Bloody chronicles of "Tsar Boris": Caucasian slaughter
1992 year entered the newest history Russia as the first year of Yeltsin's “reforms”, when no one interfered with either the “guarantor” or his team of “reformers”. The USSR was abolished, its main “grave-digger”, Gorbachev, was sent to the dustbin of history as superfluous, the CPSU became a memory, and the winds of change blew all over the country (and here and there raged). They raged especially in the Caucasus. And in these winds there was a distinct smell of blood. Big blood.
10 January 1992 in Chechnya was declared “re-registration of a foreign language population”, i.e. representatives of non-indigenous nationality. Why this was done is not hard to guess, especially since the new Chechen authorities immediately declared all “draft dodgers” from re-registration and those who did not have time to go through it, “undesirable elements” and criminals. But the re-registered people still remained undesirable elements, only because they were Russians, Ukrainians, Armenians, Greeks or Jews. There was no such place in Dudayev Chechnya. Rather, it was, but only as a free labor.
And on such a tragic background at the beginning of 1992, the military delegations from Moscow often visited Grozny. Grachev, Kobets, Shaposhnikov (all are the “heroes” of the August 1991 “putsch”) visited Dudayev and held with him “productive” negotiations on the creation of the armed forces of the Chechen Republic. That is, the highest Russian generals, as if unaware of the genocide of the “foreign language population” that is happening in Chechnya, came not to urge Dudayev to stop the disgraces, not to pull up his colleague-general, and not to threaten “with drastic measures”. Although for this Grachev, Shaposhnikov and Kobets seemed to have every reason, since they knew perfectly well that in Chechnya, raids were carried out on military camps, raped, robbed and killed "non-indigenous" people. Thanks to their sources of information, they received daily information on the state of affairs in Chechnya and, undoubtedly, should have raised the question about the oppression of “foreign-speaking citizens”, if only because the military ranks mentioned were Russian officers and were wearing shoulder straps. That is exactly what any Russian officer who does not wear his shoulder straps as an accessory would do. But for the heroes of August 1991, Dudayev, apparently, was not a criminal, but a partner, which already says a lot.
6 February 1992 of the year Dudayev’s 566 regiment of the Internal Troops was defeated, as a result of which more than 4000 firearms were stolen weapons, about 3 million ammunition and 186 units of military equipment. But this is not the worst. As a result of the raid, 10 was killed and 14 Russian troops were injured. It does not climb into any gate.
Presumably, under any other authority, such a trick against a Russian military unit would have caused far-reaching consequences. But the Yeltsin government was so different that the interests of the so-called. “Partners,” including Dudayev, meant much more to her than the lives of Russian soldiers.
March 12 adopted the Constitution of the Chechen Republic, where it is written in black and white that Chechnya is a sovereign state and an equal subject in the system of the world community of nations. That is, Dudayev directly sends Yeltsin to a known address, making it clear that henceforth Chechnya is no longer part of Russia. There is an obvious separatism, aggravated by the same genocide, refugees and attacks on military units. Did the communication between the Russian generals and the Dudayev regime stop after that? As if not so.
Apparently, someone really needed to blow up the Caucasus, and to blow it up so that the shock wave swept away Russia. Shaposhnikov, Grachev and Yeltsin made a decision on the transfer to Dudayev of 50% of all weapons in the republic. Yeltsin signed a decree. By itself, this fact, it would seem, instantly should have interested all without exception law enforcement agencies - from the Ministry of Security of the Russian Federation (as the agency dealing with ensuring state security was at that time called) to the prosecutor's office. Where has it been seen that weapons in huge quantities and incomprehensible on what grounds were handed over to the separatists? The fool is clear against whom it will be used ... But the MB is silent, the prosecutor’s office is silent too. And Chechnya continues to “get rid” of the Russian-speaking population.
Who "prompted" this "timely" thought to Yeltsin? And not only her. After all, besides weapons, Chechnya was heavily pumped with money, and money, as Napoleon said, is the blood of war. But the process of arming independent Ichkeria, despite the fact that the Dudayev army was created in record time, apparently got out of a certain “schedule”, which is why it was decided to speed it up. As a result of the Yeltsin decree, the Russian army and the Internal Troops actually fled Chechnya, abandoning not 50%, but up to 85-95% weapons.
What kind of gift did Yeltsin give to Dudayev? How well did he prepare him for a future war with Russia? What will Russian-speaking residents of Chechnya soon kill, and then Russian soldiers and officers?
Yeltsin's generosity is impressive. Thanks to her, the hastily created army of independent Ichkeria acquired 108 units of armored vehicles, including 42 tank, 426 (!) Aircraft, 158 artillery systems, 18 Grad multiple-launch rocket launchers, 77 anti-tank missile systems and 740 anti-tank guided missiles for them, more than 42 small arms and hundreds of hand grenade launchers. It is from these grenade launchers that Russian armored vehicles will be burned in the streets of Grozny during the mediocre “New Year’s assault” of 000-1994, and it is these “gifts” of “Tsar Boris” that will flood Russia with funerals and zinc coffins.
As the military historian, teacher of the Academy. Frunze Valentin Runov in his book “The Purgatory of the Chechen War”, only the cartridges left were 46,8 million (!) Pieces and 127 000 grenades. And the total ammunition - 27 cars. Plus, "on the little things", 38 tons of clothing and equipment, 3000 tons of fuel, 254 tons of food ... It is strange that with such a Yeltsin breadth of soldiers and officers leaving Chechnya did not remain in what the mother gave birth to.
But this is not a complete list of weapons. Dudayev bought a lot of things abroad. And most of them are for Russian money, which through Chechnya over the period 1991-94. All sorts of scam artists, many of whom wore epaulets, “pumped” in huge quantities. It is enough to recall the sensational story with false avizovki ...
And now try to imagine that this situation is repeated, for example, in France. France has one region where the French have not been treated very well for centuries. Rather, it is very bad. This is Corsica. And now, imagine, the top officials of the French Ministry of Defense come to Corsica and begin to conduct a “constructive” dialogue with local separatists, of whom there has always been in abundance. The Corsicans, meanwhile, are beginning to organize French pogroms, to expel the French into mainland France, and to turn the rest into slaves. Some laughter for the sake of cutting off the head and crucified on crosses. But the brave French Generales didn’t bother these “trifles”: moreover, they decide to transfer to the Corsicans a hundred tanks and BMPs with something, half a thousand airplanes and several million rounds. There is no doubt that for such antics the French Themis would quickly determine the brave Genesis in prison bunkers, and even sent straight to the firing basement. And the president, at which such a disgrace happened, would soon make up a company for them. And if France got involved with Corsica in the war of years on 20-30-50 and was filled with funerals, then the name of the president, who allowed all this, the French would have cursed over the centuries. Already monuments of white marble from the "grateful compatriots," he certainly would not have waited.
But in Russia this was possible. And not only that. There is one episode in all this incredibly dirty story of betrayal, which looks crazy even by the standards of the Yeltsin era. Here is the evidence of the “Unfinished War” in Nikolai Grodno’s book, a retired colonel, Z.Ya. Zainulina, who visited Chechnya in the year 1992: “Two atomic bombs lie untouched. Knocking on the body. The “diagnosis” is as follows: both are in the CT-1 state (availability level No. 1). That is, everything is in place, fuses installed. It remains only to run! These were atomic bombs. Since I am a specialist in strategic rather than tactical weapons, I can be mistaken in details, but not in the essence of the matter. Power - 0,15 megatons, diameter - up to 1, length - up to 8-9 meters. " The colonel also reported on the nuclear base near Grozny (“Grozny-20”, military unit 12 GUMO): “If we consider that there are four divisions in the base, then the number of atomic bombs can reach 600 units”.
To judge the reliability of such evidence is difficult. But, remembering all the “miracles” that the “tsar Boris” “exhausted by the narzan” got up, it is unlikely that anyone would be surprised if such statements prove true. However, indirect evidence of his evidence is available.
After Dudayev and his Russian “colleagues” resolved all issues with the arming of his army, the Ichkerian leader went to the bridegroom in the United States in the same 1992 year, where he personally met with President Bush senior. Apparently, the conversation turned out to be constructive and fruitful, since Dudayev returned home inspired and made a speech, unequivocally stating that in case of aggression from Russia “we will take extreme measures - Gazavat to the last Chechen, and in the hour of danger burned Russia in a nuclear fire. " What was meant by Dudayev is not clear. Whether the very two atomic bombs that Colonel Zainulin mentions, or something else. But, in any case, he was ready to do anything, if only porridge was brewed more abruptly.
This is confirmed by the fact that shortly before the start of the first Chechen war at a meeting of two former colleagues, and now enemies - Grachev and Dudayev - December 6 1994, Grachev tried to solve the problem with the world, proposing that Dudayev refuse to use force. To which the latter replied: “I do not belong to myself. If I make such a decision, I will not be, but there will be others. ”
What happened next is well known. Fortunately, the case did not reach the use of nuclear weapons, but the first Chechen war inflicted a terrible, non-healing wound on Russia forever. However, while talking about its end prematurely. Despite the fact that large-scale hostilities are not being conducted in Chechnya now, the war continues, and a rare week or month goes by without reports of local counter-terrorism operations. And, judging by their geography, the war spread throughout the Caucasus, which, in fact, was achieved by those who stood behind Dudayev. Is there one for him?
When Yeltsin in the 1992 year, for some completely unexplainable reasons, decided to arm Dudayev against Russia, how can this be explained? It is clear that, even having gone over a lot with “Narzan”, politicians of such a high level do not make such suicidal and idiotic decisions. Moreover, this decision was not made by Yeltsin alone. However, all the advisers involved in this decision did not stop him, although they were well aware that, having armed Dudayev, Yeltsin launched the Caucasus explosion mechanism, and with it, Russia. Yeltsin, like Dudayev, also spoke with the “colleague” Bush, and many times. Is it not from one office that they “coordinated” the actions of two “independent” presidents? If this is not the case, then it remains only to recognize that Yeltsin and his entourage did not understand what they were doing, and did not see their own nose any further. But it is hard to believe in it. Certainly documents capable of shedding light on the mechanism for unleashing a Caucasian slaughter are waiting in the wings. And its researcher.
But be that as it may, all those who did not stop Yeltsin became his accomplices and the “authors” of one of the most terrible and, it seems, protracted wars in the history of Russia. It is on them that the blood of tens of thousands of victims of this war, including future ones, lies. They should be responsible for Grozny, wiped out from the face of the earth, which became a mass grave for thousands of Russian people, for Budennovsk, Dubrovka, Beslan, blown up houses in Moscow and other crimes that became possible solely thanks to their efforts and efforts. And although they are not directly involved in many crimes, nevertheless, they are guilty of launching the mechanism of the Caucasian war. That very war that threatened threatens and it will be unknown how many more years to threaten both the integrity of Russia and its very existence, recalling the smoldering fuse of the powder keg.
The first Chechen war lasted from December 1994 to August 1996. and ended with the signing of the Khasavyurt agreements. According to official data, the irretrievable loss of federal forces amounted to more than 5000 people. According to independent experts, these data are underestimated by several times. Civilian casualties, according to data from various sources, ranged from about 14 000 to 120 000 people.
