Kosovo Serbs will not receive Russian citizenship
Russia will not be able to satisfy the petition for admission of Kosovo’s Serbian citizenship to Kosovo, since the laws of the Russian Federation do not provide for this. This was stated by Alexander Lukashevich, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Lukashevich recalled that the initiative group of Kosovo Serbs asked the Russian Federation to give them Russian citizenship. “Such a petition cannot be satisfied by virtue of the Russian legislation,” explained the Foreign Ministry spokesman.

A. Lukashevich's briefing was broadcast live on the Vesti.Ru website and on the Russia-24 TV channel.

So we need to change the laws a little and take the fraternal people under their wing. People 20 years old (or whatever) come to us with all their hearts, and we (in the person of our power) "turn from the gates." You can not do it this way.
But this is my opinion. I'm not going to argue with anyone about this.

So ours have shown themselves .. But without any problems, Armenians and Azeris get citizenship, especially in the Yaroslavl region. Here, in the region, employees of the passport office and their police accomplices were brought to justice as many as 40 people ... They traded citizenship and registration ...
BEFORE THERE WAS AN ERA OF DEVELOPED SOCIALISM, AND NOW DEVELOPED IDIOTISM, as my acquaintance says.
ps. in the Yaroslavl region there are two Kyrgyz villages, three Armenian villages, two gypsy villages, our villages are extinct. Khabarovsk about. there are villages like Chinatowns, in the Russian manner with a Chinese scale. How can the Serbian people come in handy ... I propose Lukashevich to the stake, shame on our Foreign Ministry ... we need to gather people and create buffer zones ... It’s not necessary to accept them, so create a buffer zone based on them. Don’t be afraid, NATO will not knock for them, but they will look closely at us, and this will delay time.

Russia will not be able to satisfy the application for admission of Kosovo’s Serbs to Russian citizenship, since the laws of the Russian Federation do not provide for this.

So to distribute Russian passports to Georgian citizens in South Ossetia, or to Ukrainian citizens in Crimea - is this provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation? And it is not a provocation?
As for the Serbs, Raska once again threw her Slav brothers.
Do you need such a "big brother"? My opinion is this: if Yugoslavia in 91 immediately headed for the West, there would be no civil war, there would be no so-called "aggression" of NATO against this country.

Your country is not called Hohland on this site, and for this reason, go nah. Well, to calm down I will explain about the "provocations." A state that has at least some foreign policy that can declare itself, including from a position of strength , not to mention political measures of influence, has an unspoken right-the right of the strong, to carry out its line flexibly. But Yugoslavia had nothing to twist in its time, maybe now it would be a whole one.

This is the true face of our state, not the people, but the state. Of course I don’t understand what, but giving citizenship (not free of charge, of course) to thousands of immigrants from Central Asia and the Caucasus is possible, this is by law, but to support the Serbs, who in Soon the Khan's campaign will come complete (judging by the actions of the "peacekeepers" and the Kosovo-Albanian-Pindostani authorities) - we can’t do this, sorry ((((If we consider that the Kosovo Serbs were similarly "sold" in Belgrade (for a fairy tale about European integration) - it is clear that Russia is "more and more rising from its knees"

“Any people in any country who have the strength and desire have the right to rebel, topple the existing government, to form a new one, more suitable for it. Any part of such a people can and has the right to revolt and form its own government in that part of the territory that it inhabits. Moreover, the majority of such a part of the people has the right to suppress the minority in a revolutionary way, which lives mixed with it or somewhere close, but which opposes the movement of the majority ...

There have already been precedents, for example: Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya, Iran (Russia canceled the contract for the supply of S-300 to Iran, with an advance payment) ...

And the fact of the matter is that they go here to Russia to work and do not want to live here, deep in their ears (and often expressing) that they are still Europeans and not Asians. And as it does, it really is - right away "Russians, brothers, help, preferably for free." What are Russia's interests in Kosovo? Not economic, not political, unlike South Ossetia, where all this is present, so there is no need to compare. And Serbia itself, by the way, in a completely democratic election elected its current leadership and is striving with might and main not to Russia, but much closer to them - to the European Union.

Does anyone want Russia to get involved in the war in Kosovo? For what? Serbia itself does not want this, but wants integration. Firstly, the procedure for granting citizenship itself is an individual process. Secondly, tomorrow the Chinese will ask, or the blacks from Africa - will we also provide? And the Americans or the Turks, for example, will begin to massively grant their citizenship to all kinds of "fighters for independence" of the Caucasus. Moreover, those in the Caucasus, on the territory of Russia and will live. How do we like it? And the Kosovar Serbs have their own country right by their side - "big" Serbia, which does not want to help them, so why the hell in this boiling cauldron called the Balkans, Russia also climb. Moreover, it does not promise any benefits at all, but some problems.
In the end, if they wanted to move to Russia, then they wouldn’t be denied it. And they want to live there, but only once Serbia itself does not want to solve their problems, it would not be bad to shift the solution of problems to the shoulders of Russia. Here are just those who advocate for the provision can say - HOW? How to solve their problems? Start a war with Kosovo, then with Albania, and then with NATO? Already live in the real world, and not in the world of the past or the world of fantasies.

By the way, pay attention to the picture at the top of the topic - even the appeal for help to Russia on the poster is not written in Russian as it would be expected, and not even in Serbian but in .. attention - in English. OK, no? Those. Who is this message addressed to? I think that to those in whose language the poster is written. This is not a big blackmail.

And to be honest, I have the feeling that half of them are at school age - because they solve problems so easily - "send peacekeepers" (which can only be done under a UN mandate), "put bases" (as if someone would allow it, not to mention about the impossibility of supplying these bases in principle), "missiles to place" (as if we have nowhere else to place them), and half-seasoned pensioners, wildly nostalgic for the Union and therefore do not want to see the emerging reality. And the reality is that Europe and Western Europe in particular are our largest consumers of oil and gas. And this is as if someone did not want the main sources of filling the budget. And also the fact that the state of Serbia itself is not interested in Russia's intervention. Something like that.

But no, they don’t leave, or rather, someone left, and someone, despite everything, wants to stay. And the fact that Russia did not shrug it off, a decision was made, and by the way it is already being implemented - to provide humanitarian assistance to the Kosovo Serbs.
