419 aircraft repair plant near Petersburg

20
There are many different abandoned military facilities near St. Petersburg and around it: overgrown grass runways, old aircraft hangars that remember the Great Patriotic War, military equipment dumps, "disguised" as repair shops or educational institutions, where in fact live on airplanes without wings and helicopters without screws - reports in his blog RIDUS_NEWS. The spectacle is to some extent shocking - as if it hit either a cemetery, or a memorial, and to some extent an amazing one — there is so much technology in one place to see.

I want to show one of these semi-abandoned military facilities - the 419 Aircraft Repair Plant (ARZ 419), located near the southern border of the city. In general, combat helicopters are being repaired at this plant, but nearby there is a conservation parking for rotary-wing vehicles. The object is closed, but you can penetrate into the parking area with a special desire.

2. At the approaches to ARZ. We have to walk across the field.

3.

4. Tailless helicopters cause pity.

5.

6. The territory is protected by a shaky small fence with rusty spines, bypassing which you can get to the territory.

7.

8.

9. Once upon a time on the sides of this helicopter there were five-pointed stars. Now barely show through.

10. Inside the dump.

11. Everything that could be taken away from the viscera is taken away.

12. The helicopters here are very dense rows. The spectacle, in fact, could be grand if it were not so sad.

19. It seems that local gopniks and graffiti here like to climb.

29. Here, too, the details are lying separately ...

30.

31. Unfortunately, the five-minute filming ended up with a roar of watchful dogs, and I had to get away

32. The dogs chased for a long time.

33. Therefore, the following frames had to be done already because of the fence.

34. A bit talked to the guard. But in different languages. It happens.

35.

36. Here it is ARZ 419.

37.

38. And this is an old runway nearby.

40. Civilized entrance is not for everyone.

I do not presume to judge the photos posted here, but I think that there is an attempt to distort the current policy, as there was the same attempt with photos of abandoned missile points in the forests near Moscow. Then, thank God, there were guys who denied such a "stuffing", I think even now this trick will not work too much. Of course, there will be screamers, but where - without them? It's boring without them, however!

And yet, they save everywhere, and we have landfills larger than some European states ... Whatever you want, a huge country ...

Do not tell the screamers, dear. Do you have a similar article about Primorsky Vozdvizhenka? Want to?

I got the impression that the photographer gets some kind of sexual satisfaction when photographing dirt and other shit, that in Russia there is nothing to photograph at all except rubbish bins. I would have climbed to the great Peter, or to the Mine with Satan, a more magnificent sight and my soul is pleased. For more positive.
And then one shit is tired already.
      Although the man tried.

Ramses, thank you - I don't want to. When the conversation came about strengthening the group in the Kuril Islands, I involuntarily became interested in the TEM region. Negativity grabbed - to the neck! But, I repeat - is it difficult for ten years? in such a huge country? to fix what the previous twenty diligently fell apart. Breaking is always easier than building. Engineering, thanks for the indirect support. feel

Judging by the photo, did the woman take pictures? It’s clear, oh, oh, how everything is started. And for me, the normal state of affairs. Dismantling of old equipment - tail beams are carefully removed, inside is not rubbish, but disassembled fuselage elements. By the way, pay attention to the case of the zovoda, completely new. So that's fine.
And if you want to laugh, remember "Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Cowboy."

I am always sad in places like a cemetery. For me, technology has always been a nearly living friend, especially a combat one, and seeing these last campsites becomes sad. But we are not all eternal, and especially military equipment

In photo No. 39, behind the destroyed skewers, there is a sandwich workshop, quite fresh, probably there’s still something happening

In fact, in such factories part of the equipment is being decommissioned, and the hulls are being prepared for disposal and recycling. In fact, no chaos and disorder. And gliders serve their term.

It’s a pity that we don’t have such a dump in Poland. It would be interesting to see. And the dogs are beautiful.

This "cemetery" is a hundred years old at lunchtime!
Located near the formerly from October 1, 2011 unfortunately SPVVURE air defense of the village of Gorelovo.
We have been skiing around these turntables for 5 years. And as long as I remember it was.
And I think there is nothing to do "tragedy", after all, this is the site of an aircraft repair plant. "Secretly" they have a lot of such hardware on their territory.
The main thing is for the enterprise to work, and from the beginning of the 2000s it began to function gradually. And if earlier there were more or less whole sides there, now I look at one scrap metal.

And of course, it’s sad to see military equipment in this form! Any!

There are heaps of abandoned and disbanded bases and military units throughout the country. In the new look of the Armed Forces, there is no room for reserves, only "combat-ready" units were left. But all the power was in the mobilization potential, which has been successfully destroyed over the past 4 years.

Well done author, showed will and character to get there and take pictures, there might not be "watchdogs" and the guards might not speak another language, call faces, and explain later ...
