Sevastopol morzavod increases staff

“In the near future, the Sevastopol branch of Zvezdochka, a joint stock company with 100-percent state participation, will conclude a number of new contracts for the repair and modernization of ships and vessels, including within the framework of the state defense order. This will require additional human resources ",
says release.

The press service clarified that today "at the enterprise turners, cold metal working engineers, pre-production engineers, foremen (ship repair)" are most in demand.

The plant's management expects that “due to the increasing workload, the staffing level of the staff will gradually increase in the future.”

Right, load the domestic manufacturer. It’s time to move further away from the ideology of liberals: we will sell oil and gas and buy the rest.

Began! Where are the schools and technical schools in Sevastopol? Well, nothing, for Sevastopol, we will certainly find it. The main thing is to unleash the "flywheel" of the plant, and then it will go.

. But this is bad luck, and where to get the shots

If the plant at least partially helps with the purchase of housing, then there will be no need for personnel - it’s easy to find first-rate specialists from central Russia, it can even pick and choose. smile Half of Sormov will be lured to himself. And Russia is great, but living in Crimea is not for you Kirov and Vladimir.

Study the question by exploring other articles on the topic you require, add your own observations, conduct your own analysis of the topic based on your and other people's opinions. Correctly and dullly state the essence of the topic, not spreading over the tree, but also not shorting out. Publish your opus. Get ready for harsh criticism and trolling in case of obvious failures in reasoning and amateurism. That's all. hi

Not everything is as bad as it seems. Say, here we have a mechanical college functioning, so it is literally littered with students every year, there are no vacancies .. My friend’s son is just studying the specialty of cold metal processing. There are lyceums (according to the old vocational school) - also clogged with gum by the people.
That is to properly manage personnel - yes, this needs to be learned.

Well, you can only rejoice at such news.
    Not everyone goes to trade.
Let's hope that they will not offend with respect to their salaries.
And then it will be dumb, forging a shield for the state,
    live ... very modest.
