The Amsterdam District Court is considering the case of the Scythian gold of Crimea, instituted at the claim of several Crimean museums against the Amsterdam Museum Allard Pierson Museum. Last year, the exhibition “Crimea. Gold and the secrets of the Black Sea ”, however, after the peninsula joined the Russian Federation, the leadership of the museum raised the question: who should give the valuable Crimean artifacts to Russia or Ukraine.

Amsterdam District Court is considering the case of the Scythian gold of Crimea

After consulting with lawyers, it was decided to leave all the Crimean exhibits in temporary storage in the Netherlands, which is currently being disputed by several parties. First, a lawsuit was filed against four Crimean museums, but in January, the states of Ukraine and the Netherlands joined the process.

The lawyer of the Crimean museums, Mihil van Leeuwen, said that the process of returning artifacts could take a long time, however, in his opinion, “culturally and historically, the exhibits belong to the Crimea, they were found there, and the fact that“ Crimea annexed by Russia does not change anything. ”

A similar point of view was expressed by the scientific curator of the exhibition, the Crimean archeologist Valentina Mordvintseva.

“The exhibits must return to the Crimea, regardless of which state they now legally belong to. Some of the exhibits were excavated in the XIX century, and all this time they were in the Crimea, despite various political circumstances, ”she said. "InoSMI".

Knowing how much Western civilizations are greedy for gold, most likely it will not leave anywhere from Holland! A bureaucratic delay will begin, which will last a very, very long time ... And it will end in nothing.

The fact that the process drags on is a fact. But the fact that gold will not go anywhere is not certain. They are greedy for gold, it’s true, auctioned off in private collections, that’s what you can expect. However, if I make a mistake, it will be wonderful.

There is no point in returning gold to the Ukromongers, they will all stole or sell them, or they will end up in America, so to speak, in eternal storage. This gold belongs to the Crimea.

On the spot, we’ll figure out which museum to exhibit, where the gold is, where the builder of the wall is (Yatsenyuk is a stuffed animal by itself)
But the process with gold will be long, with the rabbit - much easier, soon they will merge.

Horseradish with it, gold. It is a pity of course, but this is not a priority. To clamp down on Europeans with good counter-sanctions, not as an example to those that are now, but an order of magnitude higher. To tell the whole of Russia, tighten the belts, but we, your rulers, will also tighten. And most importantly, to explain to people for what they have to endure. Then, damned Europe itself will creep on four-wheelers. They will give not only gold. They understand only such a language.

Incidentally, this is a kind of litmus test: if the EU gives gold to Crimea, it will in fact recognize it as part of Russia. In general, tyagomotin will last more than one year. Something like the USSR gave different historical values to Germany. And they gave it only after 1991.

In my opinion, giving any values to Germany should never have been! If it depended on me, they would get ears from a dead donkey! Our close rulers returned considerable values to the Germans, the Germans stroked them on the head, and they twisted a finger at the temple. Germany has returned a lot of the loot from us?

The main task of this claim is not to return to the Crimea, but not to let Kiev take it to itself, and this task seems to be awakeningly completed. And on the subject of return ..., I repeat that now the main thing is not to give it to Kiev, because there is a possibility that Kiev can sell it to private collections and then it’s completely sad, and so ... well, let it be stored in Holland for the present wakes up in comparison with if it gets to Kiev.
