New Russia is youth. Youth Day in the Donbass
DNR and LC are the youngest states on Earth. And, of course, it was not by chance that the youth became one of the main “engines” of the Russian spring and the New Russia born in it. “Dill” thought that they were able to poison a new generation with massive propaganda designed to make people forget their history and culture, forgotten the centuries-old brotherhood between the Slavic peoples and went on about the false "European integration." But it turned out that the young people of Donbass, along with the older generation, at a critical moment still stood against neo-fascism and the anti-constitutional coup. And she didn’t just get up, not just went to roadblocks and trenches, but successfully builds young republics.
Not everyone can fight on the fronts. Many young people find other ways to help their homeland - they unite in volunteer organizations. One of them, acting very actively, is called “We”.
26 June, together with the charity foundation “Kindness”, this organization organized a concert for veterans of the Great Patriotic War in the framework of the new project “Help the Donbas Veterans”.
Warm, emotional meeting was held in the art-exhibition complex "Art-Donbass". The audience was shown a small film based on the stories of veterans.
Performed poets, bards. The word was given to the veterans themselves. They expressed all the pain that had accumulated in their soul. After all, their youth was scorched by the war, and now they too spend their respectable years under shelling.
The veterans were presented with flowers, and then they were given humanitarian aid from the famous “Dr. Lisa” - a food ration and a package with essential medicines.
The young participant, who read shrill poems: “People of the world, do you hear us? I am the Donbass! I am the Donbass! I am the Donbass! ”
And last weekend, 27-28 of June, in Donetsk and other cities of the DPR, celebrated the first Republican Youth Day.
27 June in the morning in the park Scherbakov gathered hundreds of people. With the participation of the Minister of Sports of the DPR, Mikhail Mishin, an action called “collective morning exercises” was held. Then throughout the day was a concert program. People were all catching up and pulling up - and now there are not hundreds of them, but thousands.
At the festival, one could see the defenders of Novorossia, including the wounded. They have to go back to the position, but sometimes you can relax, relax, rejoice.
Wedding processions were greeted with enthusiasm. After all, it is - a symbol of the fact that life goes on. Two married couples created on this day were presented with valuable gifts from the Republic. Future mothers who participated in the celebration were also awarded.
The Deputy Commander of the DPR Ministry of Defense Corps, Eduard Basurin, the Deputy Chairman of the People’s Council Denis Pushilin, as well as the commander of the legendary Inter-Brigade “Pyatnashka” came to congratulate the youth.
In his speech, Eduard Basurin said that the youth of Donbass has a unique chance to make the world a better place, create something new, and build their future. He warmly thanked the young people who were not afraid to stay in Donetsk, despite all the difficulties of the war. In the evening, the concert program was continued by the well-known rap group “Ta Side”.
The celebration continued the next day. On the same stage in the park Scherbakov 28 June a gala concert of the musical youth movement “We need peace” took place. Less people have already gathered, especially since the weather has failed - it was overcast and it rained at times. However, it was fun.
The group "Partisans" was warmly welcomed. “My Novorossia bloomed to the heart of my dear Russian land,” the guys from this group sang from the stage to the audience’s applause.
And when the famous Brothers of Rain in Donetsk sang the song “Heaven, save this city,” the boys and girls who had just rejoiced with their previous winding compositions suddenly became unexpectedly serious ... After all, they had experienced a lot over the last year and touched the strings the soul.
It remains to say that both 27 and 28 on June in the evenings were unequivocally thundered by “greetings” from ukrovoyak as well. 27 June Kuibyshev district of Donetsk and the village of Oktyabrsky came under fire. Fortunately, there were no casualties, but there is destruction. In Gorlovka, a man died as a result of punitive blows. June 28 from artillery was shelled the area adjacent to the Donetsk airport, and again the long-suffering village Oktyabrsky.
Likewise, the “dill” overshadowed both the proms and Children's Day. Now here is the Youth Day. However, despite this, the holiday took place. Because Youth Day is a holiday not only for boys and girls, but also for the Republics of New Russia themselves. After all, New Russia is youth itself.
