This week, without any orange preparations and other husks, there was not a little bit enough, a military coup, which was led by the captain of the local army, Amado Sanogo. The putschists, they are rebels, they are rebels, they revolutionaries attacked the presidential palace in the Malian capital of Bamako and took power in their wiry and calloused military hands. As it turned out, a coup in Mali was not expected either domestically or abroad. The guards of the presidential palace, although they tried to offer decent resistance to the comrade captain and his supporters, but in the end, President Amadi Toumani Tours had to capitulate. This suggests that the Mali authorities have not even taken care of an increase in the number of guards guarding the palace, because in order to increase it, there must be at least some familiar attributes - revolution petrels. And in this case, President Touré didn’t look out of the window of his palace to the square, but he didn’t see either orange banners, or posters with words from American state folklore about human rights, nor crowds of young children demanding the release of political prisoners and making the judiciary transparent the system. And while he was looking at the familiar landscapes of Bamako, after the powder smoke had scattered, he gently knocked on the door with the butts of machine guns and forged army boots.
But what progress has reached! .. Instead of immediately climbing, as it was for centuries among the ousted political figures, under the presidency or the throne, President Touré managed to tweet a couple of times in his microblog about what the rebels had arranged in his country armed bacchanalia. For natural reasons, the Malian President’s tweet was read in Washington and didn’t even immediately understand what was happening. Hillary Clinton apparently opened her thick folder with the calendar of the next revolutions, and to her dismay did not see any upheavals in Mali among the nearest “red” dates. Wow - the Secretary of State could say, realizing that a revolution had taken place in the world, for which the American budget did not spend a penny ... Well, it happens sometimes ... And this is our time!
Realizing that the world does not understand anything about the reasons for the coup in Mali, the captain and part-time revolutionary Amado Sanogo decided to clearly explain everything. He said that the Mali military decided to organize a coup after they realized that the current government is not going to actively resist the uprising of the Tuareg tribe, who after the death of Colonel Gaddafi were too active. This time. And two - the coup took place because the President of Toure financed the Malian army very poorly and the soldiers, according to Captain Sanogo, did not receive even decent food. And, as we know, there is nothing more powerful for a revolutionary urge like the stomach of a soldier or sailor rumbling with hunger.
After explaining the reasons for his action, Captain Sanogo said that he was not going to remain in power, but would only show Tuareg where the crayfish spend the winter, feed the soldiers, hold early elections in Mali and safely hand over the post to the new lawfully elected president. But while the newly-made leader of the African state declared his “political program”, his subordinates and supporters have already smashed Malian cities and took everything that is not lying. Apparently, after all, the Tuareg militancy was far from the first place among those who decided to support their rebellious captain.
As a result, it can be stated that the words of the seer "will be there to bite, beat and offend" - this, including, about the coup in Mali. And you say, Wang, Nostradamus ... Yes, they did not stand next to our Chukovsky ...
Hero of the invisible front
During the week, a number of Russian media outlets reported that there was one more hero in the Russian Federation. It would seem that such an event is a great excuse to be happy for the Russian army and to uncork a bottle of champagne. Only here with the hero came an incident. From the words of parliamentarian from the Communist Party’s Duma faction Nikolai Kolomeitsev, it turned out that the head of the Russian General Staff, General Makarov, received the title of Hero of Russia, which in itself raises certain doubts, so the Presidential Decree turned out to be strictly secret - not for public use, so to speak. State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin instructed to “make inquiries” about whether the words of deputy Kolomeytsev were true or the number of heroes in Russia remained the same.
There were two answers to this kind of information. The first came from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, where they said that, they say, yes, indeed, Army General Makarov received congratulations from the President of the Russian Federation and colleagues on receiving the golden star on March 20. And on this occasion, everyone in the department even missed a glass differently. The second response was received from the secretariat of Dmitry Medvedev. The representative of the press service of the head of state said that there were no documents regarding the award of Makarov with the Star of the Hero, this press service did not pass through.
In this connection, the following consideration emerges.

By the way, the European Union itself will have to cancel all sports holidays, as according to the testimony of numerous experts, there are still secret CIA prisons in the EU where torture is the same routine as the morning prayers of the escorts.
Maybe, in turn, it’s worthwhile to offer to boycott the Euro-2012 football games in Poland, which has recently become too often interested in human rights in other countries. Alexander Lukashenko can easily afford this, especially since Belarus is not participating in this tournament anyway ...

The supreme mufti of one of the most overly democratic countries in the world - Saudi Arabia - Sheikh bin Abdullah - an official statement was made that all Christian churches should be destroyed on the Arabian Peninsula, and the construction of new churches was urgently stopped. On the territory of Saudi Arabia there are no Christian churches at all, therefore the mufti wants to extend this practice to other states in the region. Ben Abdullah sees this as the salvation of the purity of Islam in all countries of the region without exception.
Such a call once again underlines the good intentions of Riyadh to establish an open dialogue with other states.
