Over the past few years, we have already become accustomed to the association with the surname Clinton named Hillary - the US Secretary of State in the administration of President Obama. The name of this man appeared on the pages of USA Today in connection with his new program of assistance to the current president of the United States. Recall that a member of the US Democratic Party, Bill Clinton from 1993 to 2001, was the head of the White House. Barack Obama also represents the Democratic Party. Therefore, William Jefferson Clinton decided to present his program on how to allow democrats led by Obama to remain at the helm for at least another four years after the election of the 2012 of the year.In his interview, the ex-president says that he is aware of the complexity of the situation in which the current US administration finds itself. Clinton, citing statistics, states that so far no US president has been able to stay for a second term, when the unemployment rate was at such a high level as it is today. According to Clinton, this is truly a catastrophic figure, because in the year when the first term of his presidency ended, the general American unemployment rate did not exceed three percent.
However, Bill Clinton points out that such a seemingly fatal situation for Barack Obama can and should be used for his own (Obama) good. For this, the 42 head of the White House recommends using a powerful PR attack. It should consist in the following: Obama and the entire Democratic Party should, by all means, begin to convince American voters that the situation with the huge number of unemployed was provoked by the US Congress. Clinton wants to emphasize that there is now a majority in the House of Representatives (242 member) for Republicans, and the Republican speaker there is John Beyner. And this, according to Bill Clinton, shows that Barack Obama’s wheels of the advanced car (locomotive) of Barack Obama, in terms of his program to bring the US economy to stability, the Republicans specially inserted sticks to prepare fertile ground for their candidate in 2012 year. Clinton is even inclined to see in the action "Capture Wall Street" the possible influence of the artificially decadent policy of the American parliament, provoked by those same Republicans.
Well, the move with the "denigration" of republican enemies is quite understandable. At the same time, he can really, as they say, shoot. And in this case, the voters will be forced to support Barack Obama by no means his economic initiatives, but the interference from the Republicans, who “occupied” the House of Representatives replicated with the help of Bill Clinton’s idea.
Clinton, despite the seemingly obvious and unconditional support of the current administration, rather actively criticizes her. The criticism is that, as it seems to the ex-president, the current high-ranking representatives of the Democratic Party do not know how to use the propaganda moves. If PR is taken out of parentheses, Bill Clinton believes, then no tools to stabilize markets and the banking system in the United States will not allow in such a short time to entice voters to the side of the current president.
Apparently, the tricks of dirty public relations Clinton learned when interested people planted a pig in the form of a scandal with Monica Lewinsky. If so, then Clinton through Barack Obama has a great opportunity to strike back at the Republicans.
However, Clinton, in all likelihood, is not ready to blame only Republicans for all the troubles, otherwise, as he expresses himself, the United States is waiting for a real party war that will in no way benefit the development of the state. It turns out that Clinton occupied a half position: on the one hand, he wants to leave a member of the Democratic Party in the presidential chair, revealing the "machinations" of the Republicans, and on the other hand, he calls for a compromise in Congress to solve urgent issues in high-integration mode. However, the likelihood that Republicans will want to integrate after Mr. Clinton’s words addressed to them can be considered extremely low.
