In an interview, the expert talks about how the world is preparing for war.
- Alexander Dmitrievich, recently there has been such a situation, when a number of former USSR republics are engaged in completely paradoxical things - it strengthens the dollar with its “bearish” actions - it does everything to reduce the prices for oil and gold.
- The basic understanding of the situation is a bit wrong. In the world, the most ambitious processes are now following. The first is the rapid coalescence of the Pacific economic space (BRICS Development Fund, a pool of reserve currencies, which was called the "BRICS Bank"). This matrix is designed by the Rothschilds. Although, in form, in slogans, it looks like an action against the American hegemony of the dollar. But the essence of all this is the emergence of an economic space that will not depend on the global dollar system.
The second process is the accelerated trampling (and this is an unnatural, controlled process) of the European Union under the German Nazi arm. And we are not talking about the German state, but about the Nazi format, since very soon the Nazis will come to power in France and Germany. In other countries it is possible too, but these two are most important. And the goal of this process is “a campaign to the East”, and not because of the aggressiveness of the Germans, but because a number of events will occur. In particular, the global financial system will disappear - and this is a blow to Europe. Europe will lose (and is already losing) a significant part of resources, including energy.

Europe will simultaneously be without money and without resources. She will have nowhere to go except to be under a Nazi cap, and in such circumstances the only way is “drang nah osten”. A war requires a concentration of very big money. Of all the public expenditures of public funds, it is the most costly measure. Therefore, any preparation for war requires a very large concentration of financial resources. Therefore, the accumulation of reliable carriers, such as gold, silver, precious metals, rare earth metals, becomes relevant.

- So, in your opinion, the accumulation of gold reserves by Russia is not a support for the “golden ruble”?
- This is a money saving event. Everyone wants to buy gold. However, it must be understood that it is not a market product, contrary to popular belief. Sometimes even economic journalists and analysts think so. Gold, like uranium, is a regulated market. They are governed by two structures in which the American Rothschilds play a key role, along with the British and French. This is the Golden Committee in London and the Silver in the Netherlands (more recently in Chicago). Accordingly, with the help of regulation, for more than fifty years there has been a single policy of artificially maintaining at a low level the prices of gold and silver. It was one of the main mechanisms for maintaining the petrodollar purchasing power.
This is a clear relationship: the regulated market of gold and silver was aimed at ensuring that prices for resources were lower, and the dollar was higher in purchasing power, which made it possible not to be afraid to turn on the printing press of the Federal Reserve in the USA. This year, the American Rothschilds closed the Golden Committee and left the Silver Committee. Practically both committees ceased to exist due to the loss of more than 70% of members. And this means that preparations are being made for war, as a result of which the world price determinant for such important resources should not be located in Europe, including the UK. For this, representatives of European countries should not participate in the formulation of price regulation policies. And for this it is necessary to prevent the sale of physical gold. Because it is associated with other minerals, such as oil.
The relationship is expressed like this: the cheaper the oil, the lower the price of gold, with some delay. Americans can not simultaneously play for a fall in oil against Russia and keep expensive gold - it falls in price. And in this situation, in order not to lose control over the gold market, it is imperative that countries should not be able to buy physical gold. Practically, the general point of view of market analysts is that the storage of the Federal Reserve System of Fort Knox is no longer physical gold. It is on paper, in part it is in the Federal Reserve, but in principle it has "evaporated."
In reality, the “yellow metal” has moved somewhere. This is also one of the measures to prepare for war. It is important to understand: when Germany was going to repatriate German gold, the United Kingdom and France returned it, and not only did the United States not give it back to Germany, but announced that they were not going to return 2018 before. At the same time, a very humiliating form was used: the Federal Reserve did not even allow the Germans to look at their gold reserves. They could show one or two pallets with piles of ingots and say that gold is in complete safety. That is, the key principle here is simple - only those countries that are sovereign in the political sense can actually buy physical gold.
And in translation into Russian, this means the absence of occupation troops in the territory. In Germany, Italy, Japan, there are occupying troops, so the government can not pursue a real anti-American policy, and even more so in such strategic issues as uranium, gold, silver and rare earth metals.
Therefore, the Putin team uses the situation. And in fact, the Russian state on the military reserve very quickly enriched. And in this sense, the fluctuations of the ruble pegged to the dollar are unimportant to us, because the ruble of the Eurasian Union will be another currency. Yes, oil is falling in price, the ruble is falling even faster, so our energy sales bring real money into the country more and more. The flight of capital from Russia, the fall of the ruble - everything is much smaller in scale than it comes to the country. And four countries — Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan — buy the most gold in the last six months — about three times 70% of world sales.
Therefore, in general, it is said that the ruble and the yuan will be based on some real values, where gold is the most convenient. What weighs little and has a small distribution - precious metals and rare earth metals - that is more expensive. Russia in this regard plays to create an economic basis for the Eurasian Union, the Eurasian ruble. The St. Petersburg Commodity Exchange was brought under the control of Sechin, and it was already stated directly that its main task would be to create an oil ruble, transfer world sales of hydrocarbons to a ruble basis.
Actions of Kazakhstan mean the following. The country has moved away from the policy of distrust towards its northern neighbor, from a multi-vector policy. Both Kazakhstan and Russia stopped playing and moved to full mutual trust. For Kazakhstan, Eurasian integration will accelerate, regardless of whether the society is ready for it or not. Its depth will be the farther, the more. Also in Kazakhstan, accelerated militarization will be carried out now, because it is necessary to strengthen military forces.
We must understand that we, the Eurasians, will not be able to evade the first strike of the Islamic state in the Central Asian countries. The main goal of the big gang that the Americans are building up in Syria, Iraq and other countries is Central Asia.
So with gold, revolutionary things happen, comparable to those that happened at the beginning of 1940. But all this is tied to the financial, economic, and organizational preparation of major players for a world war, in which only those states that do not have occupation forces on their territory can conduct their own line.

- China is the number one country in the gold market. And we are talking about a military operation, since this policy is determined not by the government’s government council, but by the Central Military Council. Military intelligence is the key structure of China, and it determines the country's financial policy. And the American Rothschilds, along with their departure from the continent (Europe), are betting on the Shanghai Gold Exchange, which will be the global global regulator of gold and silver prices. And since no one can trust each other in such serious things, two completely unprecedented steps have been taken.
The first - to China, unlike Germany (which did not return 800 tons of gold), returns more than two thousand tons, which were transported by the Kuomintang and the Triads in 1940-1950 years. The second step is even more significant - the American Rothschilds a significant part of gold (analysts estimate the volumes in 1,5-2 thousands of tons) are transferred to Shanghai. This means tremendous trust, as well as real assurances that the United States will not fight with China. And after that, China went to meet them, created the Development Bank and the fund of reserve currencies, which are formally anti-American, but structurally included in the matrix of the United States. That is, the Americans with the military and the Communists of China concluded a very reliable agreement on political interaction, which, of course, will not prevent the Anglo-Saxons from doing nasty things, which is indestructible in their blood - but in trifles.
This is not just a territorial relocation of the world regulator to the Pacific region; a fundamentally opposite task will be implemented there than before. If, while in Europe, the Americans kept the low price of real resources, they would now do the opposite. This means that the American elite staked on two things: the collapse of the dollar and the revolution in the United States, which will be anti-oligarchic, anti-banking. In this scenario, the coup is drawn by the bankers themselves.
Another thing is that most of the oligarchy is “crumbled”, expropriated, but in favor of the elite. Against this background, accordingly, there is a prolonged fall of the ruble and other currencies. This can be described in other words - expropriation is carried out in one form or another in all countries. In relation to the population, this takes place in a mild form, through a decline in the purchasing power of the population. In relation to the oligarchy, expropriations will be held somewhat later, but, in general, the money “shakes” from everyone, because they need a lot.
- Probably, while it is difficult to talk about the timing of the different stages of these processes ...
- The question is correct - we cannot prepare for something without knowing the dates. You can make the assumption that the world war will begin in the next three years, in the 2016-2017 years. This means the emergence of a large Pacific space (conventionally BRICS, plus Americans in special roles), the emergence of the Eurasian ruble, based on real values as early as next year.
Of course, this will happen no earlier than summer, until parts of the former Ukraine return to the family of nations — who are in the Russian Federation, who are in the Eurasian Union. Up to this point no really big changes will be made. If you look at today's analytics, almost no one can link the processes associated with different areas. So, for example, the ruble is falling, oil prices are also, and the number of giant infrastructure mega-projects financed by the state of the Russian Federation is rapidly increasing. It would seem so can not be. But the situation is such that a significant part of the state economy more and more goes to closed areas, to closed processes both from the information space and from official statistics.
I communicate with Kazakh analysts, in Kazakhstan they know about these processes and very well that they are understood. And I do not think that the Kazakh political elite has woken up because the threat of death is a much more important incentive than the desire to earn. Also, fortunately, this situation is understood in Tashkent and Dushanbe.
So we will see and accelerate the creation of the Eurasian Union, and the militarization of Kazakhstan, and the inevitable further fall in oil prices. For Russia and Kazakhstan there is no lower price per barrel, which would lead to the collapse of their economies. We are not the target of an American attack. Their goal is the main economic competitor - Europe, which has the same huge economy. Our combined economy is 4,5 times smaller. At the same time, we are sovereign countries, since we do not have occupying troops.
- Is it possible to count on a delay if the socialists of Germany and France suddenly come to power?
- The Nazi coup in France and Germany is not necessarily associated with the elections. Ours are now very active in Europe. Thus, Marine Le Pen received support, was given strong financial and political support to the Italian League of the North. But in Germany our only potential ally is the Left Party, the successor of the SED. And we cannot really cooperate with it, because it is controlled by the Americans. It is impossible to hope for the emergence of phenomena like Marine Le Pen and the League of the North in France. Therefore, it is impossible to count on a delay. It is necessary to postpone the beginning of the war. But this task - to postpone as long as possible - the Putin team performs, in my opinion, as efficiently as possible.
- And yet I want to understand: all these processes are the interaction of Kazakhstan, Russia with the American or European Rothschilds?
- A small part of the American elite - the Rothschilds and WACPS (White Anglo-Saxon Protestants) are playing a game that is reorienting the US from the Atlantic to the Pacific. But at the same time they retain world leadership. But we must understand that in the world of finance there are no taboo topics and untouchables. If you look at the processes in this system, there is a big rotation going on there: they are moving aside those who cannot cope. Moreover, they are moving away from power, and not from money - this is the greatest punishment for those who have the ability to impose the rules of the financial game on the world.
In this sense, the American Rothschilds will never be as responsible with the former homeland - the United Kingdom - as with us and the Chinese. In our sense, they follow the rules of the game for the simple reason that they are forced to do so in order to save themselves. So that the UK fought bravely in the last war, much more honest than France and the United States, but it was she, not Germany, who suffered the greatest defeat. Britain suffered much more than occupied Germany - it did not receive such large-scale programs as the Marshall Plan, it lost all colonies, including India’s “pearl of the crown”.
England in this sense has nowhere to go. That is why Marat Shibutov and I in the work “Geopolitics of rafting” considered Great Britain to be the helmsman in future processes. We also meant their dual breed - the British will be on the side of the winners, Russia, China and the United States, and at the same time they are playing their own game, even if they are not playing on the side of the enemy. In particular, we are talking about the accelerated influence of England through the revival of the Commonwealth. In the current war, they, too, will not be able to play a separate game against the United States, but at the same time the British understand that America will only help them, but not save, when the Kingdom encounters Europe, and this is inevitable.
So, war is inevitable. But there is nothing terrible in this, because the post-war world will be very strong and much longer than after the Second World War. But only citizens of the Eurasian Union will be killed 15-20 million. Most of all will be Europeans. But it is impossible to change all these processes that have been laid over decades, by any political genius or military and economic measures.
The task of Americans in a global sense - to lower Europe and help the formation of the Eurasian Union. The fact is that if the Eurasian Union at the time of the war, just as now, 4,5 times weaker economically, then we can not survive. Our chance is only if we are weaker than the united Europe in 2 times.

- In this scheme, you encounter two questions at once. The first is what about NATO; the second - why then sanctions, beating on our union?
- The sanctions are just beating on Europe, which will be united by the Nazis. It was the Nazis, not the Germans. If, nevertheless, the Germans unite Europe, the situation may spiral out of control, and some new Empire of the German nation will emerge. And the Russian empire has always found a common language with the German empires, whereas we will never have anything in common with the Nazis. That is why there will be such a form - Nazism.
Further, war is impossible when American occupation forces are in Europe, which are stronger than the total current armed forces of Europe. Naturally, next year, allegedly under pressure from European national governments and the financial crisis and other serious reasons, US troops will be squeezed out. American troops will leave Europe and Japan, except, of course, Britain.
There is no contradiction with what is happening in Ukraine and with the admission of new members of NATO. All new members are simply the strengthening of the American dominant in the Alliance, since all newcomers are not loyal to Europe, but to the United States. But America just "throws" all. For example, the three Baltic countries will join the Eurasian Union. Now it sounds stupid, but neither NATO, nor the United States, nor Germany will interfere when people's governments come to power in the three Baltic republics and decide to join our Union in referendums. So there is no contradiction with NATO - it will disappear.
