Is there truth in Ukraine?
It's about Odessa. About a man who is accused of organizing a terrorist group and committing terrorist acts on the territory of Odessa and Nikolayev. Long Ruslan. Along with him, another 9 man was arrested, including his 18-year-old son.
5.07.2015 of the year in Odessa swept the war of mass repression and illegal detentions. During which 14 people were detained in violation of all the laws of detention and search, without witnesses (instead of them were junior staff). Before the trial reached 8 of them, the fate of others is unknown. The detainees were clearly visible signs of beatings and torture.
While giving an interview, Ruslan Dolgosheya showed signs of beatings and a plastic bag, which he was put on his head and tightly tied, until he lost consciousness, knocking out of him confessions of what he had not done. But the worst thing was the torture that his son was subjected to in front of his father: the boy was beaten, a bag was put on his head and he was tied with a nylon cord, until he lost consciousness. Forcing to sign a confession in organizations of terrorist acts, about which he did not even know. In response to this, the investigator directly into the cell said that he didn’t care at all and he would conduct an inquiry as he sees fit.
The entire case of the prosecution is based only on the denunciation of the activist of the ultranationalist organization “Charm” and those testimonies that were beaten out of the detainees through torture and threats to their families. Many so-called interrogations were held together with representatives of ultra-radical organizations of Ukraine.
At the moment, the SBU in the person of the senior investigator Filippov has nothing to show either Ruslan, or his son, or those who were detained with them, except baseless charges and far-fetched fantasies and testimonies that they received during their torture of people.
Only one person has been convicted at the moment, as he was searched at home with members of the ultra-radical group and left him alone with them, after which he signed all the charges. What was done to him there, you can only imagine.
Moreover, after the arrest of Dolgozheya, the bombings and attacks continued as before, i.e. the real culprits remain at large. But the SBU apparently doesn’t bother it, because what do they care about it, the main thing is to find where to switch the arrows, distracting the public’s attention from the truth. Why and who benefits?
Immediately after his arrest, many articles appeared on the network about Ruslan Dolhoshey and his alleged involvement in the creation of a terrorist base, articles obviously ordered and deceitful.
But if you look closely, you can see other information about this person, more ancient, in the public domain on the Internet. Ruslan is a historian, teacher, good family man, father of 3 children, who has been involved in patriotic education of children for many years in the spirit of the Cossacks, honesty, valor, truth and nobleness. With a high level of education, he chose the path of raising children with high moral values. To this end, he created a public organization, where he volunteered with children and adolescents, instilling confidence and openness in them, taught self-defense and first aid. A lot of photographs in military uniform are pictures of the plots of military-patriotic games, where children and teenagers played out historical battles or demonstrations of the Cossacks.
The only thing you can blame this person is that he is a supporter of decentralization and the Customs Union. But since when does a person have no right to a personal opinion? If he does not impose it on anyone!
So why is it possible to arrest without a proper base, human rights violation, throwing evidence, torture of the times of the Inquisition, killing people in the dungeons of the Security Service of Ukraine in a country aspiring to Europe, which boasts its legitimacy, just because they think differently and do not support ultranationalist ideas ?
Is it not a genocide of his people? When the government condones its representatives, frankly allows chaos? After all, even after a video hit the network, where traces of brutal beatings on the detainees are clearly visible, no one pushed staff members away, did nothing, there wasn’t even a normal trial. As if it should be.
At the moment, already three detainees - disabled people with broken organs and damaged limbs. And the excesses continue. There is no evidence base of their guilt. They are simply kept in the dungeons and destroyed.
