The report, published following the conversation, says that the representatives of the Normandy Four discussed the possible introduction of an OSCE police mission to Donbass to ensure the “security” of the local elections. The press service of the Ukrainian president said that the leaders of four states "expressed support for the deployment of a police mission in the territory of Donbass and began consultations on this issue."
Recall that the authorities of the DPR and the LPR reject such an initiative, stating that they are capable of ensuring security even without “assistance” from the OSCE police.
