The ATGM from a helicopter, Su-25, and even better from a drone would be cheaper and more efficient.

IMHO, this is not a bomb, especially not 500 or even 250, the power gap is comparable to a 100 kg bomb, but not a bomb, rather a 122-152 mm caliber projectile, or missile, and it flew from the side where the tank barrel was looking, the trajectory is flat.
T-62 tank, 80 mm side armor. the distance from the epicenter of the explosion is about 10 meters, IMHO the armor is not broken, the crew may be shell-shocked.
