Konstantin Dolgov, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s ombudsman, said that Russia would submit a report on the war crimes committed by Ukrainian security forces in the Donbas. According to Konstantin Dolgov, the report is being prepared through parliamentary and public lines and will be presented in Vietnam during the Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
The official title of the Russian report reads as follows: "The war crimes of the Ukrainian security forces: torture and inhuman attitudes." According to the edition Kommersant, the report concerns the war crimes committed by the Ukrainian army, the National Guard under, the militants of the so-called "voluntary" battalions from August 2014 of the year to January of 2015.
Konstantin Dolgov:
The document lists terrible things: eyewitness accounts and those who suffered at the hands of Ukrainian security officials, representatives of the National Guard and the radical battalions, a large factual base is gathered there. In fact, this is an addition to our “White Books” (the facts of war crimes in Ukraine). The authors took some information from us. And we, in turn, take something from them.
