- When you created your department in the GUO, you practically created it from scratch, A.Yu. played a significant role in the training of your specialists. Savin and his unit, but the KGB certainly had other developments. Why didn't they help you?
- When we worked in the Kremlin, I did not know Savina. The KGB had its own groundwork. Almost 30 institutes on this topic worked with the state security center in Novosibirsk. The technique was not used by Savina, we had our own methods. They shared the general-lieutenant G.G. Rogozin, when he came to work in the GUO. There was no special department, I was the first deputy head of the GUO and was responsible for analytics and elaboration of threats. Therefore, we had to invite advanced people, to accept people who had left the KGB, but were engaged in this topic so that they would help in preventing these threats.
- It is believed that the special services effectively use zombies. Do you think the enemy’s special services can, for example, zombie the presidential guard? How long is the zombie process and can it be done quickly?
