Information agency journalists available Sputnik Arabic turned out to be a remarkable document. Its remarkable fact is related to the fact that it was mined in the region stormed by the American coalition and the Iraqi army of Mosul, and that it contains directives for militants of the Islamic State terrorist organization (prohibited in the Russian Federation).
The paper was signed by one of the leaders of ISIS named Abu Mu'awiya. It contains the text in the form of an appeal to representatives of a terrorist group, which explicitly states that the militants should not shoot down American aircraft, even if they have such an opportunity.
Paper with directives was found approximately 30 km from Mosul - in the city of Bahdida that was liberated from ISIS.
In fact, this is yet another proof that the operation in Mosul, with all its bloodshed, is like a terrible theatrical production, the main victims of which are peaceful Iraqis. The leaders of the IS long ago left Mosul and its environs just before the start of the operation, leaving “cannon fodder” in the city — ordinary militants. The United States, obviously having influence on the leaders of the terrorist structures, and sent out a directive that they support this bloody "theater", while not particularly zealous in the fighting against the American aviation.
A separate question is whether the militants of the IG have the necessary means of destruction for attacking American aircraft. After all, as is known, in Syria, terrorists against airplanes of the Russian Aerospace Forces from “Air Defense” funds tried to use inflated means of contraception with improvised self-made explosive devices attached to them ...
