Is there a product? Is there a demand? We must sell.

The trick is that this is a consequence of the fact that China kicked the US out of Africa, and he actually left there after the Arab Spring, which greatly complicated his logistics)

They need to blame us everywhere and everywhere, push ours out of there, and then ... they will sell their weapons, that's all.

In fact, Abidjan, although the largest city, has not been the capital since 1983. Many T-54 / 55s are still fighting in Syria today. They will work in Africa too, but Russia no longer needs them. Better to remake under the BMPT or BMP, that's it. And as firing points for the protection of strategic objects is also not bad.

Does Syria qualify as a separate article or is it included in this export?
