MPs in law
The last time deputy Ponomarev was seen in the walls of the State Duma was at the beginning of the autumn session of last year. For several months, this, forgive, my God, the representative of the interests of Novosibirsk residents lives in the United States of America, which does not prevent him from having the Russian deputy mandate and, in fact, all deputy privileges. And after all, it does not prevent not only de jure to remain a Russian law-maker, but also to carry on explicit anti-Russian propaganda in the West, presenting his “groundwork” regarding a possible change of power in the Russian Federation. The Canadian media published a story in which it is told how Ilya Ponomarev spoke during the conference with the loud title “The Russian Opposition during War and Crisis”. The main thesis of Ponomarev: the Russian people are inert and without “friendly help” they themselves will not dare to change the “regime”. Like, it would be necessary to help the "inert" people ...
Based on the facts, it turns out that the State Duma of Russia is an organization in which no responsibility is actually provided for the absence of this or that person in his workplace. It turns out that even the Labor Code is powerless here ... If in any self-respecting organization an employee who demonstratively sticks out his unwillingness to work without appearing in the workplace and expressing that the organization needs to be completely dispersed, would have been dismissed long ago with eloquent characteristic, then everything is much more interesting to parliament ... The main thing is to get elected, and then at least the grass will not grow.
I am not a resident of the Novosibirsk region, but it doesn’t become less offensive for Novosibirsk residents - on what basis does a deputy’s mandate, a chair and everything else remain fixed to a man who does not fulfill his obligations, underlay straw abroad, brazenly and unprincipledly deceived voters intrinsic to the legislator of the lower house of the Russian parliament? Nonsense ...
But Ponomarev is by no means the only “deputy-member”. This category also includes Mr. Mitrofanov, who has not appeared in the State Duma of the Russian Federation since the beginning of last summer. All that Mitrofanov’s colleagues went to was the deprivation of the post of the head of the committee of information policy in the State Duma. It's funny ... It's sad ... Mitrofanov’s parliamentary immunity was lifted in connection with the accusation of fraud, Mitrofanov’s trace in Russia has long been caught, but this does not prevent him from remaining a “legitimate” member of the Russian parliament. But Mitrofanov and Ponomarev are also deputy salaries (and this, according to the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, about 420 thousand rubles per month) are received from ordinary taxpayers. This fact can be characterized by the non-literary word “lawlessness”. Ordinary citizens pay taxes, including so that the “deputies-part-time deputies” warm their buttocks on the beaches of Florida ... Here it is, it means, how!
The most amazing thing is that only now in the State Duma they remembered about the “part-time deputies” hiding behind the hill from Russian justice. And in fact they were outraged! According to the newspaper "News"MP Nikitchuk said that the deputies should be deprived of the status of legislators, taking away their mandates. According to Nikitchuk, it is necessary to introduce a measure that will provide for the regulation of depriving deputies of their mandates in case of absence in the workplace. The deputy believes that a monthly stay outside the Russian Federation should be an automatic reason for excluding a person from the Russian parliament.
The thought, of course, is correct ... But only the word “belated” is difficult to apply to it. The parliament in the Russian Federation in its present form has existed for the third decade, and now at this third decade the authorities have dawned on what to do in long “spirits”, and even more so in foreign ones - “ah-ah-ah!” And “a- ta-ta! ”
Meanwhile, the “deputy” Ponomarev gave an interview to a radio station correspondent. "Russian News Service" and said that he plans to return to Russia around May of this year. Well, he benefited ... At the same time, Ponomarev explained what he was doing in the USA? According to Ponomarev, “he is not guilty ...”
Ilya Ponomarev:
Great, isn't it ... A person is accused of frauds with fake lectures in the Skolkovo Foundation, while not fulfilling his job duties, and the “stern” law forces taxpayers to pay this Mr. money, for which he also repays his debts. Emotions really overwhelmed!
But that is not all. Ponomarev frankly laughs, reflecting on the parliamentary initiative, according to which he and Mitrofanov were about to deprive of their mandates. According to Ponomarev, the law is on his side, and according to the law, he is a deputy anyway, since it is the current legislation that determines the legitimacy of his mandate.
Ponomarev:
This, of course, is a legislative extravaganza ... Proceeding from this fact, one thing is not entirely clear: how does any lawmaker appear in the service in the State Duma ... Is there any decent ones? ..
