The Turkic Matrix by Morpheus Atambayev

Let's try to solve another riddle from the president of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev: what is common between Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Aksakov, Kuprin and Turgenev? People who have little understanding of the logic of the Kyrgyz leader, are unlikely to give the correct answer from the Atambayev point of view from the first time. It turns out that the matter is of Turkic origin ... According to the information that reached us from the mouth of the President of Kyrgyzstan, on the territory stretching from Siberia to the Black Sea coast, the Turks at all times created states, only for a change they called them differently each time. They wanted to: they made the Golden Horde, they wanted the Russian Empire, and the Soviet Union wanted it. Just some kind of Turkic Matrix for authorship of the Kyrgyz leader, and only.

Of course, Mr. Atambayev, who laid out all the Turkic secrets at a meeting with the Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev, can only be praised for his knowledge of the roots of the great Russian writers and world stories with geography. Turgenev and Kuprin really did have Turkic roots, but then, guided by the logic of Almazbek Sharshenovich, almost any living writer of the past centuries or the recognized Russian classics could be considered Turkic writers. Take, for example, Sergei Yesenin. Well, let him be born in the Ryazan province in the family of Russian peasants. So in fact he traveled to Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara in the 1921 year. Everything - write is gone - Sergey Aleksandrovich appeared in Almazbek Sharshenovich's secret lists.

Vladimir Mayakovsky, who was born in the village of Baghdadi in Georgia, can also be classified according to the Atambaev classification as the Turks. Why? Because Georgia borders on Azerbaijan, and there, in the opinion of all, the president of Kyrgyzstan, is Turkic roots, which means that Mayakovsky is one of this innumerable army.

Why are there writers - take any of us, and Mr. Atambayev will reveal to us the secrets of our origin ...

But why did Almazbek Atambayev need such strange and tortuous conclusions? The fact is that the President of Kyrgyzstan hinted to Ilham Aliyev about the historical community of people in order to get hold of Azerbaijani investments. Almazbek Sharshenovich reminded the President of Azerbaijan that he allocated billions in cash to literally everyone: “from Georgia to Europe”. So, they say, why not single out a small billionaire and Kyrgyz brothers ...

In this regard, it cannot be ruled out that the Kyrgyz President may, on the “wave of the Turkic community and patriotism,” tour a number of countries. You see, the leader of one of them will actually be impressed by the global Turkism discovered by Atambayev and transfer his zakat to one of the Kyrgyz banks.

Ahmed reminder service

At the beginning of the week, information arrived from London that, it should be noted, attracted the attention of the Russian public. No - this time it is not another blog entry of the Orthodox Londoner Boris Berezovsky with appeals to the Russians about the need to return to the Christian canons. Now London has thrown us a new informational petard in the form of exposing the assassination attempt on Akhmed Zakayev. For the sake of justice, I must say that we here in Russia have already begun to forget a little about who this gentleman is. But representatives of the British counterintelligence (MI5) reminded us that Akhmed Zakayev is not a lot of a lot, the chairman of the government of the independent republic of Ichkeria, well, or at least he himself said so to the counterintelligence officers of Albion, presenting the appropriate crust. And you know, now in any underpass you can buy a beautiful ksivu with colorful seals. If you want - be the chairman of the Ichkerian government, if you want - Ambassador Tilimilitryddii, and if you wish, you can also be a real British queen in exile, and let Zakayev have a gray beard ...

Naturally, the British began to wonder who decided to make an attempt on the life of such an interesting person. Literally, on the very first minute of titanic reasoning, an idea was born in someone's enlightened head: most likely Ramzan Kadyrov is to blame. The logic of this, apparently, was as follows: first, in MI5, they rushed to search for an independent Ichkeria on the world map, but they did not find it, then Zakayev had to explain that Ichkeria is where the Russian Federation is now located - the Chechen Republic, whose president is Ramzan Kadyrov . Well, if so, then there is nothing further to think about - Kadyrov attempted to assassinate and organized ...

After such conclusions, the MI5 employees had already leaned back in their leather chairs and smoked with relief, but then, when the cigarette smoke cleared, they realized that they didn’t solve the case to the end. After all, there was to be a performer. We rummaged in our file cabinet, where all those who once arrived in London from Russia are marked. Began to compare and assume. A - Abramovich - will not go to a wet business ... B - Berezovsky - this is also unlikely (he specializes in another direction) ... L - Luzhkov - it is doubtful ... Ch - Chichvarkin - not at once ... And suddenly they came across a person who has been living with 2003 for the year in the British Isles and is listed under the code name E1. Apparently, UK counterintelligence masters of chess poorly, because on Е1 it seems that the king of whites should stand, and the native of Chechnya, who settled in England in 2003, called king, and white, to put it mildly, is not logical. Well, it would be fine if E2-Е4 or “your horse is a bit, sir,” is understandable, but E1 ... In general, we don’t understand their logic.

But would it be interesting for the British to know that in London some Chechen decided to resolve another Chechen. The journalists had to sweat a lot before putting up materials about the attempt on Zakayev in their articles to warm up the public. It was decided to call Ahmed Halidovich Zakayev a friend of actress Vanessa Redgrave. You must admit that the phrase “an attempt on a friend of actress Redgrave” may look much more impressive for the British than an attempt on the unrecognized prime minister of an unrecognized government of an unrecognized republic, which today burns money from the London taxpayers. To enhance the effect, the British authorities also tried. They stated that the attempt on the London Chechen in general can only be viewed as a threat to the national security of the country.

As a result, the citizens of the Crown, once again having heard the words about the Russian criminal trail with the Ichkerian accent, just in case just closed the shutters more closely and continued to watch their favorite TV series.

In the Chechen Republic, on the fact of the assassination attempt, Akhmed Zakayev was told that Zakayev had never been perceived as an influential person, and after his flight to London, he had completely lost touch with life. If so, then the attempt on Akhmed Zakayev turns out to be beneficial only to two subjects: Mr. Zakayev himself to remind of the fact of her existence, as well as the British MI5, who was able to report on the disclosure of such a “daring” crime as soon as possible, hitting the world with the speed of their work.

In conclusion of this part, it must be recalled that in London, Mr. Zakayev was "elected" by the head of the government of Ichkeria by telephone voting of deputies who were once members of the Ichkerian parliament. Apparently, Mr. Zakayev is preparing for new elections that can be held by accepting SMS messages with the text "Е1" to a short number registered according to the documents MI5.

25 years for a deal that did not exist

5 April in the United States was handed down a verdict in the case of Russian businessman Viktor Bout. According to the verdict of the court, Booth must spend behind the bars 25 years. Such a solution can look quite double. On the one hand, Judge Sheindlin gave Viktor Bout the minimum time provided for by the article, on the other hand, such a punishment does not fit into the framework of the legal system. Bout’s fault, according to the prosecution, was that the businessman allegedly tried to sell weapon Colombian terrorists, which were made by representatives of US intelligence services. As proof of Viktor Bout’s guilt, an audio recording was constantly being turned around, where he said he was ready to sell ground-to-air missiles. And this, according to American justice, proves Bout’s connection with international terrorists. As a result, Booth did not sell any weapons to anyone, which did not prevent him from condemning him for such a long time. Let's not forget that Bout was arrested not even in the United States, but in a Thai hotel Sofitel (oh, these hotels are called Sofitel ...) and only then they were transferred to the United States.

It turns out that for any person in a conversation who flashes the phrase "you will take the land-air," a black raven may arrive with American numbers.

In this regard, my friends, let me take a little warning: if you suddenly get a phone call and introduce themselves to the Colombian terrorists, and from under the Colombian ponchos at least one of the letters F, B or I will look through the stars and the striped flag, then better ask them a couple of leading questions before you decide to cooperate. It is said that the simple question “The capital of Colombia -?” May confuse the American special services ...

Behind the agenda with a clear conscience

The reason for the discussion was given by the Russian lawmakers during the week, who decided to involve young people of military age for military service. Incentives can be described as a classic whip-gingerbread system, which, on the one hand, will severely (criminally) punish those who did not reach the military registration and enlistment office with their feet, but on the other hand, encourage those who honestly repay their debt to their motherland. The promotion may be as follows: a young man will be retained for a period of service in the army, but those who do not pass the service are expected to have a literally hopeless future - neither your respect, nor government bureaucratic positions.

Naturally, such a bill, or rather such amendments to the existing law, caused a lot of controversy among the legislators themselves. Well, what is this, citizens, it will turn out, as soon as the amendments get legal force, you will have to immediately remove up to half of the deputies from their old seats. And there is still a whole army of heads of regions, municipalities, rural settlements, many of whom at one time did not express a desire to serve the Fatherland. Yes, it can go so far that in Russia there will simply be no one to put them in leadership positions ... They, apparently, will have to sit in other places.

And our golden youth, having up to half a dozen higher educations per brother, is clearly not going to uphill the thresholds of military registration and enlistment offices. They will be too lazy to get there even on their own "Infiniti" or Papa's "Lexus".

If so, then very soon the bulk of the deputies can declare such a bill to put the safety of life in the Russian Federation at trial.

You can decide to give a forecast of the situation that will form in Russia, if such a bill is adopted. Naturally, the number of those unable to serve in the ranks of the Russian army for health reasons will go up sharply. Doctors will record the rapid growth of such terrible diseases in conscripts such as caries, myopia, curvature of the spine and a number of other ailments that simply can not allow young people to join the ranks. Obviously, Russia can once again become the most educated nation in the world, since the number of graduate students, at least among the male population, will increase significantly, and postgraduate universities will have to build up to several floors up, or even occupy basement and semi-basements.

There is, however, another way out for those who, well, cannot afford to serve the year normally in the Russian army, but are not going to "mow" it, so as not to deprive themselves of a lukewarm place in one of the ministries. This way is for all interested parties to create their own military unit - the Closed Joint-Stock Company “Major in shoulder straps”, where it will be possible to serve perfectly. It will be possible to get to such a part through a special “major military enlistment office” by special invitations or flyers. The units will certainly have to go through "party" and "aftepati", get glamorous fashion wiki. Next to the portrait of the Supreme Commander there will be an 3D portrait of Sergei Zverev. Soldier jackets will be made from organza, instead of tunics and shapeless soldier's trousers, private soldiers will wear tight-fitting cardigans and low-rise jeans. To preserve the traditions of the army, the major soldiers will visit the bath once a week, where they can change their thongs in order to experience the fighting brotherhood ...

In general, the aspirations of the legislators are undoubtedly good, but given the current realities, the deputies will obviously have a hard time fighting for the popularization of military service.

Warming belt

Since the Russian servicemen dressed up in a new uniform, it has become a strange way to increase the number of colds sick soldiers of urgent service in the cold season. At the same time, the Main Military Prosecutor’s Office became suspicious about whether this form conforms to the established norms and requirements. After conducting all the necessary research, it turned out that the new military uniform fully complies with all statutory canons. To be honest, there was no doubt about such results. After all, if the office of Sergey Fridinsky had recognized any flaws in the “fashion accessories” from a famous designer, then, apparently, the military prosecutors would have to change the Russian army at their own expense. However, if the results of the test of Sergey Fridinsky were completely satisfied, then the question arises, why did the soldiers get cold and sick?

On this occasion, the Ministry of Defense and the MAG, which is also not surprising in the current realities, came to a common opinion. First, from the Resource Support Department of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, they threw information that, it turns out, the soldiers simply “perceive the cold differently”. Like, on the street-25 Celsius, but you need to take it in the military the same way - a slight cooling, - 35 degrees - a light invigorating frost, -45 - to absolute temperature zero is still too far, and therefore - there is nothing to complain about. They did not forget to mention in the Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation how much the re-dressing of the Russian servicemen cost, so that such information could act soberingly at GWP. And sobering, I must say, happened.

During the week, the chief military prosecutor of the Russian Federation, Sergei Fridinsky, said that all the troubles of the soldiers were connected with the fact that they simply had the wrong way to wear the military ammunition given to them. It turns out that an ordinary soldier was freezing only because he wore a belt not where he needed it, and the commanding fathers did not even suggest where to wear a soldier’s beltоis false Previously, you understand, they put it all over the pea jacket, but according to Valentin Yudashkin’s project, the belt should be tightened ... no, not around the neck, but under outerwear. Well, finally, the revolutionary fashion trends have reached our conservative army. Maybe soon we will find out that the jacket itself from Yudashkin must be worn inside out or backwards, and the soldiers' boots so that the left one wears on the right leg and the right one on the left one. You look, it will affect the fighters warmingly.

Fridinsky declares that the Main Military Unit has already achieved from the rear men, the issue of a special textbook that explains to unprofitable Russian soldiers and officers how to wear a new military uniform: which side should be attached buttons, where to fasten a hat and how to turn into a soldier's belt to make it warmer ...

Greetings, colleagues on the glorious day of the Air Defense Forces and, unwittingly, drew an analogy between the soldiers of this illustrious type of troops and the work of Alexei - both here and here (Volodin's articles) - they hit a blizzard! It is a pleasure to read articles with unpredictable narrative twists and apt definitions. I can congratulate all of us on the fact that another media "star" has appeared on the Internet, besides the well-known Mr. McFaul - this is Mr. Atambaev! Alexey - many thanks for the article and for the topics that really deserve attention and judgment. A plus. good

I am very surprised at such a modest narration on this site of the epic with Booth. And the author of the article above even turns out to be a jokester? I am simply sure that the "arms baron" will not laugh at all in an American prison, Latinos and blacks will show him how they love their homeland! Then we all together and giggle laughing Now for this sad story: what did the author of the article forget to start his tirade from the distant 1992, from Belgium, where Booth is perfectly remembered? Or has your memory gone? After all, the story is very long and exciting. Booth has done a lot of things, in several African countries there are still thousands of cripples who have become such in connection with the "business" of the booth, are living out their days ... Let him remember the whole network of illegal arms trade under the cover of some "gru" office ... or and is it faintly remembered? Korabelnikov, why did they "retire"? .. Why was it restricted to travel to many countries of the world in today's age of free movement around the world, because he carried potatoes on his own military transport workers who had come from nowhere? The questions about it for the gullible Russian reader are a wagon with a cart, but the local media somehow shyly bypass many sensitive moments. Now, according to the evidence: I will reveal a huge secret for some of the site visitors - the American special services are trying to work ADVANCED and not allow victims to happen! The lesson of 11.09.2001/XNUMX/XNUMX went for the future, and the absence of terrorist attacks after this date speaks of the colossal successes of the American special services! Booth was in development for many years, he was hunted all over the world, while he was sitting in Russia under the protection of the local FSB, a strange very "honest businessman" lol His accomplices (Smulyan et al.) Helped him to get out directly to him, so you don’t need to make an innocent sheep from the boot, but you don’t need to speak beyond the mountains of service and electronic correspondence - this goes without saying. Well, and the comedy finale: a meeting directly with DIA agents and recording several video cameras and microphones to discuss MANPADS DELIVERY DETAILS and other weapons, with a full layout on paper with the hand of a buta! Ie BUT I SAID EVERYTHING! I hope everyone understands this? Is honest businessmen doing that? laughing He "slept" in full and now let the blacks explain in prison: how he wanted to supply weapons to Colombian terrorists with the aim of killing American citizens, I think all this will end very sadly for him ... Another proof of the effectiveness and impregnability of the American Judicial and Law Enforcement System!

And here is a typical example of Russian "justice":
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation will appeal against the decision of the prosecutor to annul the decision to institute criminal proceedings on the fact of the attempted murder of a schoolgirl in Kaliningrad. This was reported by the media relations department of the Investigative Committee.
As noted in the Investigative Committee, the prosecutor’s office canceled the decision to institute criminal proceedings on the attempted murder of a schoolgirl, as well as the detention of two 14-year-old girls on suspicion of committing this crime.

The investigating authorities do not agree with this decision, it is supposed to appeal it "in all higher instances of the supervisory department up to the prosecutor general."

The day before, two schoolgirls suspected of attempted murder of a disabled girl were detained in the Kaliningrad region. The incident occurred in late March in Gusev, during school holidays. Two schoolgirls beat a disabled girl and then posted the video on the Internet. The video caused a stormy public reaction.

Initially, on this fact, the local police made a decision to refuse to initiate a criminal case. On Saturday, a criminal case under the article "attempted murder" was initiated into the beating of a disabled girl. Criminal liability for committing this crime under Russian law comes from the age of 14.

Tyumen35, yeah, a neighbor in the region, which is Mikhail Dmitrievich? So it was in Russia, but take a look at the biography:

After returning from the army, he continued his studies at the Faculty of International Economic Relations of the IFI, which he graduated with honors in 1989 [10] [7]. He defended his diploma on the topic “Forecasting the Exchange Rate of the Currency System of Capitalism”. His classmates and friends were the future governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexander Khloponin and Andrei Kozlov, First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (1997-1999 and 2002-2006), member of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia, who was killed in an assassination attempt.

                Well, briefly:
1989-1992 - Head of the International Bank for Economic Cooperation (IBEC).
1992-1993 - Chairman of the Board of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank International Finance Company.
1993-1998 - Chairman of the Board of ONEXIM Bank.
1998—2000 - President and Chairman of the Board of ONEXIM Bank.
2000-2001 - President of JSCB ROSBANK.
2001-2008 - General Director, Chairman of the Management Board of MMC Norilsk Nickel (since June 2001). In April 2007, he left the post of General Director of MMC Norilsk Nickel. But as of September 2007, Prokhorov still owned a blocking stake in Norilsk Nickel (25%).
2006—2010 - Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC Polyus Gold.
Yes, and he was born two years earlier in Moscow and he did not work for the GRU in the KGB, and so, he robbed old people not childishly. Yes, you probably remember the times ...

And then the conversation is about a foreign country, where everything was smooth and calm then, I know myself, in the 90s Germany was almost all on wheels and drove in fifth. Yes, the question is, who is he, at 25, only the university has finished, will give money, a carduel, but he will send such green to the GRU. This failure will be complete, well, or half-full. Oh well, I don’t even want to talk, it’s not that age, nobody will even talk to a taboo, but they’ll shoot me right away !!!

In high school, he studied German and Esperanto. He studied at the Kazan Suvorov Military School. In 1985, after an unsuccessful attempt to enroll in MGIMO, he was drafted into the army, served in Transcarpathia, after demobilization in 1987, he entered the Military Red Banner Institute of the USSR Ministry of Defense in Moscow, after which he served as a military translator from 1989 to 1991 radio operator in the Vitebsk regiment of military transport aviation, repeatedly performing flight missions in Angola and other African countries. In 1989-1990 he was a translator of the Soviet military mission in Mozambique, where he met his future wife Alla at a party-Komsomol meeting.
In 1991, he opened his first company and became an aviation broker. In 1992, he left for South Africa, where he took up the organization of air transportation. In a newspaper interview, he claimed to have lived in the United Arab Emirates since 1993, but "has never made an attempt to emigrate from Russia or change his citizenship." His airline at the airport of Sharjah was engaged in the transportation of flowers, household goods and legal military cargo, as well as the transport of French and Belgian military peacekeepers. In 1996, it delivered Russian fighters to Malaysia.
By the mid-1990s, the first allegations by the media that Bout's business included the illegal arms trade in countries subject to the international embargo were related. Among the buyers pointed to the government and partisan formations of countries such as Afghanistan, Angola, Togo, Rwanda, Liberia, Sierra Leone, the Taliban and Al Qaeda. The reason for such assumptions was the testimony of the pilots that the cargo was always in boarded up crates. The Russian press suggested that Bout could be an unofficial dealer of Rosvooruzhenie and one of the important secret carriers of the Russian Federation. [13]
In 1995, Viktor Bout participated in negotiations on the release of the Russian crew of an IL-76 aircraft captured in Afghanistan [14].
In 1995-1998 he carried out his business from Belgium, but in connection with the initiated investigation of his activities by law enforcement agencies, he moved to the United Arab Emirates, where his Air Cess Liberia airline, which owns more than 50 aircraft in different countries of the world, is located.
Viktor Bout was mentioned in connection with illegal deliveries of weapons and ammunition bypassing UN sanctions in reports of the UN Security Council (2000), Amnesty International (2005 and 2006), and the US State Department [15].
At the same time, since 2003, companies owned or controlled by Booth have supplied supplies to the US military in Iraq. [16]
In November 2011, during a search of Libyan intelligence headquarters in Tripoli, documents were found indicating Bout’s contacts with Libyan officials related to 2003.
Booth acknowledges his involvement in transporting weapons to hot spots, but denies trade as such.

In 2001, due to an increasing wave of suspicion, Bout had to leave the UAE. In 2002, Belgium was the first Western country to accuse him of smuggling diamonds and money laundering in the amount of about $ 300 million over the previous seven years and put Bout on the international wanted list. Fearing an arrest, Bout settled in Russia in 2002, trying not to go abroad, not to attract attention and, according to his wife, stopped working in the aviation business. Nevertheless, based on the Belgian warrant, in 2002 the UN imposed a ban on the movement of Bout, and in 2005, together with the United States, demanded to freeze his accounts, as well as all companies and individuals associated with him. Booth claimed that as a result of UN sanctions, he lost about $ 17 million.
In the late 1990s, the US government launched an investigation into the activities of Victor Bout. In 2006, US President George W. Bush signed a decree to freeze Booth's assets because his activities threaten the implementation of US foreign policy in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
In 2008, agents of the American Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), disguised as Colombian rebels, lured Bout to Bangkok, ostensibly to conclude a deal for the supply of modern weapons, and made dictaphone records compromising Booth, which later became evidence in an American court .. March 6, 2008 at the Sofitel Silom Road Hotel, Booth was detained by Thai police. An arrest warrant was issued by a Thai court on charges of helping Colombian terrorists, for whom American agents pretended to be [19].
Together with Viktor Bout in Thailand, Andrei (Andrew) Smulyan, a British citizen and his possible accomplice, was detained, but then released. It is assumed that Smulian at that time cooperated with the American intelligence services, acting as an intermediary in the negotiations between them and Booth.

                      reference on Golikova:
The media accuse the Minister of Health, Tatyana Golikova (wife of the former head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Viktor Khristenko), in close ties with the Pharmstandard company, which the minister allegedly patronized. This holding has been receiving multi-billion dollar budget funds for many years. Pharmaceutical products manufactured by Pharmstandard (for example, arbidol) are recommended by the Ministry of Health for the treatment of various diseases, although their therapeutic effects are doubtful in many patients. Pharmstandard was founded in 2003 by Profit House, a Millhouse Capital structure that managed the assets of Roman Abramovich. In March 2008, Abramovich and Millhouse left this business. The owners of the pharmaceutical group are Viktor Kharitonin and Yegor Kulkov.
Pharmstandard capitalization is $ 2,9 billion. Revenue in 2009 is 23 billion rubles. In the future, it only grew. Expansion is underway in the regions - in particular, Pharmstandard planned to acquire St. Petersburg First Aid pharmacies. In the course of the proceedings with federal pharmacists, the owners of First Aid were killed - according to the official version, in 2008 two businessmen with a 10-day difference committed suicide independently of each other.
According to the reports of Pharmstandard, the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation is one of the main consumers of its products. Thus, the revenue from sales to the structures of the Ministry of Health and Social Development exceeded 2010 billion 2 million 159 thousand rubles in the third quarter of 294, and 2 billion 960 million 207 thousand rubles in the fourth quarter.
The head of Pharmstandard Viktor Kharitonin is well acquainted with Golikova and Khristenko. His fortune is now estimated by Forbes at $ 1,5 billion. The state of Golikova herself is still unknown.
It is only known that Viktor Khristenko and Tatyana Golikova live in Moscow, in Krylatskoye, in the elite village of Fantasy Island, built on the territory of the specially protected natural area Moskvoretsky Park (near the village of Rechnik).
Former minister, and now head of the board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Viktor Khristenko owns an apartment of 218,6 square meters. m. According to him, he bought this housing on the secondary market in 2007. That year, the cost of such apartments reached $ 14 thousand per meter, that is, on average the minister should have cost about $ 3 million. Although, according to income statements in 2008, Khristenko earned 4,4 million rubles, in 2009 - almost 5,4 million rubles. Golikova’s income in 2008 amounted to 3,2 million, in 2009 - 3,1 million rubles ...
Perhaps the best of all, a year ago, was evaluated by the activities of Minister Golikova, Dr. Leonid Roshal. Speaking at a medical forum, in the presence of Prime Minister Putin, a well-known children's surgeon made an uncompromising diagnosis: “I am a direct person and cannot help but say that this is a disaster, that there is not a single normal experienced healthcare organizer in the Ministry of Health and Social Development. ... How many years do we ask: where is the concept of healthcare development? Where are we going? ... It’s easy to break the system, and recovering is long and expensive. ”
They say that after this speech Tatyana Golikova initially thought about the imminent resignation. But it blew through.
At the beginning of this year, Viktor Khristenko showed an enviable insight - he broke up with the ministerial chair and smoothly moved to the leadership of the slurred Eurasian Economic Commission. Now he, as an international official, has immunity status. Whether the second half will follow suit is unclear. Perhaps not everything has been done in the field of Russian healthcare, and someone in the family should earn money.

But where does Prokhorov in general, when is Levitin? ...
Prior to being appointed Minister of Transport and Communications of the Russian Federation, Levitin was officially engaged in private business. In 1996-2004 - Head of the Railway Department and Deputy General Director of Severstaltrans (N-Trans). Working in this structure, he contributed to the acquisition of stakes in the Taganrog and Tuapse Commercial Sea Ports.
Together with her daughter Yulia Igorevna Levitina, he established LLC Steeltekhinvest (the date of registration of the enterprise is 2000). After the transfer of his father to public service, Yulia Levitina appeared among the owners under the name of her husband as Yulia Zvereva.
According to SPARK-Interfax, the family of Igor Levitin through LLC Staltekhinvest together with LLC Promsbytinvest and businessman Rezchikov owned CJSC Dormashinvest specializing in road construction and production of vehicle parts. During the civil service of Igor Levitin, the annual revenue of Dormashinvest CJSC, according to SPARK-Interfax, exceeded 1 billion rubles. - not counting the financial indicators of affiliated companies, measured in figures of a similar order.
The ownership structure of N-Trans LLC is hidden - the owner of the company is the offshore Transport Investment Holding Ltd., registered in Cyprus. In this regard, it is not yet possible to document the version published by the press that the Minister of Transport remains the shareholder of the N-trans group, where the businessman Igor Levitin worked. It is legally possible to identify ultimate owners only by police request.
From the official statements of “N-Trans” it is known that the persons determining its activities partially own (from 2010, together with Vladimir Putin’s partner in judo classes Arkady Rotenberg), another Cypriot company, Mark O'Polo Investments Ltd. This offshore, according to SPARK-Interfax, owns a majority stake in Mostotrest OJSC. The latter owns over 50% of the shares in the Corporation Corporation Inzhtransstroy LLC and over 50% of the shares of Transstroymekhanizatsiya OJSC. The younger partners of the owner of N-Trans in these two enterprises are members of the family of Yefim Basin, who is considered Igor Levitin's closest confidant over the past decades.
The general beneficiary, which through this offshore system owns shares in the companies N-Trans, Mostotrest, Inzhtransstroy and Transstroymehanizatsiya, operates with significant financial resources. The last three organizations received from the Russian budget a sum of money comparable to the capital of businessmen of the Forbes top-ranking magazine.
According to SPARK-Interfax, only for particularly large transport contracts in 2005-10. Mostotrest OJSC should be transferred by the state about 80 billion rubles. - more than $ 2,5 billion. This amount is distributed over the financing of Olympic facilities in the region of Sochi-Adler, the Don and M-27 Dzhubga-Sochi highways, the St. Petersburg Ring Road, the M-6 Caspian federal highways ", M-7" Volga ", M-9" Baltic ", M-10" Russia ".
According to incomplete data, the total volume of contracts concluded by the structures of the Ministry of Transport with Inzhtransstroy is approaching $ 3,5 billion. In addition to the port project in Ust-Luga, the corporation is involved in the construction of a port in Sochi and carries out the bulk of work on roads, overpasses and bridges. federal significance, including routes leading to the Sochi Olympic Center. The list of contracts includes the Ring Road of St. Petersburg, the Amur highway, the M-1 Belorus highway, the M-4 Don, the M-5 Ural, the M-9 Baltia, the M-10 Russia, airports in Nizhny Novgorod, Ufa, Adler, Moscow aviation hub, equipment of the pipeline system "Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean" (ESPO).
About $ 500 million from the budget was allocated by Transstroymekhanizatsiya OJSC. The company was engaged in the reconstruction of the airfield and the existing airport complex of the Sochi-Adler airport, the airport in Ufa and the M-5 Ural highway. Among the customers are the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia), FGU Avtomagistral and other federal agencies subordinate to the Ministry of Transport.
The owners of the N-Trans holding also own 50% of North-West Concession Company LLC, which lays the Moscow - St. Petersburg highway through the Khimki forest. Earlier, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) was supposed to act as an investor; subsequently, financing was assigned to the consortium of Vnesheconombank (VEB) and Sberbank - both Russian structures are state-owned. The EBRD’s refusal to participate in the project was caused by a number of factors, including lengthy public protests, a political and political scandal, and criticism from environmental organizations.
According to the report of the international monitoring organization Transparency International, the construction of this highway and the cutting of the Khimki forest could conceal the personal interest of Transport Minister Igor Levitin. The agreement with North-West Concession Company LLC was signed by the Federal Highway Agency (Rosavtodor) subordinate to the Ministry of Transport. The project’s justification was a transport collapse that occurred on the Leningradskoye Highway in June 2006. According to the results of the audit conducted by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, the cause of the crisis was identified as violations in the work of the Moscow government and Rosavtodor.
According to leaders of environmental protests in Khimki, “the collapse was specifically directed and most likely in the bowels of the Ministry of Transport - as the main one interested in obtaining European money for the construction of the road.” In 2011, Yevgenia Chirikova, the head of the Khimki Forest movement, publicly accused Igor Levitin of having “frank corruption interests” by organizing a picket by the Ministry of Transport. After a short time, a police search was carried out in Chirikova’s office and the seizure of documents was ordered by the activist as Minister Levitin.
In the course of cutting down the Khimki forest, hired guards were involved, who beat protesting local residents. The victims of the attacks were Mikhail Beketov, editor-in-chief of the Khimkinskaya Pravda newspaper, Vitaliy Kuzmin, journalist of the Civil Accord newspaper, environmentalist Konstantin Fetisov and other opponents of the project, which is believed to be lobbied by Igor Levitin.

Well, we will get Bout out of the state police department. As compensation, let's throw some pedophile staff member into our Russian jail who holds a post in some company. There are a lot of them in Moscow now. Can you imagine the Russian prison in comparison with the US one, and even with such an article. Latinos and negros, in comparison with our prisoners, seem like boys from a parish school. And if, by mistake, he is also sent to a regular colony, and not for foreigners? Such a scenario may well be, Medved will soon surrender his post. And he will be replaced by an uncle who takes these matters very seriously. Then the entire pedoliberal state "democracy" will know what awaits them, if they behave incorrectly. It's time to teach bad Americans, better later than never

Still, let's get back to the Russian sheep, a reference to Serdyukov:
Anatoly Serdyukov asked to resign in September 2007, without having spent a year as Minister of Defense. It was reported that he decided to leave the post of Minister of Defense of Russia, as he was in a relationship with the then Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov. Zubkov has Serdyukov’s father-in-law. Putin did not accept Serdyukov’s resignation. Retaining Serdyukov in a military post, Putin stressed that the tasks of modernizing the army, which, according to him, are "huge money", should be solved by an economically savvy person.
Now on the website of the Ministry of Defense it is indicated that economic activity is one of the largest areas of its work. All enterprises owned by the RF Ministry of Defense are combined into nine holdings managed by the parent company, Oboronservis OJSC. The general director of Oboronservis OJSC is Sergey Khursevich, who previously headed the Federal Tax Service in the Stavropol Territory. Chairman of the Board of Directors - Anatoly Serdyukov. Oboronservis OJSC manages the following companies: Aviaremont, Spetsremont, Remvooruzhenie, Oboronstroy, Agroprom, Oboronenergo, Voentorg, Krasnaya Zvezda, Slavyanka, each of which leads to including commercial activities, which, of course, are thoroughly classified. It can be assumed that the creation of A. Serdyukov by such a powerful group of commercial enterprises opened the possibility of pumping multimillion-dollar budget funds into the offshore pockets of trusted merchants. Rosoboronservis considers its activity to be successful: the revenue for 2010 of all enterprises included in Oboronservis amounted to 9,36 billion rubles, net profit - 403,5 million rubles, profitability - about 10%. And how much goes left is a military secret.
Under Anatoly Serdyukov, BTK Group CJSC, the former general director of Baltika Breweries, Taimuraz Bolloev, became the supplier of military uniforms for the army. In 2009 alone, the volume of contracts with BTK Group exceeded 1 billion rubles. Valentin Yudashkin received 23 million rubles for the development of the couturier’s form itself, and many elements had to be redone due to poor quality. And already that year the “cold” form from Yudashkin became the cause of colds of hundreds of military personnel.
In addition, the Minister of Defense paid attention to equipping the department with elite furniture. By 2010, the furniture at the General Staff of the Ministry of Defense was probably completely dilapidated. At least you could think so by examining the documents of the next auction on the public procurement website. Office Serdyukov was ready to spend 18,3 million rubles. on the setting of classrooms on Znamenka. In total, the Ministry of Defense required 125 pieces of furniture: from a sliding wardrobe to a floor hanger. Thus, the average cost of one new element of the interior was 146 rubles.
If you believe the report of the monitoring expert group published on the website elektion2012.ru, Anatoly Serdyukov is an active supporter of the agreement signed in 2010 on the purchase in France of two assault helicopter carriers of the Mistral type and the construction of two ships of the same type in Russia. Domestic large landing ships Alexander Nikolaev and Mitrofan Enko, which were considered combat-ready, were decommissioned. It turned out that the prices for ships were overstated, the documentation did not work out the transfer by the French side of modern technologies, without which the purchase for the Russian Federation lost its meaning. Vice Admiral Nikolai Borisov, who was responsible for the project, was fired by President Dmitry Medvedev.
After the transfer of Anatoly Serdyukov from the Federal Tax Service to the Ministry of Defense, the husband of his sister Galina Puzikova, the businessman Valery Puzikov was appointed acting and then general director of the organization, formerly known as the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “St. Petersburg Engineering and Technical Center of the Federal Tax Service”. Subsequently, the enterprise was reassigned to the Ministry of Defense and became known as the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "St. Petersburg Engineering and Technical Center of the Ministry of Defense of Russia". Puzikov served as director until 2010.
The center was a major recipient of government contracts from structures subordinate to the Federal Tax Service and the Ministry of Defense. In 2009 alone, in favor of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise, orders were issued for 2 billion 138 million 260 thousand rubles (about $ 70 million), of which 546 million rubles (more than $ 18 million) were received from the Russian Ministry of Defense for the use of the Tu-134 aircraft, rent and vehicle maintenance.
In December 2010, the Ministry of Defense held a tender for the supply of automotive equipment at the Sberbank site. As a result, the military department leased 553 cars, including Porsche Cayenne, BMW 5th and 7th series, Executive Mercedes, Volkswagen Multivan, Fiat Doblo, Fiat Ducato, Ford Focus, Ford Transit, GAZ, ambulances and other vehicles. The only participant in the competition was the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "St. Petersburg Engineering and Technical Center of the Ministry of Defense of Russia." The contract price amounted to 10,3 billion rubles. - The initial figure did not decrease.
In August 2008, during the Georgian-South Ossetian conflict, Minister of Defense Serdyukov could not be found on the phone for more than 10 hours, MK reported. Without it, no important decisions could be made. Apparently, therefore, the chief of the General Staff first stated that once the commander of the district’s troops is in place, then let him make decisions independently, based on the situation. But then, seeing that the matter was bad - the Georgians reached Tskhinval too quickly, he called one of his deputies, who had been dismissed, to the former chief of the General Operations Directorate of the General Staff (GOU GSH) Alexander Rukshin and asked: come back at least for a couple of days, we must to help, because the new head of GOU has not yet been appointed.
Rukshin refused. And how can you help me if almost all the GOU GSH officers were sent on vacation, since the new head of the construction department started moving the GOU to another building on Leningradsky Prospekt and now you will not find any documents or maps there. Then the Minister of Defense began to call Rukshin, but he answered him: "No, I don’t obey you anymore." True, then, they say, they still found the person to whom Rukshin obeyed - Putin. After his call, the general arrived at the General Staff and took control of the operation. By that time a day had already passed. Only then did at least some coordinated action begin ...
For only a fraction of these sins in any civilized country, the Minister of Defense would simply have to resign. But this is not our case.

and this human being claimed the highest post of Minister of Internal Affairs:
“A total sweep has begun ... Professionals are thrown out ... 11 people. Directions to quit receive not only those who came from Moscow, but also everyone who worked with them. And now they all have to flee from St. Petersburg ... They have to run away: there is a serious danger of provocations, they can throw something, for example. This personnel policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is monstrous, similar to 1937 ... I can say for sure: I will not work with this head of the ministry. Those who have been “cleaned up” with me are already thinking: since the native Ministry of Internal Affairs does not protect its own police officers, it is necessary to create a union. ”
Such devastating accusations for the Ministry of Internal Affairs were recently published in a Moscow newspaper. First impression - a new major Dymovsky appeared, whose sincere appeal to the president of the country a year ago was one of the impetus for police and police reform. Only the current statement was not made by a major, but by an entire police colonel general. The former First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia refuses to work with Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev. The former head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region gathered to create a police union. We are talking about Mikhail Sukhodolsky, who exactly three days after President Medvedev’s decree on his resignation, suddenly began to transform into a revolutionary in a uniform.

          Mop Shank
An emergency occurred in St. Petersburg on January 22, which caused a powerful resonance not only in the city on the Neva, but throughout the country. Police officers detained 15-year-old Nikita Leontiev on suspicion of theft of a woman’s bag and arranged for him to be “biased” at a local police station. The cuttings from the mop and the fists of the precinct were chosen as "addictions." The teenager could not stand such arguments and very soon began to lose consciousness. The police called an ambulance, but the teenager died on the way to the hospital.
In principle, it has been difficult to surprise such horrors lately - in spite of the “successfully” carried out reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, its employees are in no hurry to show “false humanism” in relation to the detainees, all the more so red-handed. From time to time, we hear stories when citizens, after conversations with internal affairs officers, lose their health, and sometimes their lives.
Probably, if this tragedy occurred in some other city, then it would hardly have caused such a wide public resonance. But Peter is a special city, if not to say, a landmark. Moreover, as luck would have it, at the time of the scandal around the dead teenager in the city of “broken lights”, several crimes committed by police officers were already recorded. In the Vyborg district, local officers abducted a young man for ransom; the head of the 32nd police department was detained by people from the FSB for taking a bribe. Another police officer Natalya Samoilova was convicted of drug trafficking. That is, in general, the picture of the "Northern Capital" was quite unsightly.
On a wave of deafening information resonance, the district policeman, guilty of beating a teenager, was arrested, he pleaded guilty, and he was already charged. Two of his colleagues were fired for "non-suppression of unlawful acts and failure to provide first aid to the detainee." The head of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the Nevsky District lost his post. Three more police leaders of the district were transferred to lower positions.
However, in Moscow, the measures taken were considered insufficient. A large commission was sent to the estate of General Sukhodolsky. The order, signed by Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev, states that the inspection was needed "in connection with the failure of adequate measures on the part of the leadership of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region to commit a grave crime on January 22, 2012 by an officer of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Nevsky District."
It would seem that such inspections for General Sukhodolsky are understandable and familiar. It is worth recalling that back in 2004, the near-Kremlin magazine “GDP” wrote about the general: “Mikhail Igorevich Sukhodolsky constantly shows subordinates who is the boss in the house. This is especially reflected in the Moscow UVO, whose units the zealous “professionals” of Sukhodolsky regularly subjected to exhausting checks. ” (“GDP” No. 2, July 2004.)
But when in 2012 they decided to check him himself, the Colonel General panicked. At an emergency press conference, he spoke rather sharply at the auditors and declared the audit “illegitimate”: “We are not afraid of this inspection ... It is unclear how well this process can be organized ... And this, in the end, will destabilize the work.” In general, as the newspaper Delovoy Peterburg summed up, Sukhodolsky was “nervous — he spoke a lot, emotionally and confusedly.”
And then at a meeting the head of the St. Petersburg police there was an open quarrel between Sukhodolsky and his first deputy Sergei Umnov. The reason was the questionnaire among the personnel, undertaken by the Moscow inspection, regarding trust to the chief Mikhail Sukhodolsky. Apparently, the general decided to seriously compete for his chair. On February 9, “around 15 o'clock on 02,“ alarm ”is codenamed“ Fortress, ”Novaya Gazeta restores these rebellious events. - Legend: Capture the main control. All policemen are arming themselves, all visitors are taken to the street. Towards evening, several hundred officers gather in the GU building to support deputy chief Sergei Umnov. Dozens of armed officers guard his office ... After the end of the alarm, President Dmitry Medvedev calls the St. Petersburg governor, Georgy Poltavchenko, with one question about Sukhodolsky.
          Answer Poltavchenko:
“Sukhodolsky is a great person, but he did not agree with the team.”
As a result, the very next day, the president signed Decree No. 165 on the resignation of such a "great man." It turned out that, among other things, Mikhail Sukhodolsky, in the heat of the fight and under the pretext of "suddenly worsening health status," did not appear on the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where Dmitry Medvedev spoke on that day. The angry president throws out the phrase that has already become popular: “The informational wars have begun. The ministry should work as a single harmonious organism. There is no place for tantrums and personal PR in the work of the police. ”
Meanwhile, Sukhodolsky gives interviews to reporters over the phone and states that he can be arrested at any time. However, in the evening, under the supervision of the SOBR, in the office of Sukhodolsky, the affairs are transferred to his deputy, General Umnov, who has just been appointed Minister Nurgaliyev as acting chief of the St. Petersburg police. Sukhodolsky leaves the building without a uniform, gets into a company car with a flashing light and, having made a maneuver in the oncoming lane, goes to the next press conference and then flies to Moscow.
Since then, Petersburgers, who have not heard anything scandalous and “blowing up the brain” from the lips of the rebel general, are trying to answer the question: “What was that ?!”

The troublemakers of stability who rebel against the system are traditionally loved among our people. But somehow this rebellious image does not fit with the official, and even more so with the shadow biography of 47-year-old Colonel-General of Police Mikhail Sukhodolsky.
His official biography shines like a dress uniform from couturier Yudashkin. Born on May 13, 1964 in the village of Pushkinskiye Gory, Pskov Region. In 1981 he graduated from a school in the city of Mary of the Turkmen SSR, in 1985 - the Krasnodar Higher Military School, which trained specialists in the field of communications and information security. In 1985-1990 he served as an officer in the army. In 1990, Sukhodolsky got a job in the Moscow police, where he first worked as an operative officer of the OBKhSS of the Perovsky district executive committee, and then in various positions in the criminal police service of the Moscow Main Department of Internal Affairs.
Mikhail Igorevich would have remained ordinary and inconspicuous, but, they say, somehow fate brought him together with the assistant to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Vladimir Rushailo, Alexander Orlov. (Orlov at that time was considered the “gray cardinal” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In the spring of 2001, shortly before Rushailo’s resignation, he went on the run with luggage of corruption charges). So in August 2000, Mikhail Sukhodolsky became a “corridor” - the head of the line ATC of Sheremetyevo Airport. (There is such an expression in the vocabulary of the siloviki “trade corridors”, that is, to ensure easy passage through the border.)
One of my TV colleagues once told a bike in the early 2000s. He came with an operator to Sheremetyevo to take pictures of the airport personnel needed for reporting, having secured this permission from a large official from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. A big man from the ministry said that a journalist can safely contact the head of the LOVD airport Sukhodolsky for help. When my friend came to Sukhodolsky’s office and said that he was “from such and such,” the police chief allegedly busily asked, “when is the corridor needed?” The journalist was taken aback and replied that he had arrived for a completely different reason, but then he doubted, maybe not in vain did evil tongues talk that there were “alternative” customs and passport controls for the right people and bags with cash. By the way, back in 2, one of the investigation sites reported that during the leadership of Sukhodolsky, it was allegedly possible to bring anyone, including girls, to work in foreign brothels through his "personal corridors in Sheremetyevo."
Since that time, influential people have noticed Sukhodolsky. As a result, in 2002, he was appointed head of the Main Directorate of Private Security (GUVO) of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. Among the decisions of Sukhodolsky as the head of the GUVO, the creation of the Interregional Coordinating Center for the Protection of Transported Property (MCC), which, in particular, was involved in the protection and escort of cars of large businessmen, was especially mentioned. (From here went the oligarch tuples, making their way in Moscow traffic jams with the help of crackers and police flashing lights.)
For example, according to the “List of Agreements on the Protection of Police Outfits by the MCC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation” as of April 27, 2004, the policemen of General Sukhodolsky escorted: the general director of ZAO “Lukom A” Alekperov (an MCC car with a flashing light and signal loud-speaking installation (SSU), color painting / special paint, police driver), the head of Transneft S.M. Vainshtok (MCC car with flasher and SSU, color printing, police driver), deputy. Director General of Rosspirtprom V.V. Zolotareva (MCC car with flasher and SSU, color printing, police driver). And the motorcade of the president of Sibneft Evgeny Shvidler at that time consisted of as many as four police jeeps. According to the estimates of the magazine "GDP" of almost 60 contracts executed by policemen of Sukhodolsky, only 9 were concluded with government agencies. The remaining fifty are decorated with "rich passengers" who do not have any rights to police protection. "
On February 28, 2005, by a presidential decree, Sukhodolsky was appointed deputy minister of internal affairs Rashid Nurgaliyev for monitoring the public security police. At the same time, on his initiative, the FSUE Okhrana was established to protect state and commercial facilities, apartments, offices, and to accompany goods. The FSUE’s 81 branch employs 60 thousand people. This is one of the richest divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: in 2010, the official income of Okhrana amounted to 14,5 billion. Net profit was about 1 billion rubles a year.
But in June 2011, the career of Colonel General began to decline. As a result of the police reform, President Dmitry Medvedev unexpectedly dismissed Sukhodolsky from his post as deputy minister and sent him into exile - the head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

            "Corridor"
From ministerial heights to the city police chiefs, albeit under the pretext of rotation and reinforcement of personnel, they just do not fly off. “In recent months, he began to play too actively against the minister, obviously hoping to take Nurgaliyev’s place. This failed him, ”the interlocutor of The New Times magazine put forward in July 2011 in the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Even family ties with the former head of the presidential administration, Alexander Voloshin, did not save the first deputy minister of Sukhodolsky from disgrace: according to some, the general is married to his daughter, and according to others, to his niece. ” (By the way, here is another answer - how to become a colonel general).
The resignation of Mikhail Sukhodolsky and his transfer to St. Petersburg with a reduction was caused by "the participation of employees of the elite Zubr unit, which the deputy minister personally oversaw, in a series of high-profile abductions of businessmen with a view to ransom," Novaya Gazeta journalists suggested at the same time.
What can we say about “trifles”, such as those that hit the press in 2010, when it turned out that at the cottage of General Sukhodolsky, located near Fryazino, the slave labor of illegal immigrants was used, who were specially caught on the Yaroslavl highway by riot police “Zubr”. This was told in an interview with The New Times magazine by the canine dog of the Shchelkovo "Bison" Larisa Krepkova, who trained Sukhodolsky's personal dogs:
            - They, these guest workers, did not get paid at all?
            - Of course not. They cannot escape, the gates are high.
            “So just like slaves?”
            - Yes, slaves. It was very cruel, at the beginning it was hard to watch, I myself did not expect that this could be, to be honest.
If you carefully analyze the “creative path” of Mikhail Igorevich, one important detail catches your eye - somehow his military or operational merits are not visible in his career, but Sukhodolsky was surprisingly timely near the places connected with money. Perhaps that is why, according to sources in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, among the generals of the "old school" Sukhodolsky never enjoyed special respect.
Therefore, is it worth it to be surprised at the “summer” disgrace and winter resignation of the former first deputy minister and former chief police officer of St. Petersburg. It is worth wondering - why did he stay afloat for so long.
            - At the end of last year, a command was received to develop the general himself, as well as his son Gregory. Then their phones were put on wiretap, and they were monitored, ”one of the participants in the anti-corruption test admitted to Izvestia.
Investigators are discovering business secrets that have accumulated since his leadership of the Main Directorate of Private Security (GUVO) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the supervision of FSUE Okhrana.
“There is reason to believe that these people actually roofed FSUE Okhrana and received kickbacks for the purchase of equipment for the needs of the enterprise,” a source in the special services tells Izvestia. - In general, everything that Sukhodolsky and his team touched is checked.
Most likely, the development of Colonel General is being carried out as part of a criminal case instituted in December 2011 under the articles “Fraud” and “Abuse of authority” in the Moscow branch of the Guard. Investigators believe that the heads of the FSUE Okhrana were involved in the theft from 2006 to 2011 of 140 million rubles for the purchase of security equipment. And among the companies that received multi-million orders from this state-owned enterprise, the investigation is not unreasonably looking for the relatives and business partners of Mikhail Sukhodolsky.
For example, among the security firms FSUE “Okhrana” stuck there is the Avangard company, which, by order of this state-owned enterprise in 2007, contracted to supply the Sokol centralized security system worth 1 billion rubles. According to some reports, a quarter of the shares in Avangard CJSC may belong to the citizen Kapelyushnikova, the general’s native aunt, another quarter to the citizen Bugrova, the girlfriend of the general’s wife, and the remaining half belong to a longtime acquaintance of Sukhodolsky, a former employee of the 9th Directorate of the KGB of the Ukrainian SSR Alexander Borimsky. At the same time, Borimsky and the son of Sukhodolsky, Grigory, are co-owners of another company-sticky - Security Technologies CJSC. Each of them has 40% of the shares.
And there is also CJSC Security Complex, the sole founder of which may be citizen Nesterkina, a close friend of Borimsky. There is ZAO Luch, where it is suspected that half of the assets are held by the irreplaceable aunt of General Sukhodolsky - Kapelyushnikova, and half by Borimsky. It is believed that, thanks to the generous contracts of FSUE Okhrana, the monthly profit of all these enterprises reached one million dollars, which were ultimately shared between the general’s family and his partners.
The calculations seem to be close to the truth. Let’s say that information is being verified that FSUE Okhrana has concluded a very strange agency agreement with Security Complex CJSC (with Borimsky’s girlfriend), according to which the CJSC had “exclusive rights” to deliver goods and received a profit of 15 percent of the cost products - apparently, as a payment for their "exclusivity".

In this regard, the income statement of the first deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Mikhail Sukhodolsky looks very curious: in 2009, he earned 1 rubles, and in 864, 000 million rubles. Four summer plots with an area of 2010 to 2,3 sq. M, two land plots of 722 and 800 sq. M were indicated in the property of the deputy minister. m and two residential buildings of 1000 and 1500 square meters, two apartments of 174 and 434,1 square meters, one fourth share of the apartment with an area of 60,8 square meters, a garage and four outbuildings. In 108,4, Sukhodolsky’s wife earned 52 million rubles, she owns two land plots (2010 and 4,6 sq.m), a country house with an area of 2500 sq.m, three apartments (756, 303 and 8 sq.m), garage and non-residential premises. For a year, Sukhodolsky managed to buy a Toyota RaV 52 car.
For those who understand the value of Moscow and Moscow region real estate, it is clear that you can’t quickly make such a fortune with a regular general salary.
And at the same time there is also operational information about general family bins. Rumor has it that his wife Oksana Alexandrovna lives in the center of the capital, in the 1st Zachatievsky Lane, in an apartment of 107,5 square meters. Realtors call this place the Golden Mile. The cost of one square. meter in this area of Ostozhenka has never dropped below 20 thousand dollars.
Perhaps rich relatives could give her an apartment? But it is believed that the apartment, judging by the registry, is recorded on Igor Grigorievich Sukhodolsky, the father of the former first deputy minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Meanwhile, Igor Grigoryevich worked as the head of one of the Moscow housing offices, in which millions are not officially paid either.
In theory, even the enumerated adventures of Mikhail Sukhodolsky were always enough to raise very serious questions, if not the prosecutor’s office, then at least his own security service. However, all these years the general was as if under an “invisible hat” - no questions, no complaints.
Proximity to the Rushailo clan in the 90s, probable family ties with the now former Kremlin court, honor, respect, a car with flashing lights in the 2000s. And suddenly everything that has been gained through excessive labor flies to tartarara in 2012. Suddenly, he, for 22 years, pretended to be protecting law and order in the police, is facing a criminal case. After this, how not to begin to sculpt an image of a fighter with the regime?
They say that on that historic day on February 9, when Sukhodolsky was smoked from his own office, the general for some time confidently held the defense and frantically phoned someone in Moscow. And, apparently, only after he received some disappointing information from the capital, he went limp and started the procedure for transferring cases. Apparently, someone from those who covered him in the capital is now not up to the problems of General Sukhodolsky.

Especially about the soldiers and their clothes infuriated me! The soldiers themselves are to blame for being sick and dying of pneumonia. And the fact that in the barracks - just above 0 - is nothing - a trifle - to absolute zero - far - up to -273 degrees. wassat
    ...................... am
Wait, yeah, right now, all right and rush for summons! In my opinion - it’s all so - nonsense - on the contrary - it has become easier to mow from the army. Previously, at least people came to work, you had to sign it, otherwise they would be removed from work. And right now - what - precinct will run to catch 230.000 draft dodgers? And if there are 300.000 of them? And what if the local Vasya-Vasya? What then? And they will not punish anyone - more than sure. You can always find a bunch of references and excuses to find out if that.
In fact, they legalized evasion of the army. The rich - they don’t need it at all, the poor - especially - they need to work and feed their families - and leading posts - they don’t shine in their life.
It would be more correct to introduce fines - say 10.000 rubles - for each call deflected. 2 calling for a year - 20.000r from each deviator or his parents. We consider - 20.000 * 200.000 = 4 billion rubles per year - and send this money just for the benefit of employees, for the benefit of the army. And if 20.000 - for the call - so 8 billion rubles a year!
And no one would run - paid once / twice - and would go to the army as cute! After all, what is the most painful place in a person - right, his wallet! The same condition is nonsense by and large, and $ is serious! laughing Especially when bailiffs come home and take out TVs with computers! And not abroad, and nowhere.

the author of the article simply did not serve himself 100% and is trying to taunt what he has no idea .. here's about the belt:

Before, you know, they put it all over the pea jacket, and according to the design of Valentin Yudashkin, the belt needs to be tightened ... no, not around the neck, but under the outer clothing. Well, finally, revolutionary fashion trends have reached our conservative army.

Firstly, the belt tightening at the waist creates a closed volume of warm air under the outerwear, i.e. really helps to retain heat. the famous Finnish winter parka jackets are designed according to this principle.

secondly, from my own experience I can say that if you put on a belt over the tunic, then after a while it just gets hot even in fresh weather .. not only does the belt keep heat warm, it also strengthens the effect over the shoulder .. and that’s not joke...

"The Ministry of Defense fully supports this initiative. According to Smirnov, this will relieve the department of the need to drive representatives of military registration and enlistment offices and law enforcement agencies to their apartments, as well as force them to stand under the door and listen to various epithets addressed to them. The General Staff believes that such an innovation is," apart from quiet work and saving public funds, it will bring nothing. "" I think that those people who are friends with the law will have no problems. This does not infringe on their rights in any way, "Smirnov said. According to statistics from the General Staff, now about 200 conscripts are evading a summons. ”According to the military, with the adoption of this law the number of“ draft evaders ”will decrease.

At the same time, this initiative is considered doubtful in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, as well as in the Union of Committees of Soldiers' Mothers of the Russian Federation.

The Union of Soldiers' Mothers Committees stated that the bill is nothing more than a return to the past. “The bill obliging recruits to voluntarily appear at the military registration and enlistment office, without receiving a summons, is a return to the past, it is pointless. I think it will not pass the State Duma, ”said the executive secretary of the Union Valentina Melnikova.

AND WHEN MADAME MELNIKOVA WAS FOR THE ARMY? ALWAYS AGAINST. She forgets that the past is the platform of the present and the future.

"For 22 years now, she has been fighting the Russian government and high-ranking military officials, trying to ensure that the rights of conscripts are respected. For 22 years, she has been trying to achieve the abolition of compulsory military service, which must be performed by all Russian men." Once, on November 5.11.2006, XNUMX, she was asked a question:
Dear Valentine, did your sons serve in the army?
Valentina Melnikova: I came to the committee of soldiers' mothers because I didn’t want my sons to join the Soviet army. For me the determining factor was the deployment of troops in Afghanistan and this whole terrible war. Fortunately, my family did not have to break the law, and my sons had legal exemption, but I was ready to fight for them in any way.
Her two sons did not serve in the army. She now defends the legitimacy of their evasion of military service. She does not even hide that she sincerely hates the army. Can such a person lead such an organization? No one has an answer.
Many people ask the same question: "But should my son, while serving in the army, to defend Ms. Melnikova and her sons who did not serve?"

Naturally, no concrete answer was received from Melnikova, nor her followers. And how much trouble she brought in the collapse of the army!
Citizens, for the most part, who served on the call, very often say that others serve on the call (school of a real man, defense of the motherland, etc.). And these are not empty words.

In the Union of Soldiers' Mothers Committees, many work conscientiously, defending the rights of servicemen, not forgetting that a strong, combat-ready army is the guarantor of our independence. But among them there are figures who "resemble in their behavior a flock of banderlog from m / f Mowgli, and there are quite a few of them, and most importantly, they determine the actions of the committees. "

REMEMBER - Betrayal of sons begins with betrayal of mothers !!!

Contrary to rumors about the "inconceivable" cost of army new clothes, military clothing prices look fairly balanced. For example, the cost of the average annual wear and tear of clothing property is 53,17 thousand rubles for generals, 18,6 thousand rubles for colonels, 13,13 thousand rubles for other officers, 11,16 thousand rubles for soldiers and sergeants under contract, and the cost a complete set for conscripts - 17,14 thousand rubles, "- said the agency's source.

As for the new form, the military has a number of complaints against it
    1. The material is less dense and durable. Quickly wears out, the paint keeps poorly washed and fades
2 .. The seams of the new form are disgustingly executed - they creep everywhere where there is at least the slightest tension, that is, on pockets, armpits, etc. Most likely, this is due to the low quality of the threads that were used when sewing the form.
    3. "Velcro" of extremely low quality - the wool, which the hooks of the Velcro cling to, exfoliates and spreads, as a result the "Velcro" stops holding.
    4. The buttons that are used in the new form are defective - their internal jumpers are made with sharp edges that fray the threads. As a result, where buttons are often used, for example, on pea jackets, they fly off in a couple of weeks and have to be sewn again.
    5. In a new form, it is really very cold, even in a pea jacket. The reason is that in the old uniform a high fur collar was used, which the soldiers raised up during the cooling and wind. In a new form, the collar is very short and does not even cover the neck, so in freezing weather and in the wind the soldiers freeze.
    6. Pants in a new form are located on the hips. This is probably beautiful, but in the army it turned out to be dysfunctional.
    7. Pogogony are located on the NATO model in front. Although it is possible that this can not be attributed to claims, nevertheless, the traditions of the Russian army must be taken into account.
    8. The army charter presumes uniform wearing of uniforms, however, for the uniform from Yudashkin, no solution has yet to be found on how to wear a trouser belt and tunic. In some parts, a belt is worn over a pea jacket, in others they are hung on trousers. The reason is that the pea jacket from Yudashkin does not imply the use of a belt, but according to the old Charter, the belt should still be fastened from above. In addition, it is surprising that in a new form the tunic has to be tucked into trousers.
    9. According to various sources, the cost of the new form is three to four times higher than the cost of the old one. The army leadership explains the high cost of the new uniform by "the use of advanced technologies, the latest materials and progressive design and technical solutions by manufacturers," as well as the cost of the services of the eminent couturier.

For example, the main elements of a set of winter uniforms of a new type of clothing (warm pants and pea jacket) cost 2 thousand 443 rubles. And if you add shoes, underwear and a hat to them, everything together will pull 7 thousand rubles. Well, a set of summer cotton uniforms (jacket and pants) costs the Ministry of Defense 996 rubles. The whole set of summer clothes is estimated at 3 thousand. If someone wants to buy a uniform at retail, it will cost him 2 times more. (at least four times as real as the old camouflage when it went on sale)

Stanislav, greetings, friend and thank you for (as always) a businesslike and concrete approach to the issue under discussion. "They read it - we shed tears ..." - this is my reaction ... In general, the very idea of attracting a fashion designer to develop uniforms for the Army is such insanity that it does not fit in my head. Here we see some kind of inertia from the direction laid down even during the EBN. Then we all became, abruptly, so terribly creative. And this creativity is then regurgitated by the health and lives of the soldiers.

        esaul,
Greetings, Valera. Why did everyone forget that from Yudashkin we only have a smart uniform, and that he has nothing to do with the field, as for the zero temperature in the barracks, as he says Neighbor, then this is complete nonsense, according to the charter, the temperature must not be lower than 18 degrees, and some emergency cases, of course, do not need to be inflated. And what’s interesting is that the village recruits are not sick and do not freeze, why would it be? Do they have a different shape? laughing

Igor, greetings, buddy! Glad to your comment because now I will be a little more knowledgeable in this matter. And, regarding the field, there are many complaints and I would like to know - from whose filing such good was sewn? In addition, on "Made with us" there were comments regarding the vole, and not so pessimistic ... Where is the truth buried for "the dog to rummage ...?" laughing
PS. I read about Grigory Potemkin that he himself, having gone through more than one war (and not sitting in the headquarters tent), himself undertook to develop a uniform for a soldier, taking into account all the nuances of its use and, putting at the forefront not splendor, but practicality. But, did not have time - he died. And so, it would be a very eloquent example of installations for creating a truly optimal sample of the form. And, as for your last remark about the painfulness, the same - the whole range of arguments overly "caring" gives rise to reflections on the topic - "Who do we want to see in the Army - seasoned fighters or pampered fans of computer games?" At least, when I was in the service, I had to "work" with the soldiers in a 30-degree frost knee-deep in water. Not one fell ill with a cold! They were saving themselves with moonshine, which was "lying around by accident" with one of the soldiers and he carried it on himself in a heating pad and in a non-stop movement. Since then, I have the most "warm" attitude to moonshine! laughing

I will add to: "7. The stripes are located in the front of NATO according to the NATO model. Although it is possible that this can not be attributed to claims, nevertheless, one should take into account the traditions of the Russian army." - the original purpose of the shoulder straps - lining under the shoulder straps and holding the straps on the shoulder. This is how they should be positioned, and the insignia can be anywhere, even on the chest, even on the forearm and even on the pants (to know how many times "Ku" is said)

        Quote: Kite
        - the original purpose of the shoulder strap is a lining under the shoulder straps and holding the straps on the shoulder. T

Quite rightly respected Kite. Epaulet and, as a rule, only on one shoulder, appears on the military clothing of European armies only at the end of the 1700th century with the development of regular armies and the emergence of a uniform uniform. Moreover, it appears in the form of a strap, the lower end sewn into the shoulder seam, and the upper fastened with a button. Its purpose during this period is purely utilitarian - to hold on the shoulder the strap of a cartridge, grenade bag or any other that was worn on its side. The epaulette is located on the left or on the right shoulder, depending on which side the bag is worn. Having created a European-style regular army in Russia at the end of the XNUMXth - beginning of the XNUMXth centuries, Emperor Peter I, among other borrowings, also adopted European military clothing. In particular, in XNUMX the army began to dress in a uniform of a European (French) type, which had a shoulder strap of a sailing cord on its left shoulder.
April 24, 1763 in musketeer (infantry) and grenadier regiments, in carabinier regiments, in field battalions, in artillery, in miner and pioneer companies, and from 1765 and in the newly established jaeger regiments on the left shoulder it is prescribed to have "epaulet or epaulet"

"On the left shoulder, to distinguish between the shelves, a yarn or woolen epaulet or epaulette was sewn, commanded by the regiment by sight and colors. This epaulet with the underside was attached at the shoulder connection with the sleeve, and fastened with a small cut through the upper loop copper button under the caftan collar. "

So, since 1763, the shoulder strap has been performing the task of identifying servicemen by regiments or, as it was then written, "... so that the regiments have some kind of external difference from one another." and also served as insignia not only of the regiments among themselves, but also the distinction of soldiers, non-commissioned officers and officers.
Then Paul 1 abolished epaulettes, his son Alexander 1 again introduced as a distinctive sign of regiments and ranks. In the Red Army epaulettes were canceled as a relic of the past and only during the war in 1943. Stalin again enters the epaulettes in the army (for a reason?).
I do not dispute the changes and unification of the uniform in terms of shoulder straps, I just got used during the service that "army shoulder straps lay on the SHOULDERS ... and even death will not remove them .."
When you look at the faceless mass of "Teletubbies" at a military parade in field uniform, it becomes sad and insulting for our army. This uniform should be used ONLY in the process of military service and not as an everyday and even more ceremonial uniform.

The uniform of the Russian military should be transformed and improved from the conditions of service, weather and the conditions of military operations, and not from the imagination of the fashion designer, be he the best. Yudashkin even served in the army? The new form is already in appearance full of guano. Epaulettes were worn on his shoulders from century to century; he would have sewn it on a codpiece to cling to a causal place. Dress him in this uniform, along with all the glamor of the capital, and serve New Earth. Return to the military the old battle-tested form, or else it smells of new blue.

Running around with subpoenas, with attempts to hand them over for signature, is really stupid or deliberate provision of loopholes. There is a law and a citizen is obliged to know it, he must come for registration. Well, if, then again according to the law: fine, imprisonment, loss of civil rights (deprivation of the right to hold positions in the civil service). Such a law must be developed and adopted.
About the new uniform: I don’t know where Yudashkin served, if he doesn’t know that the soldier’s belt is used to fasten equipment and equipment, and you shouldn’t hide it under clothes, if so, then the question arises of whether it is necessary. There are unloading systems, there are assault packs, but they have an additional fixation on the body with their own waist girth, or behind the belt, and the belt itself, as the simplest unloading system, when this can be enough. Okay, there Yudashkin, but the generals who made the decision were what they thought?
About Bout: in our "backward democracy" they have not yet thought of punishing for intentions, they are still developing and trying to catch them at the time of the crime. May God give us reason not to follow the "models" of democracy in the future! If you cut off your language so that you don't blurt out any ambiguity, you will be punished for self-mutilation - everything goes to that in pindoctane.

Dear Alexey! The great empire of the Türks united people not by nationality, people were united by faith! Belief in the heavenly god Tengri. It was then that Catholicism Christianity and Islam appeared. "A true believer is not the one who spends days in prayer and performing rituals, but the one who lives according to the laws of God, for people. True faith, it is in the soul of man, in his actions "were said by the ancient Turks. In Kazakhstan, an ancient human site was found whose age is ... 5000 years ... remains of horses were found there. Previously, it was believed that a man tamed a horse 3000 years ago, we sat on horseback at least 2000 years earlier than Europeans. Europe was the Bronze Age, people hunted mammoths on foot and walked wrapped in a piece of cloth, the Turks knew how to melt steel, rode on horseback and ... wore ... PANTS !!!

Dear Kazakhstani, you have recently found a lot of "traces" of your ancestors. This is not surprising, since your Turkic world, apart from destruction and destruction and woe to the peoples, gave nothing to civilization! We even look at history and give a couple of examples - Timerlan, who he was, to whom do you now erect monuments, he was a merciless killer who exterminated entire peoples and their culture. Ismail the First (Khatai) - who he was, he was a historical adventurer who rallied the Oguz tribes around himself, sowed destruction and wore grief to entire peoples And he ended his days from chronic alcoholism. The Turks in Turkey are a bunch of murderers who massacred an entire people, and the roots tried to destroy the culture of the Assyrians, Greeks, Armenians, Kurds, Yezidis ... and still continue to destroy their ancestors. What did you give peace but pain? Europe has not forgotten anything and will never forget. Now Azerbaijan and what is the role of Azerbaijan? This country has always been interested in Europe, and absolutely definitely not for its ability to integrate with the European culture of the system, but as a detail, which in regional and geopolitical processes, by the will of a number of circumstances, performs some functions. And by the way, European politicians do not hide this either. and analysts, noting that Azerbaijan is just one of the links that ensure the energy security of Europe. Azerbaijan, which for a long time was proud of its oil, and now its gas, finally began to understand that it is interesting for the world exclusively in this area. Aliyev, Atanbaev and many Turkic-speaking leaders cannot understand how Armenia, Moldova, Georgia, deprived of both oil and gas, are perceived by Europeans as more democratic countries with a stable system of values ... in short, Azerbaijan for Europeans is just nomads of the Oghuz with a tank of oil .... you pretend to be a "high culture" and rewrite your history tying yourself into relatives of ancient peoples. You were and will remain TURKISH-SPEAKING OGUZ for Europe. Over your "findings of horse tracks" and attributing Great people to your origin, you are trying to create a positive image of a Turk !!! But this is ridiculous and the whole scientific world laughs at your scientific stupidity at the level of your "academicians". Already the Vikings have become your ancestors ... come to your senses, you were neither Greeks, nor Egyptians, nor Russians, and you never will, I assure you. You just started to believe in what your "akdemics" special department in Azerbaijan created by Aliyev with a handful of storytellers (like the German "ananerbe"))

I will join your post Kush62 - disputes over history occupation thankless

I’ll only add - it’s important not to bother with the details - but to see how the story is interpreted and what they are calling for

For me (and for most Kazakhs), for example, Russia and the USSR are the heiress of both ancient Russian and at the same time Turkic tribes and empires - and in this we see an extra reason for reunification with Russia and Russians - one more evidence that we have a common history and our roots mingled somewhere. This is another stone in the foundation of the Eurasian Empire - the union of peoples. For me, the USSR is the same Desht and Kipchak — grandfathers just left for generations — but great-grandchildren defended the same land simply under different banners. For me, the Mongols in 1941 and 1945 fought with the Japanese under the leadership of Soviet generals - the continuers of the work of Khan Khubilai - who did the same centuries ago

At the same time, it is possible to "pull out" the facts and use them to separate our peoples - opposing the Slavs and other peoples of Eurasia - or even worse, try to strengthen centrifugal forces - by finding completely external (outside Eurasia) sources of attraction - China or Turkey.

In fact, the "backbone" of the peoples of Eurasia, thank God, has a common mentality and culture - and is grouped around the Russian core and Russian culture - it is unlikely that Turkey (for example) has any chance of tearing off some piece now

I regard the actions of MI-6 so dismissively as dangerous, too - an organization with such a history will vryatli do something without thinking it over - maybe Zakayev is just a pawn (first move) in a big game. I hope that our intelligence isn’t fools either ... Atambaev is also a clown, but this is our clown ... And I think the Americans also grind their teeth when reminding him of his name, just like when we mention Saakashvilli or Yushchenko. Imagine: yesterday's Stasi, trained and trained in a special operation, but suddenly got access to the bins of his homeland from the hands of the alcoholic Yeltsin, could not resist the temptation to cut money at someone else's expense. And they - this money - made him hostage to his own greed. For this reason, he was afraid to save the crew of Kursk, sunk by an American boat. The White House simply did not advise him. For the same reason, he gave our lands to the Chinese, because they also know something about him, which they hinted to him about. For the same reason, he practically destroyed the nuclear shield of Russia at the insistence of the American administration. If you have any doubts, read Ilyukhin's book: "Putin. The Truth Better Not to Know." By the way, whose life was interrupted as strangely as the life of his friend, General Rokhlin.

In 2001, Putin closed the Russian center for radio interception in Lourdes (Cuba). The United States has always been extremely nervous about the existence of this center.
In 2002, Putin closed Russia's largest foreign naval base (in Kamrani, Vietnam)
In 2003-2007, Putin removed from service and destroyed the most dangerous elements of the nuclear shield for the United States - military railway missile systems.
In 2001, Putin decided to import spent nuclear fuel into our country.
In 2004, Putin gave China a number of islands on the Amur River with a total area of 337 square meters. km, and his friend Medvedev gave Norway more than 87 thousand square meters. km of continental shelf
And now you will tell me that he is not an agent of the State Department?

Call the brightest head of our time. Like Aleksey Volodin, of course. I picked up a thread from the world, poured water and slop without any specifics –– here is a new hero of a new time for you. In which regiment did you serve? And aren't you political commander? Four countries- four gatherings of idiots — maybe one who considers himself the smartest?

Lesson 11.09.2001/XNUMX/XNUMX went for the future, and the absence of terrorist attacks after this date, speaks of the colossal success of the American intelligence services!

In all terrorist attacks on the territory of a country, is it anyway, BUT there are always paws of those who should prevent this business. The list of examples will take more than one page. And are you seriously talking about the successes of the FBI-CIA ?! Bout is pressed, for one simple reason, which is allowed to Jupiter, is not allowed ... But ....

finally saw the main drawback of winter field jackets (from Yudashkin).
    1. Lining on a synthetic winterizer (do not wear your belt) in Russia suitable only for Yes, it’s no good. Wadded at best for southern latitudes. In regions where it happens in winter - 30 lining should be from overcoat cloth. A little heavier, but not blowing. At lower temperatures, nothing better than fur linings.
    2. There is no collar on the lining. The Armed Forces of Ukraine use a knitted woolen collar. When raised, he closes his eyes. One drawback - it looks like a sporty "lousy" and senior "parquet" officers annoys not childishly.
    3. A waist belt is equipment and it should be worn on top of clothes. It affects heat transfer only in the direction of heat conservation, but not in the opposite.
    4. It would be worth adding a linen muffler as an element of the field uniform. It is easier to wash it and no hemming is needed. Well, find a replacement for "montane" (for those who are not aware of warm underwear. Pure cotton). At least a shirt. It's time to replace it with a vest or a winter sweatshirt. True, I will not say that the pants need to be removed. As soon as there will be infantry in the army - as long as it will walk. And pants for such walks will not interfere with any dancer.
I would like to add our respect and respect to the author for the tin in the form: Orthodox Londoner Boris Berezovsky with appeals to the Russians about the need to return to the Christian canons

In the autumn, at work, they were given overalls ... warm pants, a jacket and a vest ... a lack of slightest movement starts to sweat ... but as they said in our army ... it’s better to sweat ten times than to frost once ... so this is our office buys for 7 300 rubles ...
