Flamethrowers of the Western Military District started shooting

According to the website of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, flamethrowers of the RCB units for the protection of the Western Military District began to carry out training firing from the staff weapons.

Before entering the training ground, the military personnel of the okrug studied the device and the performance characteristics of the RPO-A "Bumblebee". The soldiers also learned to detect objects for firing and to determine targets.

Weapons handling skills flamethrowers work out on the interactive training complex "Janissaries". This modern simulator allows you to learn the rules for the use of flame-throwing tools directly in the classroom.

On the panoramic screen "Janissary" on the terrain you can detect objects to strike and firing points of the enemy. The simulator simulates weather conditions, any time of year, day and night and sets the speed of movement of objects.

"Janissaries" is a domestic development that allows you to quickly and effectively train flame-throwing system operators.

Already the first results of past shooting showed that the method of training using interactive simulators greatly improves the quality of training flamethrowers and significantly reduces the time allotted for the development of combat skills.
