The analytical program of Mikhail Leontyev "However, Context"
In Ukraine, wet "UKROPOV". Just do not think that the Donetsk militia went on the offensive. "UKROP" is the party of the notorious oligarch Kolomoisky, whose offices were searched and arrested.
Actually, this is a good reason to talk about the political system of Ukraine, in every important country for us. What has changed as a result of the coup d'état called the "Revolution of Dignity"?
A common place is that the Ukrainian political system is a victorious oligarchy. All political processes in Ukraine, starting with elections of any levels and ending with Maidan and coup d'etat, were and remain different ways of redistributing influence, property and cash flows between oligarchic clans. An exception is not the last Maidan, ordered by Ukrainian oligarchs offended by the presumptuous clan of Yanukovych. It is characteristic that the victorious revolution, with revolutionary simplicity, cut legal patrimonies to these regional magnates, appointing them governors. Taruta - in Donetsk, Baloha - in Transcarpathia, Kolomoisky - in Dnepropetrovsk.
There is a fundamental difference between Ukraine and what was called oligarchy here in Russia. In Russia, even in the worst of times, 90's existed as a kind of self-valuable entity, and our oligarchs positioned themselves relative to the state. In Ukraine, there was no state other than these oligarchs. That is, the Ukrainian oligarchy - and there is no state with the unlimited power of these same oligarchs.
It would seem that nothing has changed. Even according to the list structure of the new deputies corps of different levels - the same little people, assigned to the same specific clans. But no! The moment of the change in the Ukrainian oligarchic model can be determined with chronological accuracy. This is an attempt to revolt Kolomoisky against Poroshenko, March 2015 of the year. The reason - the division of "Ukrnafta", the largest fuel and energy asset.
Benya Kolomoisky, the most arrogant and boundless of the Ukrainian oligarchs, became famous for advertising his Privatbank, the largest bank in Ukraine, which promised 10 000 dollars for the head of Moscow. The “Revolution of Dignity” made him the governor of practically the entire south of Ukraine.
“What is happening now is not at all clear to me. The fact that I am an oligarch may well be standing across my throat. And everyone has different interests and everyone wants me to stop being a governor,” Kolomoisky said then.
After the preventive conversation in the American embassy Kolomoisky became all quite clear. The oligarch riot was put down without a shot being fired.
At present, it can be stated that significant changes have occurred in the political system of Ukraine. A state appeared in Ukraine. And this state is the United States of America, which passed from curator to direct control.
The executive authority exercising the current management of Ukrainian politics is the US Embassy, headed by Jeffrey Payette. Political supervision was historically entrusted to Vice President Joe Biden.
“By the way, Joe Biden held a meeting with the Ukrainian leadership, if you saw the television picture, in fact, in the format of the head of state at an internal meeting. He sat at the head of the table, and the Ukrainian representatives were at his side,” the foreign minister said RF Sergey Lavrov.
But at the moment, Ukraine’s deputy secretary of state, Victoria Nuland, has been entrusted with the leadership of Ukraine, who has become famous for distributing cookies on Maidan. In particular, its competence includes personnel policy. Let us recall the famous conversation of Nuland with Ambassador Payette, in which, by the way, she spoke about the European Union, trying to interfere in its sphere of competence.
“I don’t think that Klitschko should be in the government. I don’t think that this is necessary, and that this is a good idea,” says Victoria Nuland.
“From the point of view of the fact that he will not be in the government, let him remain and continue his work outside the game,” Jeffrey Payette replies.
“I think Yatsenyuk is a suitable person. He has experience in economic and management issues,” said Victoria Nuland.
Now an important task of the State Department is to strengthen the Ukrainian native government with proven personnel. The key figure of the cabinet is Finance Minister Natalya Yaresko, who is punished for the post of prime minister instead of the failed Yatsenyuk. Yaresko - an American citizen, a former employee of the State Department, began work in Ukraine as head of a private investment fund.
It is curious that this private foundation was created by a decision of the US Congress and was funded by the US Department of State. In addition to Yaresko, the Ukrainian cabinet has been staffed with foreign reformers certified by the US State Department: Georgians Health Minister Alexander Kvitashvili, Deputy Interior Minister Eco Zguladze, Minister of Economy - Lithuanian Ayvoris Abromavičius. And the owners of the Georgian “golden boy” Saakashvili threw their Georgian “golden boy” onto the strategic Odessa region.
Has the political system of Ukraine become more resistant to external and internal challenges? To some extent, yes. In any case, no change in the course beyond the framework defined by an external source of power is impossible in the legal political field.
During the time that has passed since the "European choice", the Ukrainian national-romantic public has rid itself of many hopes and illusions. And the whole national idea was reduced to a spell - America is with us! "This is the last romantic illusion from which she will have to get rid of. America certainly needs Ukraine, but only as an instrument for its own needs. And these needs are not determined by Ukraine exactly.
