Lebanon began to push its troops to the Syrian border. The province of Wadi Khaled, in which troops are concentrated, is located on the border with the province of Homs (Syria).
Official Beirut said that the troops patrol the villages and towns of the province. Earlier, Lebanon announced the threat of illegal shipments weapons from Syria, which required a significant strengthening of the borders. At the same time, the Syrian authorities created minefields at the border to prevent opposition forces from fleeing to Lebanon, Interfax reported.
