When in the 90s we were not paid a monthly allowance for the 3 – 4 of the month, and we didn’t go out into the square and didn’t knock on the asphalt with helmets. We really had other helmets. And they did their duty to protect their homeland and their people, according to the oath taken. And this is not pathos. It is a fact of life.
