Do you ever want to know what lies behind the last sentence of a supporter of the Maidan from Ukraine: "You, slaves, do not understand?" After which, as a rule, the discussion ended. Then get ready, we plunge into the rabbit hole.
Information: Quanta superposition (coherent superposition) is a superposition of states that cannot be realized simultaneously from the classical point of view, it is a superposition of alternative (mutually exclusive) states. The principle of superposition of states: if the system can be in different states, then it is able to be in states that result from the simultaneous “imposition” of two or more states from this set on each other.
To an outside observer outside Ukraine, from Europe or the Russian world, it seems that in the state of Ukraine political schizophrenia and social insanity reigns. Links are not ordered. and there is no structure. Some cannot understand why many (not all) Ukrainian citizens support a conscious breakdown of economic and cultural ties with Russia (part of it even long before the ATO), which physically have nothing to replenish, even in the medium term, in fact, this is a state suicide. It seems to other "observers" from the West: what could be simpler than to carry out reforms after Maidan in the image and likeness of the velvet revolutions of Eastern Europe? Instead, the Western public sees corruption not just in new political elites, but even in yesterday's grantees, i.e. among ordinary public figures. Political scientists and experts make a formal conclusion for Ukraine, they say, the country has no state and democratic traditions, and therefore makes mistakes. But is it really only a matter of lack of experience and tradition?

So, for the best experiment, we take an outside observer of Ukraine, which is the most mentally and culturally closer to Ukraine - a resident of the CIS, and even better of Russia or Belarus. And we move it from the status of an observer to the place of a citizen of Ukraine, who met the independence of Ukraine in 1991 in the Ukrainian SSR. Those who read my articles “How was formed the political nation of Ukraine. Eyes of the eyewitness ”and others, will quickly grasp the essence and remember when I gave an example about two boys with the same names and names, where one sat down for the first time at the school desk in Saratov 1991 of the year, and the other in Dnepropetrovsk 1991 of the year, both of them had the default identical textbooks and favorite cartoons. As we remember, after 1991, Ukraine, like all CIS countries, began to build its “native information space”. It achieved the strongest success in the so-called window of opportunity, it was during the 1996-2002 period, when citizens could not independently form their informational mental attachments and were disconnected in 1995 from the last daily channel, ORT. The last joint emotional experience in the capture of Budenovsk and the murder of the journalist Listyev was also left there. From now on the provincial news become the main and almost the only ones. The Internet at that time was a wonder and was only suitable for a mail with a horoscope, cable TV was a demonstration of films in sleeping areas, and a satellite dish was only seen in films that were shown on cable TV. If we impose here the effect of “eternally at war Russia in the 90-s in the Caucasus” and a massive capital inflow on the Ukrainian media market, we will get a powerful informational morphine. Yesterday's, predominantly Soviet and Russian-speaking people, discover for themselves Ukrainian media content in a consumer style, where there are no conventionally boring literary readings of Shevchenko's poems from the leader from Poltava, but there is a swarthy sexy brunette in the news from Galicia. It amazes with its dialect and shows another Ukraine, which one cannot see or hear on the streets of the “depressive” Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Odessa and the same Kiev and Poltava. This is how a new identity is formed (we have disassembled in previous publications, and we will not return to the phenomenon of "Russian-speaking Russophobes") and a massive public dualism in the minds of Ukrainian citizens, where Ukraine is on TV, a la beautiful Galicia with European castles (Polish) and bright colorful (mixed) culture that stretches into the so-called "European family of nations." But there is another Ukraine, which contrasts with its gray and half-closed factories, sleeping areas of millionaire cities. If the cultural and mental gap can somehow be understood and comprehended, where show-business idols and sportsmen appear, and where then the mass appearance of high-speed Internet and digital TV in the middle of the zero does not save Russian TV channels from a position on the home TV console: “ After Russia’s 20 channel, only how to understand the phenomenon of political and social schizophrenia?

The ideology of the eternal struggle
To answer this question, you need to uncover the phenomenon of the unofficial and informal Ukrainian political national idea, which Ukrainian citizens are afraid to put on themselves to discuss in order to protect their psyche, but this is an abstract, but at the same time, strong concept - “the struggle of trivae "(The struggle continues). In fact, there is no goal of building a state, there is a goal to fight the enemies of the state, who do not allow it to develop. For twenty years in Ukraine, people were really “fed” from school to the media with the fact that the next Maidan would just pass, and the country would begin to carry out reforms following the example of Poland 1994 of the year, and its policies - “Shock Therapy”. And this "just now" is already waiting for the last 10 years strenuously since the time of the total activation of NGOs and NGOs from 2004. A fight in parliament in Ukraine is identified by default with the concept of political competition and the struggle for the interests of the people. Boring discussion, discussion in committees, statistics and discussion of amendments is the lot of Lapotnaya Russia. Pensioners, whose life fell for a sufficient period in the life of the USSR, despite Soviet education and life experience, have been watching talk shows Savik Shuster and other oligarchic TV channels for almost days, where the “experts” use the beautiful concepts of “civil society”, “legal culture” in discussions. ". There they aesthetically and intelligibly explain the causes and defeats of the next Maidan in a row. But at the same time they give hope when they literally twist their fingers on 1-2 and utter magic phrases like: “We will carry out judicial reform and tax reform." Then they add further like this: "These projects are in the committees of the Verkhovna Rada, and the European Venice Commission approved them, it remains only to gather the political will into a fist and vote for them. ” But here the “experts” make an amendment when they mention that the damned oligarchs and representatives of the past political regime do not give way to this document with the help of some kind of backstage arrangements. And often this may be true. But the fact that under the accursed representatives of the “past” of the political regime, people are not so much the Party of Regions as the former Orange and even the leaders of the second Maidan, by default does not linger in the minds of Ukrainian citizens.
One example of "superposition." For a citizen of Ukraine: a person just changed his mind and leads everyone to the next “peremog”, fighting with “zrada” or, on the contrary, is again an agent of the Kremlin and just a traitor
At this time, representatives of young and middle-aged citizens of Ukraine “stick out” on pages and Internet sites of well-known “social activists” (grant recipients), where they are explained to them, using high-quality terminology and information, why the West “did not fit” for Ukraine, and why you still need to tighten the belt, and at the same time punish those who tightened the belt to them only yesterday, and not to those who do it today. There is going to all the salt Maidan and ideologues of "lace panties", an almost endangered species. I call such listeners "intellectual maydanutye." Many of them really know several foreign languages and have been abroad more than once. They have the image of the path of development of Poland and the Czech Republic brought to fetishism. It’s even interesting to argue with them, they have long understood that the West is really not a “pink sheep”, and they don’t even believe in what they say in student audiences and textbooks on international law, where countries supposedly honestly compete with each other in WTO and wish each other peace and prosperity in their own markets. But at the same time, "smart" supporters of Maidan think and consciously want, without hiding it, to sell themselves to the West at a higher price. They really prove and hope that the decline in the standard of living in Ukraine will lead to the fact that global manufacturers and industrial giants will start in the country to open their productions, because there is cheap labor and proximity to the market, I mean the same West (Europe). In fact, they are proud to give up their own national project, with their own economy and with their interests. And as the same grandmothers, they nod at the experience of Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia to distant 90, they just do not want to recognize the current state of the world economy, where 100 loans and more than billions of dollars will not be given to the state for reforms, as it was after destruction of the social camp for the same Poland. They can give to the war in order to increase the outflow of capital from the countries that border the state fighting on its territory and to improve the position of their military-industrial complex. They also suffer most of all from the dualism of consciousness and the effect of "superposition" and are slightly partially knocked out even in the status of "external observer." As children, they rejoice when they are told that their way is false, and they maliciously throw the phrase: "Yes, we are without you, vata, we know that ..." They see salvation in the full and mass import of foreign officials, but not in the construction of the state.
What will science tell us?
Therefore, the bottom line is that we have a different information matrix, which no longer relies on the conceptual apparatus of the human 1991 of the year, even when adjusted for market relations, such as, for example, in Russia. There is a huge belief that the “Peremoga” is already near, because they have come so close. Yesterday, activists of the Maidan went on excursions around the residence of Yanukovich in Mezhigorye. The power of the “Donetsk” fell as fast as the snow does not melt even in Africa. There is no deputy in the Rada from the Party of Regions - Mikhail Chechetov, who with a wave of his hand led the parliamentary vote on the evil of the opposition. He is not even physically dead, he was killed. There is no parliament and the Communist Party of Ukraine, which allegedly also impeded the European promotion of Ukraine, being “soviet” weights on the legs of Ukraine. Moreover, the Communist Party is also no longer physically present, it is denied registration of the Ministry of Justice. But "peremoga" is still not there either. Because the struggle continues. It turns out that there are not only representatives of the past bloody regime of Yanukovich or “Kremlin agents”, but there are also traitors to the new Maidan, who became popular in the wake of the fact that they accused Yushchenko of betraying the second orange Maidan, who in 2004 said that they had betrayed Ukraine to 2001 the year when there was a national action "Ukraine without Kuchma". The fight continues. The circle is closed.
Putting the facts by a small identification with a resident of Ukraine, we discover the phenomenon of "superposition" of Ukraine. This is when the outside observer of the state-404 develops a "false" impression of the mass insanity of the political elite and part of the society of this country. But in fact, they are for themselves in a natural state of nature and according to their development paradigm. We can not understand this process only by observing from the outside, you need to go beyond the observer, then many things will become streamlined and understandable. “Zrada” for us will be an ordinary routine in our work in finding and appointing those responsible for the political life of the country, and “shame” will be an assessment of the activities of those who have failed to cope with the “evil.” In turn, “Peremoga” will be the highest political criterion of success, but in order to see it and fix it for just seconds, you need your own huge political collider, which will be able for a second to keep the focus of the political compromise of all players in Ukraine. Such moments are very rare, situational and fast. For example, when Yanukovych fled, a quick frustration in the form of "peremoga" arose, but as soon as Turchinov sat in the chair of the speaker and locked himself on the powers of the president, again - zrada! And the appointment of Yatsenyuk to the post of prime minister, contrary to the opinion of the “People’s Assembly” Maidan, undermined the illusion of the idea of civilian control over access to power through the Maidan scene. This is a very important point! After all, throughout the winter 2013-2014. almost all Ukrainian TV channels and Internet sites exploited a message with foaming at the mouth: they say, we are witnessing the emergence of a civil society where a certain civil Rada Maidan and centurions already supervises and controls the appearance on the Maidan stage and, very importantly, does not allow politicians to go there " yesterday. ” It turns out, again zrada !! And about Poroshenko as the founder of the Party of Regions and the Minister of Finance under Yanukovych and can not speak. It seems to an outsider from such a quantity of zrad that he may go crazy, but not for a resident of Ukraine who is in a superposition and accepts for himself a conditional attitude that “peremoga” always walks nearby, because it is worthwhile to literally spend more 1-2 the draft law on reforms, and they will definitely follow the path of Poland irrevocably, nothing is left to lust up a couple of officials who slow down these projects and prevent the country from developing. The “yesterday’s traitors” help the residents of Ukraine, who suddenly realized that they were wrong, and there are no objections to their position, except for the surprised outside observer who reads the data from the recording means and compares them with the circles of time. Moreover, the “superposition” has its advantages, since the physical laws of political science and economics do not work there, so any citizen of Ukraine with certain linear and non-linear connections can become “civil activist”, “official”, “deputy”, not using the usual political and physical principles (education, experience, position, continuity, recommendations, certificate of non-conviction) and get for themselves the benefits in the framework of the fight against "zrady." But these ties are unstable, there is always the risk of becoming a "Kremlin agent" if during the time I did not watch my "superposition" in relation to the general political atom. So, for example, today the subatomic connection is quickly lost by Semen Semenchenko, risking to become a "terrorist" or even an agent of the Kremlin. We will also observe the behavior and fate of this electron. After all, few people have been able to withstand the "superposition" for a long time, without going to another state.
How such a "universe" is stable, time will tell. No one knows the ultimate goal and depth of the “Ukrainian world”.
