Part I. "Our service is both dangerous and difficult"

Americans "annealed"

A series of fires, as it turned out, has a tendency to roll not only in the forests and steppes of Russia, but also in the US Navy facilities. With a difference of several days, two warships of the United States of America were hit: the Miami nuclear submarine in Maine, and then the newest aircraft carrier George Bush in Virginia. After the fires were extinguished, the American experts, naturally, set about investigating the causes of the fire. And here, quite impartial facts came to the surface: all progressive English-speaking humanity expected that the causes of the fires would at least be declared to be the activities of the FSB or SVR of the Russian Federation, but for now the news of the beginning of the fire looks more than corny. It turned out that the fire on the Miami submarine arose "thanks to" the vacuum cleaner ... It is reported that it was the vacuum cleaner that caught fire during the cleaning of the intra-arboric rooms, and then the fire was so raging that it swallowed both the command and the residential compartments.

Results of the week. Again our stallion screamed!

After the announcement of the version with the ignition of household appliances, only one thing comes to mind: Well, this is how diligently the American submariners vacuum, that everything in their hands begins to burn. Although here, in principle, everything can be more or less clear if the Americans clarify whose vacuum cleaner production was used at Miami. If it turns out that the label “Made in China” was on the apparatus that had died in the flames, then it is not surprising why such a fire occurred. Another thing is surprising: how he (the vacuum cleaner) in the very heat of the work did not start from the starting compartment instead of the usual Tomahawk. At the very least, the world would be pretty surprised to say that the Americans decided to try new things. weapon - fire-breathing vacuum cleaners made in China. And it’s still good that there was no message that a broom and mop caught fire in the hands of a sailor Johnson, otherwise American naval commanders could be sued for violating human rights, because they obviously force their subordinates to rub the decks to sparkle .

Apparently, after incidents on military courts in the United States, we will have to make amendments to existing laws and post instructions on how to handle household appliances. Here are just a couple of excerpts from the possible rules of operation in an American way: you can only begin to vacuum carpets in the command post after the sailor made sure that the fire protection hook, shovel, ax and conical red bucket are located no more than two meters from it, except for In addition, next to the above items should be a pile of sand to neutralize the equipment, slipped into the US market as a potential adversary. And the main thing: “Sailor of the American Navy! It is strictly forbidden to pour a vacuum cleaner on board a vacuum cleaner using Coca-Cola! ”

As a result of both fires, it turned out that the aircraft carrier George Bush had suffered, but it would be restored soon (these Bushes, however, tenacious), but with the Miami nuclear submarine things are much worse, and while the question of Is it worth it to restore it?

It is obvious that in the near future the inventory of vacuum cleaners is waiting for the US Army. And you can also advise the commanders to check the Chinese egg maker, toaster and microwave ovens. But then, as they say, once a year and the coffee maker shoots ...

Titanic work

Last week, fate brutally played with the Estonian army. Well, this should happen: from now on, the commander of the land forces of this Baltic country, which, incidentally, is part of the North Atlantic alliance, will be none other than Mr. Tiganik. The same Colonel Arthur Tiganik, who, if guided by the official Estonian classification, at one time was trained in the "occupational" higher military educational institution, namely in the Ryazan airborne school. In the eyes of all Estonians, Tiganik is rehabilitating, apparently, only that he continued his studies after returning from the “hated occupying” land, first at the Baltic Military College and then at the United States Military College. It is the last fact of the biography of a soldier in the eyes of respectable Estonian citizens that justifies all the Soviet "sins" of Tiganyk.

Apparently, a real personnel crisis occurred in the Estonian army and, in order not to immediately appoint British or American generals as commanders, the Estonian authorities decided to scrape the bottom of the barrel and find, though not quite homegrown, but almost their own - “repentant” for their past through the local and the American military education system.

The whole trouble is that the Estonian segment of search engines in any way, you know, does not want to perceive the name of the new main Estonian "land carrier". So instead of a Tiganyk, it strives for us to slip the “Titanic”. Whether these Internet search engines want to hint at something ... And it is still good that Colonel Tiganik was appointed commander of land forces, and not Estonian naval forces. Otherwise, the phrase “Tiganic plowing the expanses of the Baltic Sea” would have sounded quite ambiguous ...

E-platform

During the week it became known that the ex-presidential candidate of Russia, Mikhail Prokhorov, decided to continue to delve into Russian politics further. He announced that he was creating the Civic Platform party, which can and should at the first stage take an active part in regional elections. Despite the anthropometric data of Prokhorov himself, the batch he creates will certainly not be different in size. It seems that Mikhail Dmitrievich decided to make full use of the new law on parties and to recruit exactly 500 people to his “Platform”. It is worth recalling that this is the minimum possible number of party members, which entitles such a party to be registered.

Only here, according to some strange Russian tradition, the person who creates the party does not want to lead it. Prokhorov went the same way and decided that an experienced lawyer could be promoted to the role of the leader of the “Civic Platform”. In the elections to the State Duma of the sample 2007, the words “civilian” and “experienced lawyer” already sounded. Then the integration of these words was carried out by lawyer Mikhail Barshchevsky, who headed the “Civil Force”. But after this “Strength” demonstrated its powerlessness, having enlisted the support of 1,05% of voters, Mr. Barshevsky again became the customary keeper of the traditions of the elite “What? Where? When?"

Of course, after taking the “bronze” place in the March presidential elections in Russia, Prokhorov with his “Civic Platform” will have more chances, therefore, Dmitrovich Dmitrovich may be an hour for the first “civilian platformer” Mikhail Yuryevich, I mean Barshevsky, who has done albeit unsuccessfully, but sniff the party gunpowder.

Only here there is a small nuance. Everyone in Russia thought that the party, created by Prokhorov with Prokhorov’s money, would bend his ruthless political line. But Mr. Prokhorov himself immediately decided to dot the E, stating that he would invest no more than 10% of the funds spent by supporters of the Citizen Platform into party activities in the regions. That is, if someone expresses a desire to invest an honestly earned “steward”, then Prokhorov will “get off” with merely “chervonts”. Such an alignment is clearly not to all supporters of Mikhail Dmitrievich like, because who would want from our pocket without the oligarchic help that has become a talk of the city to invest in politics? ..

In general, when the “Platform” of Prokhorov rumbles along the tracks of Russian political reality, it’s still a question. Does it not happen that this will be the next trailed “teplushka” to those party structures that have already managed to “master” the Russian open spaces?

Credit "raiting"

In the middle of the week, the deputies of the State Duma of Russia from the opposition decided to turn the vote on the sensational law on rallies into action, which, by its duration and number of amendments, had every chance to enter the Book of Records. The just-right deputies alone covered the hall with a number of amendments, the enumeration of which was so delayed that many lawmakers began to doze right in their seats. Neither the iPhones with toys, nor the solving of scanwords, nor the understanding that Nikolai Valuev could be somewhere nearby, helped ...

Photo http://www.kommersant.ru

The opposition called using the option of delaying the vote on the issue of punishment for offenses at rallies as an Italian strike. Most of all in the heap of verbal-corrective barricades were distinguished members of the faction headed by Sergey Mironov, as well as representatives of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. Among the proposed amendments were very original: from reducing the size of the imposed fine in proportion to the decrease in air temperature during the rally, to the point that the penalty for violation should not exceed twice the cost of a baton.

Being already in a state of half consciousness, the deputies rejected all the amendments “safely” by a majority of votes, and for 7 minutes before midnight, the State Duma meeting was concluded with the calm voice of its speaker, Sergey Naryshkin.

During the rejection of the amendments, it was possible to observe an amazing picture: through some sleeping deputies, their fellow party members literally stepped in to vote "against". As a result, one amendment was left, which says that now it will be possible to pay substantially for unauthorized processions with a ruble or go to public works (the cement plant is two people, etc.). The maximum fine for violations at rallies that entailed harm to human health, the deputies estimated at a million rubles. This amount will have to lay legal entities. And individuals "limited" 300000 rubles.

Against the background of the adoption of an amendment to this kind of law, Russian banks should offer the public a new type of loan - “Meeting”. The loan will be issued in the amount of up to 1 million rubles without guarantors and only two documents ... Loan payments can be worked out ... I took thousands of three hundred loans - and you can safely and walk, and "occupy."

Unreal colonel

During the week, another spy scandal was revealed that revealed a hunter among the Russian citizens to greenish bills. This time, this man turned out to be no less, and former Federal Security Service officer 61-year-old Valery Mikhailov, who had the title of FSB colonel in retirement before the verdict of the Moscow District Military Court. The court sentenced Mikhailov to 18 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property, a fine of half a million rubles, deprivation of title and partial deprivation of state awards. Mikhailov was found guilty of the fact that for a number of years (from 2001 to 2007) he handed over copies of documents of strict secrecy to Moscow agents of the US Central Intelligence Agency. For his "work" on loyalty to the "second motherland," the ex-colonel received about 2 million dollars, for which he acquired housing in the hero-city of Sevastopol and in American Arlington.

Mr. Mikhailov decided to earn extra money, as the shoulder straps of the FSB officer apparently did not bring him proper financial well-being. And how can a FSB officer earn in Russia, whose career is declining due to not quite young years? Of course, only with the help of “productive” cooperation with American intelligence. Mikhailov himself decided to offer his services to CIA agents. It is not known how he did it. Either I put up ads in public places with the words “I'll give the secret documents of the FSB into good hands”, or I just started calling all the CIA agents, the data for which were at that time in the file cabinet of the building on Lubyanka ... In general, however but the agents were found as rubbish, and Colonel Mikhailov had orders to spare.

While the investigation does not give answers to whether Valery Mikhailov had any accomplices. It is for certain only that one accomplice of this gentleman, who planned to hide from the long hands of our domestic justice in that same Arlington, was for sure. And this accomplice is a copy machine installed in the building of the FSB.

In connection with the incident, employees of the Federal Security Service may be advised to install such copying machines that would distort the copied information in the most brazen manner. And on paper, instead of data on where in the FSB is preparing the next operation, the attackers received something like “Gdybysch Zhumpa Yyughhe”. Let them translate ...

Part II. The polite McFaul, the frantic Levi and the happy Saakashvili

Superior McFaul

7 Jun. Michael McFaul, America's Ambassador to Russia, delivered an open lecture at the New Economic School.

Mr. McFaul generally loves to speak to students: he will give a lecture at the Higher Economic School (HSE), then at the NES. And his lectures - pure Brazilian series. We need to watch every episode so that, God forbid, rich Julia did not marry the janitor Pedro, and we missed.

As you know, at the last lecture (at HSE), Michael McFaul, having touched on the slippery Kyrgyz theme, developed the theme of bribes. Saying that he, the ambassador, is a new person here and does not really understand foreign policy, Mr. McFaul cited his example of a lack of understanding of certain “spheres of influence” that the Russians are supposedly talking about. Especially, he does not understand these “spheres” when it comes to Kyrgyzstan and the military base “Manas”. Here the Americans there, in Kyrgyzstan, do not play spheres of influence.

However, Americans still play something, as everyone understood from McFaul’s speech. Having started talking about bribes to the former Kyrgyz president Kurmanbek Bakiyev, the US ambassador mentioned not only Russia, but also his native America. Foreign policy activities of Russia and America around the Manas base as presented by McFaul turned out to be next: “You offered big bribes to Mr. Bakiyev so that he would throw us out of Kyrgyzstan. We also offered a bribe about ten times less than what you offered, but it did not work. ”

Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs commented Ambassador’s statement: “This is not the first time that the statements and actions of Mr. McFaul, who is in such a responsible post, are shocked. The task of ambassadors, as we understand, is to promote the ongoing development of bilateral relations with the host country on the basis of a deep knowledge of the facts, and not at all irritated replication of tales in the media space. ”

Mr. McFaul got acquainted with the comment that was spread in the Russian press 28 in May. And then he thought hard. He thought exactly ten days, until June 7. Presumably, during those days he learned a lot of Russian words, and also used a dictionary of synonyms from someone’s hints. Special dictionary - diplomatic.

In order to settle in the eyes of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and to justify himself before the general public, Mr. Ambassador once again went to the school of economics. No, not the one where he talked about bribes; there, probably, he decided never to appear again. Instead of HSE, he went to NES, peeping into the cheat sheet and whispering difficult Russian syllables along the way.

Arriving at NES, Ambassador repented: “I’m sorry that I used the word bribe when I spoke ten days ago. I had to use the phrase "financial aid package." I made a mistake, I admit it. " He added: “We all learn, we want to be better.”

Here, as eyewitnesses note, McFaul wiped sweat from his forehead, crumpled up a cheat sheet in his pants pocket, and drank a glass of Russian kvass, which he preferred to Bon-Akwa from the Moscow spill. However, eyewitnesses, of course, are injected.

Inventing complex synonymous substitutions and wanting to "be better," the poor fellow American soon decides that it’s not customary to speak as ambassador in Russia expressive, entertaining and short, but you need to speak long and ornately, avoiding direct expressions and replacing them with Aesopian ones. As a result, the series, produced by McFaul, will greatly stretch and become boring, and, alas, the officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will have nothing to comment on.

The moral of this story is: take care of the original McFaul!

In addition, it is this Mr. - the architect of the "reset" of relations between the United States and Russia. Despite the fact that McFaul, in his words, regularly receives from Russian Internet users short, but capacious tweets on the topic “f ... you”, he sincerely believes that in recent years, the love of Russia and America has greatly increased. Speaking at NES, the ambassador voiced some indicators: while in 2008, the entire 17% of Russians were sympathetic to America, in 2010, the number of Russians sympathizing with America grew by several times - to 62%. And just some 2% of Americans believe that Russia is the main enemy of the United States. And here McFaul joked: “And another percent of Americans consider the United States as the main enemy of America.”

This percentage is probably a by-product of the "reset".

"Fool! Nerd! ”

One well-known French Monsieur named Bernard-Henri Levy, who for short, BAL (BHL), as he is called in Europe, is a journalist, journalist, philosopher, author of The Enemies of Society, and at the same time a millionaire, political lobbyist and theorist of democracy building in Yugoslavia, Chechnya, Georgia, Libya and now Syria, - 4 June in Paris, during an interview with the BFM-TV channel, decided to speak on the painful Russian-Syrian topic.

The main character in the public speech of the BALL was the Russian ambassador to the UN, Vitaly Churkin. That he, according to Monsieur Levy, delays the decision on Syria, and pursuing personal rather than collective interests.

"Some people are real idiots ... - сказал Levi on TV. “I just read the AFP and Reuters reports ... The Russian ambassador to the UN said that they would soon find out who actually supplied the Syrian rebels with weapons. Fool! Cretin! Always see the same thing - a conspiracy. "

The statements of the French philosopher in relation to the permanent representative of the Russian Federation to the UN in Moscow were classified as boorish. About it сказал Alexander Lukashevich, official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia: “The boorish statements of a French journalist do not require comments. We are talking about elementary human ethics. ”

The activities of boorish Monsieur Levy gained fame since the beginning of the 1990-s, when he theorized about the peacemaking decision in Yugoslavia, adhering to the position of Bosnian Muslims and highlighting this position in the press. He demanded from his government in those years not negotiations with the Serbs, but bombings.

Later, in 1999, this fighter for democracy advocated that Western states recognize free Chechnya led by President Maskhadov and Prime Minister Basayev. In those days, the Russian “regime” was called by the French journalist “Stalin-Hitler”. In August 2008, Levi traveled to Georgia. It's him писал about Mikhail Saakashvili: “He is frankofil and francophone. Passionate about philosophy. Democrat. European. Liberal and in the European and American sense of the word. Of all the resistance fighters I met in my life, of all the Masuds and Izetbegoviches, whom I had to take under my wing, Saakashvili is the most alien to the world of war, its terrible rituals and emblems. ”

Levy’s “wing” is large. In 2011, the entire Transitional National Council of Libya fits under it. International recognition of the PNS, started in France, is the merit of the BALL. After he called his friend Sarkozy from a mobile phone, the PNS was recognized as the President of France. Juppe, the French foreign minister, learned of this, as they say, from the morning papers.

Such enviable successes in the field of shadow world diplomacy gave BALL the deserved fame of an intellectual who makes geopolitics from the numbers of expensive hotels. He is not a diplomat, not a political careerist, he is “an activist of people's diplomacy who has no authority except those that give him a conscience.” So he characterizes himself. In the third person.

On the agenda of this all-powerful musyu - Syria. And on the way to achieving the declared democratic goal, besides the well-known tyrant Bashar Assad, the stubborn comrade Churkin, a big fan of vetoing UN Security Council resolutions. Not knowing how to eliminate a stubborn person from a democratic political road, the big liberal Levy called him unpleasant words from the TV screen. Suddenly, the Russian ambassador to the UN from insults hit enough? What if Comrade Churkin will not stand it - and after these words will he resign? In FIG, this politics will tell me, everything will still be as BHL will say. Or maybe Monsieur Levy started to play revanchist moods in the ass - looking through old books, the journalist remembered that exactly two hundred years ago his countrymen visited Moscow lands. I wonder if I read to the place where Napoleon had to urgently move away from Russia to his homeland?

Recently, BAL filmed a movie about the "Libyan miracle" (as he calls the revolution in Libya); 3 June it has already been scrolled in Europe. Now they say that he began shooting a new film - on the theme of the Russian revolution.

What is there McFaul! .. Monsieur BALL from another test is sculpted. He will not go to Russian economic schools and will not apologize. First, he knows exactly how democracy is built: by bombs and rockets. Secondly, he always has a mobile phone with him.

And if the new president in Paris the other day recognizes the power in Russia of the Transitional National Council, headed by Nemtsov, it will be clear from where the wind blew.

Outlaws, defectors and mobsters - to Europe!

The Russia-EU summit ended in St. Petersburg the other day, where it turned out that the European Union is afraid of moving closer to Russia. To be friends at a distance, through barriers and border posts - please, but at close range - for nothing.

The Russian president, apparently, thought that the Europeans were already ripe for creating a visa-free regime between Russia and the EU. After all, the EU wants to work closely with Russia?

It turned out he wants, but not closely. It is precisely the narrowness in Europe that Europeans fear.

The population density there is high without Russians, and if you still open the borders, you will see such a breakthrough from Russia that you will see neither roads nor fields: the whole space will be occupied by carts and KamAZ trucks with Russian immigrants. Citizens of Russia, according to some foreign analysts, will choose a new homeland on the very first day after the announcement of a visa-free regime. Who will go to Paris, who will go to Berlin, who will wave to Copenhagen, or to this one, like his Brussels, for nutritious cabbage, or something.

But the very first, fastest of all migrants will cross the free European border in large numbers Russian gangsters, mobsters, as well as spies. With a small margin from them in the EU countries will proceed dense crowds of defectors. About this about all fellow Putin and hinted at the summit.

In addition, a classified source comes from Britain сообщил that if tomorrow the visa regime is abolished, then asylum seekers will lather in Europe on the same day: “We cannot allow visa-free entry. If you announce it tomorrow, just imagine the flow of people who will immediately begin to seek asylum from the Putin regime upon arrival. ”

It should be noted that Vladimir Putin voiced a sensible idea at the Russia-EU summit. The comrade president had intended in a cunning manner to send all the bad people “over the hill”. Yes, that's bad luck: in the West, the Russian president got to the core.

“Imported tape recorder, suede jacket ...”

Hillary Clinton recently became Georgian. A Georgian citizen's passport was made for her in the Batumi House of Justice, the local center of European liberalism.

In general, passports in Georgia like to make. Any resident of Abkhazia or South Ossetia can get a so-called neutral passport - from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. They writethat they issued almost eighty pieces. This indicates how many people from the “occupied territories” are eager to taste the Georgian democracy.

But, as they say, not by number, but by skill ... This is not Clinton said, but skills with a weak number she does not hold. Arriving to visit Mr. Saakashvili, she saidthat America does not accept the Russian occupation and militarization of the Georgian territory and recognizes neutral passports. Now, forward-looking small young people from Abkhazia and South Ossetia, prone to Georgian democracy, will be able, for example, to fly to the United States to study - according to these most neutral passports.

The US secretary of state also promised the Georgian president to send the most incorruptible observers to his country - made in USA. These people will help the Georgian president to hold the most democratic and transparent elections.

Mr. Saakashvili dumped Mrs. Clinton got it right: “The United States promises us to send real observers, senators and congressmen who recognize the elections as normal, if, of course, we will hold them at the democratic level at which we are going, and it will not be some kind of false observers invited by someone.”

In his free diplomacy, Hillary Clinton walked through the night Batumi and visited the “Wine House” in a high-mountainous Adzharian village.

If Georgians are hospitable people, then Americans are generous. H. Clinton solemnly conveyed Georgia, upgraded with US money patrol boat. By the way, not some five to ten thousand, but 1,3 million dollars were spent on upgrading.

However, the Georgians have kept their version of this event for historians. On the portal Georgia Online, for example, they write about two donated boats and two million dollars. True, from the plural the author of the note continually stumbles onto the singular. Judge for yourself:

“The United States presented Georgia with 2 coast guard boats. This was announced today by the Prime Minister of Georgia Nika Gilauri in Batumi ... <...>

“Today we received from the United States Coast Guard boats equipped with modern American technology. In my opinion, this ship is a symbol of the transformation of Georgia ... <...>

Two Coast Guard boats were rehabilitated with US money. Georgian specialists took part in their rehabilitation. The two boats cost US $ 2 million in total. <…>

As Prime Minister Nika Gilauri said at the presentation, today's event is symbolic, as the patrol boat received from the USA is turned into a modern powerful military boat that protects the water territory of Georgia. ”

Probably, the involuntary transition from the plural to the singular and vice versa is caused by the fact that the witnesses of the solemn donation of the boat (boats) did not allow Mrs. Clinton to help themselves in the Wine House alone.

Dima, I dare to argue in the definition - "yours"!
If my memory serves me right, the first publications of Oleg were more of a purely informative nature, and Alexei from the very beginning of the publication had a touch of sarcasm and irony. Work in tandem left its mark on the creativity of the children as a whole - the choice of topics became deeper and the irony began to bring Oleg to his part of the article. So here is a win-win doublet with which I congratulate the guys once again and thank you for another successful article that allowed me to look at seemingly well-known topics from a slightly different angle.
There is always a slight sense of joy in anticipation of a share of humor from their joint work and these articles have already become the signature style of VO, with which I congratulate the Site Administration.
I also want to note that in no one, even very satirical, lines we will not find offensive words. This is not like the under-educated diplomats from the Citadel, who, having become the country's ambassador, begin to learn the art of diplomacy, spreading their face on the table.

journalist of the Federal agency RIA-Novosti Alexander LATSA abstracts from a speech to MGIMO students
“The French press in caricature represents Russia and does not at all reflect modern Russian realities”

As evidence, the journalist cited several of the most common in the French media. "Myths" about Russia: it turns out demography the country is falling so rapidly that it is reasonable to assume that by about 2050 the Russian Federation will disappear as an independent state; Russians run away from the country so that only the heels sparkle and swear at the same time that their leg will no longer set foot on their native land; the country lives so on the outskirts of a civilization of consumptionthat the usual picture in stores is half-starved citizens barely standing on their feet; the formidable Kremlin regularly and with particular cruelty tortures the population, more and more closes on itself, which has a logical consequence of the imminent imminent the decline of the Putin regime.
The chief editors are sitting in Paris “with an established cliche regarding Russia. If reports meet these cliches, they will be shown to viewers; otherwise, the author has the right to choose his future place of work in Botswana or Zimbabwe. ”

Konstantin Melnik-Botkin, 84-year-old legend of international intelligence, coordinator of the French intelligence services during de Gaulle’s time, told the Voice of Russia that the Russian mentality was very disturbing in his career and why Russia did not need to take an example from the West
At 32, during the reign of Charles de Gaulleu, Melnik led the structure, which oversees all the special services of France, including intelligence. Miller also plays a key role in ending the Algerian war and, accordingly, beginning the decolonization process. Subsequently, he was one of the main analysts and shadow leaders of the French state power apparatus, as well as American state corporations. Miller worked closely with the Vatican.

            My webpage
Information is a weapon and in the modern unipolar world this weapon is in the hands of those who annoy the rapid revival of Russia from the ashes of the USSR. According to the logic of the "information flow", there is only one correct position - Western, that is, American; any deviation from the "party line" is severely punishable by a ticket in Zimbabwe. In general, French journalists are no exception. They work in a common stream and from this position represent our country. Its development contrary to the West and parallel to the young powers - India, China and Brazil - makes it even more difficult to understand the confused Russian soul. Remember Tyutchev.
Journalists in France are deeply politicized people, most of them holding leftist views. And local socialist-communists do not greatly welcome Russia as the legal successor of the Union: Putin managed to succeed where the Communists suffered a crushing failure.
Finally, Mr. Lutz casts doubt on the professionalism of the French media itself: the true tactics of journalistic investigations are slowly becoming a thing of the past, giving way to the author’s retelling of initially subjectively fabricated data - three world news agencies have a pronounced pro-American focus. From here, according to the speaker
“Topics mandatory for the French correspondent in Russia: stray dogs, prostitution, drugs, demographic pseudo-recession, political opposition, and especially corruption”

Finally, Alexander Latsa wished his listeners be careful to everything that they happened to read in the French press about their homeland

Greetings and pluses to the authors.
    As always entertaining reading.
I just wanted to draw the attention of the Authors to the term "military vessel". The "warship" will be correct. The term "Ship" applies to civilian craft. The military has only ships, well, or affectionately "Steamer".
Well, that's the way. The article is good.
I will simply keep silent about Georgia. Insanity grows stronger. Soon they will offer their "friends" not only a passport, but also a plastic surgery for sewing on a "Georgian" nose, for example. What a passport. SAAKA VISIBLY DECIDED TO SHIP AMERICA
As for McFaul, I can say one thing, but why are we surprised if this gentleman is not a diplomat at all. We all know who he really is. And "ideological inspirers" do not need diplomatic correctness.
The EU, I think it’s quite customary for the ox to pull .... ghm ...... tail. Well, Russia's position on Syria still plays a role here.
Frenchman of course boor. It would be nice to react more harshly. It may forbid entry to Russia (it may not be necessary for him, but the fact itself, so to speak), but it is better to sue for insult.
In general, thanks to the Authors, we realized that "Everything is calm in Baghdad", because everything is as usual.
    Thanks again!!!

Dear Andrey, unfortunately, you are mistaken: the term "warship" means "ship", and the term "warship" is used by amateurs. Ships come in combat and auxiliary fleet. A similar division of terms is used both by designers and builders, and directly by sailors.

Oleg is still a little bit about the terms
WARSHIP- a ship belonging to the armed forces of a state, having external signs that distinguish such vessels of its nationality, under the command of an officer who is in the service of the government of that state and whose last name is listed on the list of military personnel or an equivalent document and having a crew subordinate to regular military discipline (Article 29 of the 1982 UN Convention on the Law of the Sea).

SHIP (Ship) is a term used mainly in relation to a warship (ships of the navy), they say - military K. In addition, the term K. is preserved in the names of theoretical and scientific disciplines: the theory of ship architecture, ship navigation, etc. A ship, a ship with full armament, a frigate (Ship, full-rigged ship, frigate) is a three-masted vessel with a full set of sails, or, in other words, a ship with a bomb-bram-topmast. Before the advent of three-masted sailing ships, K. had all the masts, sails, yards, etc., that could be installed on a ship. K. admiral (Admiral \ 's ship, flag-ship) - K., on which the admiral holds the flag assigned to him. K. head (Headmost ship, leading ship) - K., going in the ranks (wake, bearing and ledge) forward. K. end (Sternmost ship) - K., going in the ranks (wake, bearing and ledge) last. K. left-flank - K., located on the extreme left side of the front line (in the direction of movement). K. right-flank - K., located extreme on the right side of the front line (in the direction of movement). K. equalizer (Regulator) - K., according to which the remaining K. are kept in line or relative to which maneuvering is performed. K. flagship (Flag-ship) - K., on which the flagship is staying, or, in other words, on which the flagship holds its flag.

Samoilov KI. Maritime Dictionary - M.L.: State Naval Publishing House of the USSR NKVMF, 1941

So my experience is not fooling me.
Any warship is a ship, but not any ship is a warship.
From which we conclude that the term "Ship" is a certain privileged term denoting a higher status (and some cruiser will obviously be "cooler" than any tanker) of this floating craft. Therefore, the sailors are so scrupulous in this matter.

I decided that a linguistic error had been made. But comrade Ushakov convinced me that no. His example of word usage is "a warship". And here are some examples he gives on the noun "ship": "The ship of the navy (military). Battleship".

Dear Kurkul, apparently military sailors are all amateur amateurs, because when you talk to a military sailor when asked about the Ship, you will almost 100% hear that the Ship is under the bed, and they have Ships.

Respected volcano, about the livestock of marine amateurs - I'm not in the know, but I suggest not to mix slang and terms. In any profession there are slang expressions and terms. But the term "parakhod" contains a kind of mechanism connected to a propulsion device.
Having behind me a shipbuilding institute and the title of a drop of the Navy in the reserve, I am well aware and constantly come across concepts such as "beach speak", but, in my opinion, articles on a particular topic should be accurate in definitions and contain exactly terms.
There is one detail in your definition of the term "frigate" by Samoilov: "a ship with complete weapons "- this means that there is a ship with incomplete weapons "- but this is absurd! And what is the name of the" ship with incomplete armament "-" underfrigate "or" semi-frigate "?
The "theory of warships" collapses when defining, for example, a Project 532 rescue vessel (SS), which has no weapons at all (officers' pistols and daggers are not counted). At the same time, if you try to tell a naval sailor from the SS about the "ship", you can get "on the scoreboard" - and the sailor will be right, because The SS has a "rank" and carries the flag of the Navy.
And then it becomes obvious, based on the contexts of use, that there is a confusion between the terms "combat" and "military", since "ship" is a ship military destination bearing the flag of the Navy, i.e. from the outset it is already clear that the "ship" exists for military use and not for transporting containers. But there are ships that are used directly for the execution of "combat" missions (armed), others - for "auxiliary" (not armed).
By analogy, you are not using the term "military tank", although the base of the tank is a caterpillar tractor. At the same time, the tank can be used both for combat use and for engineering and construction work, it all depends on the presence / absence of weapons. But if you tell a tanker that he served on a tractor, you can also get "on the scoreboard". drinks

Not a single career officer will give the reasons that you give, simply because the perpendicular. Any "vessel" under the St. Andrew's Flag is already a ship. Don't fool people. Because of you, today I climbed a cloud of encyclopedias to see what science says, and not my 9 years in two Fleets. Science says the same

I didn’t deny it and I strongly agree with you. But in our dispute it was about the amateurishness of the phrase "warship". Above * Bear52 * also indicated that in this case the expression "peaceful ship" should be.
At the same time, using the example of the SS, I pointed out quite strongly that the ship may not have weapons, it is just, in this case, "not combat".
But please do not take my arguments as an attempt at "moralizing" or something like that - believe me, I am far from that and respect the sailors of either the merchant fleet or the Navy, because I know sea life not by hearsay.

The United States handed over to Georgia two patrol boats that were repaired and modernized with American funds - the R-102 Tsotne Dadiani and the R-109 Fazis. The first of these is one of two American Point-class boats transferred from the US Coast Guard in 2000 (formerly WPB 82335 Point Countess built in 1962) and was previously hull number P-210. The second boat P-109 "Fazis" (named after the ancient colony on the site of Poti) is a boat of the Soviet project 1400 (code "Grif"), one of eight, which was at the disposal of the Georgian Coast Guard, and also changed its board number.

It's like in an anecdote about the Chukchi, I treat them very well, no offense will be said: the Chukchi arrived in Moscow got in a taxi and that he would not be deceived all the time he said "the Chukchi is smart, he knows the way", the taxi driver arrived at the place saying " with you 3-25 "Chukchi says" smart Chukchi 25 times, two 25, three 25 ". The same is true for this servant, who is very smart, but he doesn't eat bran, but in vain.

Most of all, the obsolete German G3, which was hidden from the Bundeswehr’s armament, is the most embarrassing, so this is where the Germans are putting off the used stuff, but what do you want from a country that doesn’t even have its own air force, air forces of other Baltic countries patrol the airspace of the Baltic countries, before which Russia then warlike remarks shouted off all the Baltic states at least for one F-4.

In the light of the fire on the American submarine:

    - Should vacuum cleaners be considered anti-submarine and taken into account in international agreements?

    - Should the US Navy order the development of special vacuum cleaners with their inclusion in the ship’s control system and the ability to track their movements in compartments in real time? It is also possible to install telemetry equipment on board a vacuum cleaner that sends information to the CP that it is currently sucking.

    - Should the US Navy develop a system for instantly neutralizing and / or destroying all out-of-control vacuum cleaners on board?

    Article minus.
The author retained the soviet approach to publishing facts.
The facts were selected either not reflecting the real state of affairs, or passed off a separate crazy radical for the average Frenchman. Or indulged in irony instead of pondering why the Russians do not want to be allowed into England. And there is something to think about.

The author’s approach is the one that was in the International Panorama program. There, in that broadcast. across America searched with a magnifying glass to prove that life in the USSR is better, and in the West.

Well done Alexey and Oleg - again pleased with a satirical review. It seems that in the future you will have a lot of material for a good healthy satire on western shit-democratizers. Thanks you.

    suharev-52,
I join and support! Recently, it is rarely possible to get to the Internet. But I follow the news. And your work, guys, always happy!
    Good luck and good luck!
    PS
I-3A OF FIRES AT US, A FEW OF ABOVE-REPEATERS WAS BURNT. THEREFORE THE INTERNET IS NOW DEFICIENT.
So I’m thinking, maybe someone’s machinations and wrecking too! bully
And about the boats to Sahak, Clintoshi's unambiguous message to this gourmet. Like a greyhound, keep attacking Russia, we will compensate for the damage! As far as I remember, it was two of these boats that were sunk by the cruiser Moskva on 08.08!

I read the article and remembered a conversation I heard in my youth (at that time I worked as a factory worker). One boy complained that he was always getting hit in the face, but others weren’t. Then he was told that others understood even the words.
The people in this article don’t understand the words...

Tell these soldiers not in absentia, but in person.
Now, you’ll understand exactly what you like/what you don’t like. Personally!!!

Did you see it? what is done with the country?
Imagine, they made the project a national data search http://ydn.ru/fpoisk
Here any information about each of us. As I found myself here, I was simply stunned, and the main thing is accessible to everyone.
Addresses, phone numbers, my correspondence in the social. networks, even photos.
You can delete the information, which is very good - you go through authorization, find it for yourself and delete it.
And then there is nobody who is looking for ...

What is being done with the country where the authorities are looking?
I somehow accidentally came across a people search site - goo.gl/8iV2v
Here you can find information about any resident of Russia, Ukraine and other CIS countries.
I'm really scared - twist like that any nit-picking can come in and see.
Addresses, best friends, relatives, above all, for example, there are my photos, phone number.
It’s good that you can delete, find your page - pass the check and delete
And then there is nobody who is looking for ...

Have you heard the news? The Russian authorities are already insolent in the end. They made this database
zipurl. ws / sngbaza where you can find information about any resident of Russia, Ukraine and other CIS countries. I was really very surprised that there were a lot of interesting things about me (addresses, phone numbers, even my photos of a different nature) - I wonder where they dug it up. In general, there are also good sides - this information can be deleted from the site.
I advise you to hurry, you never know how to fumble there ...

And now she appeared on the Internet http://microurl.ru/ebt Very surprised and scared, my correspondence, addresses, phone numbers, even found my nude photo, I can not even imagine where. The good news is that the data can be deleted from the site, of course, I used it and I advise everyone not to hesitate
