I have no doubt that AKM (I will not say about the AK-12 and AK-15, which seemed to be discussed, because the advertisers from "Military Acceptance" did not show this at all, as if inviting viewers to "continue the logical series ..." and guess "right" ?! ), with its powerful 7,62 mm cartridge and large internal "bores" of the receiver (specifically for recycling and pushing dirt from the "working path" of the bolt carrier with the bolt!), would have continued to shoot, and I know it myself.
"Serious" tests "with factory fine dust (somewhat similar to dry summer dust during the passage of a column of armored vehicles on a primer, but not at all like a sandstorm in the desert !!! , although there, in the "dust chamber", there were also tumblers with nameplates "wind on the left, wind on the right, ..." ) .... I was always led to "frivolous" funny irony about "working for the public", as well as, quite picturesque, with pens, "throwing dust on the machine", useless ...
By the way, I noticed the same "slight craftiness" with demonstration of "dirt resistance", even on a wider scale, among foreigners, for example, in the Israeli advertising of "Ukrainian" "Tavors" - the quasi "deliberately negligent" careful arrangement is too striking machine with a window for ejection of cartridges DOWN before falling asleep with earth and a window UP (like a reloading handle) with a MANDATORY (since the pre-war period, and not supposedly television "military receivers" have invented some "new test", in their own words! ) task (first with the barrel forward, and then with the butt forward) of the machine gun on the ground behind the vehicle, 50 meters in one direction, and then in the opposite direction! That is why the translator-fuse of the AK did not have this very "shelf under the index finger" (and the soldier had to rip off the skin, or even rip off the thumbnail, especially on the "frozen" AK, switching this tight lever for the "microscopic "stamped fold! ) when it was really tested by front-line testers who knew firsthand the operating conditions of individual small arms on the battlefield, this "shelf for a finger" would not pass the combat test, it would fly off in no time!
A very big question about the sight - how to clean the AK-12,15 from dirt and dust from dirt and dust in a combat situation, because the "military receiver", shooting "from the belly", did not show this on the "remakes" (and on the demonstrated AKM the sight is open and from its rear sight and front sight dirt is brushed off with one movement of the sleeve!) ??!
With a ramrod, too, there is no "misunderstanding" - it is not under the barrel (or it is stupidly made of parts, on threads, as for a shooting gallery, in the daytime under good weather conditions and sufficient illumination, not in the dark, and hidden somewhere far away, so that you can't get close to it quickly when a siesecond is needed - is it just me "the sad story of the American M-16 rifle in Vietnam" reminds me ??!)?
And yet, with such a "quick recharge" shown in the video, you have to twist your hands with a pretzel ?! All this was successfully done by the "leading" right hand (by no means "losing the target"!), Holding the AK by the forearm-butt to the shoulder with the left hand, the movements were straight, economical and rational, and everything happened more reliably and faster if the person had normal coordination. the ergonomics of the AK was built for this, and now these "twists" are advertised ... "pretzels", why is this complication of simple techniques, after all, this new-made "diopter" in any way interferes with "keeping the target" ?!
PS The deputy for production, who has been working at this arms factory since 1968, has not yet understood that "39 mm" in the designation of a cartridge is not "cartridge length", as he put it after "some hesitation", but just-LENGTH OF THE CASE (even such simple things the SPECIALIST-WEAPONSMER does not know and is not interested in knowing, and this is the level of competence of the "deputy for production" - probably, the QC is now very "stressed" with personnel of competent production engineers, that is, salaries low, if such "honored veterans" only leave, or the salaries are high, and this is the usual "sinecure" of a sort of "guide" for someone's "relative", but they work for him, "deeply delve into production", others?) ? !!

Under the sleeve with a reduced flange, small caliber and low recoil, with high bullet speed, persistence of the bullet’s flight, and high accuracy of single and automatic fire.
