South Korean media publish information about rocket launches of the DPRK
20
The Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Korea states that the DPRK launched two ground-to-air missiles. The ministry clarifies that we are talking about KN-08 missiles. If you believe the information published by the South Korean Ministry of Defense, then both rockets fell into the Yellow Sea.
According to Japanese media reports, Pyongyang is preparing to launch a Nodon ballistic missile with a range of about 1300 km. For this, North Korea allegedly closes navigation in one of the sections of the Sea of Japan.
Malaysian Edition The Star writes that missile launches of the DPRK are associated with a visit to the Republic of Korea by US Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter. Carter's visit to Seoul begins today - Thursday 9 April.
At the same time, the American media, citing US intelligence agencies, are spreading a message about the presence in North Korea of nuclear warheads that can be equipped with ballistic missiles. At the same time, the United States declares that if Pyongyang is going to send a missile with such warheads towards the United States, the American military will destroy it.
It seems that such active coverage of North Korean "militaristic designs" in the media of South Korea, Japan, Malaysia and the United States has only one goal: to justify the deployment of an American missile defense system in Southeast Asia.
