Germany's refusal to supply weapons to Ukraine
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba once again expressed his deep regret over Germany's refusal to supply weapons to Ukraine and threatened Berlin with many years of resentment for refusing to supply weapons.
Ukraine can't get Germany to lift the arms embargo. While the United States, together with its partners, sends planes with military assistance to Ukraine, Berlin continues to refuse to supply weapons, and this irritates the Ukrainian authorities, who believe that the whole world should support Ukraine, which continues to resist "Russian aggression."
Against this background, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry summoned the German ambassador to Ukraine, Anka Feldhusen, and expressed deep disappointment with the position of Germany, and Kuleba burst into another speech, in which he reproached the German government for the refusal. In addition, the head of the Foreign Ministry threatened Berlin with many years of resentment against the Ukrainian people.
- emphasized Kuleba.
In Germany, Kuleba's statement was called "blackmailing", and Die Welt readers advised Kiev to blackmail France for Napoleon's deeds.
Earlier, German Defense Minister Lambrecht said that despite Germany's support for Ukraine, Berlin would not supply weapons to Kiev. Instead, as part of the support, the Bundeswehr will transfer a field hospital to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The delivery of the hospital with all the necessary equipment will take place in February. In addition, Berlin will provide training for specialists in the operation of the hospital. All this will cost Germany 5,3 million euros.
