RIA News gives the information spread by the main headquarters of the Estonian Defense Forces:
Around 20, Estonian military personnel will participate in a project to train Ukrainian soldiers together with colleagues from the United States and other NATO nations. They will share their skills and experience with representatives of the landing, special and ground forces of Ukraine.
It remains to find out where the Estonian military men suddenly took the experience of the same amphibious operations to share with the Ukrainian military men? ..
The report says that the training program is designed for the 2-3 of the year, and approximately every six months, the Estonian “military-pedagogical” contingent in Ukraine will change.
Against this background, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine publishes a statement about the possibility of a new wave of mobilization. The argument for the new mobilization wave looks like this in Ukrainian ... "We need to be ready for a new wave of mobilization, since Russia can once again break the Minsk agreements."
It seems that the fact that Russia is not a party to the Minsk agreements, or, as Russian President Vladimir Putin said recently, cannot reach Kiev, the West is simply not ready to admit that the Minsk agreements are not ready to fulfill their Ukrainian "friends", and therefore there and try to shift responsibility from the blame on to the healthy.
