The situation in the Russian education is a threat to national security

The situation in the Russian education is a threat to national security This year almost 13,1 of millions of schoolchildren and more than 7 of millions of students went to schools and institutions of higher education. Unfortunately, the situation in the Russian education, despite the endless reform (and maybe because of it?) Is bleak.

Even ordinary citizens of Russia understand that the situation is actually critical. According to a sociological survey conducted from 19 to 23 in August by the Levada Center, the current education system of the Russian Federation is like only 2% of respondents, and 45% of Russian citizens are not satisfied with the existing education system in the country. And the dynamics of the development of education in Russia does not make us happy - 37% of the survey participants considered that the quality of education in Russia has only deteriorated over the past year.

The list of the most important problems of the Russian education system in the first place is an increase in additional monetary expenditures on education (46% of respondents), in the second place - the lack of interest among pupils in the educational process (34%); and further on the list: the growth of drug addiction and crime at school (32%), disproportion of the growing additional costs and quality of education (30%), the groundlessness of the introduction of the Unified State Examination (27%).

About the Russian authorities, however, prefer not to notice the numerous signs of degradation of the once best education system on the planet and report on “achievements”. The “fraud” and the creation of “Potemkin villages” have become almost the main activity of the officials of the Ministry of Education. They are separate achievements, like the achievements of teachers of innovators, computerization, etc., presented as the successful development of the entire system. But in reality, education collapses just as it did in the 90- years of the 20 century and the beginning of the 21 century. There is a drop in the quality of teacher training, Soviet pensioners are leaving with high-quality fundamental education, and young people, mostly people who have not found themselves in other areas - more profitable, with a degradation of higher education. Yes, and children are not the same: the percentage of students with slower development and various mental disorders, oligophrenics, has risen sharply. Often in classes on 25 a person has only two or three completely healthy children. The rest have various chronic diseases: problems with the stomach, cardiovascular system, musculoskeletal system, many children with visual impairments, etc. Discipline has fallen sharply in schools, mate is a common thing, not only in high school, but also in secondary. This epidemic of smoking, debauchery. The situation is so terrible that “face to face” is not official, many teachers would be happy to restore corporal punishment, otherwise this wave of degradation simply cannot be stopped. The teacher is currently completely powerless. They only demand from him - high-quality education, upbringing of children (physical, labor, intellectual, spiritual), “innovation”, personal development, etc.

They are silent in the official media about the "optimization" of schools - they are closed by thousands. However, neither Andrei Fursenko, nor his deputy, Maxim Dulinov, reporting to the President of the Russian Federation about the readiness of schools for opening, did not say a word that in the 2011-2012 school year they would not continue working more than 1000 (!) Of Russian schools (these are the data of the Chief Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation Gennady Onishchenko, which he announced in mid-August of this year): they are closed forever during the "reform" of the education system in Russia. This sad list is almost 900 schools in rural areas. They are called "ungraded", because due to the reduction of the population, especially noticeable in rural areas, there are few children there and it is easier to transport them to schools in towns and cities. Well, of course, none of the officials of the Ministry of Education and Science reminded 1 of September that since the middle of 90's in the Russian Federation more than 20 thousand (!) Schools, mostly rural, have been closed. If the “optimization” of schools continues at such a pace, then the Ministry of Education and Science will soon have nothing to report on: by now, in the Russian Federation, according to their own data, there are about 47 thousand schools left.

Mass closure of schools throughout Russia is characteristic of Russian “reforms”, in which the basic point is “optimization”, that is, the closure of schools, kindergartens, libraries, museums, healthcare institutions, military units, etc.

The motive of economy is clear, but it affects other aspects of the life of the Russian hinterland. Closing schools, the authorities cause great harm to the entire rural settlement.

This year, the school will be dealt another “blow”: labor compensation according to the principle of per capita financing will be introduced everywhere. This system was introduced earlier in a number of regions, and teachers had a negative opinion about it. This is an extremely vicious principle of teacher remuneration. Competition is introduced between schools for students, between teachers, between school administrations and a team of teachers (the administration has become a kind of "warden", with a relatively high salary, completely mobilized into the ranks of "United Russia"). Such liberal schemes have never been good. In addition, rural schools will automatically lose to urban schools — they have fewer children and the teaching staff is weaker, i.e. they will become even “poorer”. This is an additional division of our society, already divided into “successful” and “losers”. The teachers in this system are “losers”, with a salary of 4-8 thousand rubles, any watermelon dealer from the market will laugh at them.

In addition to everything, teachers were simply “crushed” with endless papers, checks, “innovations”, “upgrades”, experiments and the struggle for survival. They simply have no time to simply talk with their children and engage in their direct responsibilities - to provide knowledge and test successes with high quality.

Another big problem that appeared in the USSR is the opinion that the failure of a child is the fault of the teacher, not of him or his parents. It is not profitable for teachers to worsen school performance, and even the most recent fool or malicious hooligan (who would have to serve time on correctional labor) will be given a certificate, “drawing triples”.

It is necessary to restore the system when the teacher can put real estimates, without regard to the administration. If a student cannot or does not want to study, he should be left for the second, third year. If he does not teach at all, it is necessary to exclude him from school (wipers are always needed). Such children decompose all the rest - they do not need to try, they will still put the top three.

Medvedev once again "pleased." The President of the Russian Federation announced a new initiative: the “leader of the nation” is going to offer Russian businessmen from the famous Forbes list, whose fortune exceeds 1 billion dollars, to conduct lessons on the topic “History life success. Maybe you need to change the subject to another: "How to steal millions and not get on the bench?"

As one of the heroes of one not-so-good movie put it, "fairy-tale dolb .... zm." The country just needs lumpen, okay, Kazakhstan, under the guise of the national language, is fooling people, because besides their language, they really don’t know or will not know others, since Russian in the hinterlands is already beginning to not understand .. and so what you say in their language then and will be taken for the truth. These are easier to manage. Well, what is the Russian government counting on ?? After all, it will be necessary to kill 3 generations of people so that we are completely duped, since who else has captured Soviet education will not let their children be duped to the point. (at least I hammer mine, I prove and argue (based on history, etc.) Although there are already examples when the hair stands on the back of the neck, from the filthiness of raising some bastards, although probably education has nothing to do with knowledge. But in the USSR, everyone was engaged in education, from friends people and not acquaintances to me, they made some remarks, censures. Now this is nonsense. The teacher in the USSR was always right if there were any separate episodes such as offending, not even talking about hitting it was an emergency, urban, regional scale. right up to the district committee. Now I'm just dumb from the insolence and impunity of the newcomers. And the parents bleat on TV and justify their children. Previously, the hero was the builder of socialism, who smelted more, squeezed more, extracted more, .. now here are the lessons on cheating on others .. spit on everyone, love yourself (straight lessons with mul-ma Devil 13). So begin lessons with rapists and serial killers, whether it is not necessary to do it .. or how to avoid punishment .. although our television is a solid textbook for crimes. The beggarly salary of the accounting clerks brings them not only to despair but also to impudence with indifference .. Teachers openly tell me .. (when problems arise at school with their son) that they are not going to fight and exhaust themselves for this money .. tobyish class comes, she gives task or a new topic for self-analysis .. and that's it. And then they ask to pay more sponsorship assistance to the school. In general, one g ..... in my head from such a life .. I'd better read anecdotes .. tired of all this.

    Entirely and fully support!
The lawlessness is complete. Moreover, His Majesty the monetary symbol comes to the fore (in accordance with the principles of democracy). Give money - and you will be happy.
Give a lot of money - we will try to do something. But not more. Soon, each IR will have to pay extra. Or yes, we will teach you to write and read, then pay.
At the exit, we get a cattle mass, which will quite normally be able to get professional training and collect fords and Toyota for the whole world. And also to raise livestock and produce oil under the watchful eye of specialists from Bipi, Exon, Parmalat and others.
that is, there is a sale (in perspective) of not only mineral resources, but also of human resources.
Setting life values ... Just keep quiet, but very loud. I won’t talk about the social past (or someone’s gall will spill again), but: what are the young man’s values now?
Only money and nothing else. Where should this money go? Here you are: I work with young people in a way. not at the rate in the bucket or at the state. purely on their own initiative. So, the majority of people dream of making money FOR ORGANIZATION OF REST. The ultimate dream is turkey or egypt for all inclusive.
I would also understand for Europe, there are many beautiful, historical places. There is something to see. NO!!! GIVE ALL ON - and everything will be okay.
They are being programmed (you can’t handle me like that, there was a time, you traveled half of Europe, and not on a tank) already such a line of behavior: you work for a year, three weeks in "paradise", you work again. Again "paradise" and so on.
A generation of freaks is growing.
And we calmly look at it.
Especially Egypt kills, by the way. A few heaps of stone and millions of 9 trade extortionists cannot be called). But it’s driven into their heads that whoever has the money is the king. And now the caliphs where they’ll calibrate everything, look at the pictures, that's all ... It's time to put on a harness and again into the furrow.
In my opinion, it’s too late to bite your elbows. you have to chop your hands already.

When I read the test papers of my students, I cry stupidly with "happiness", because I'm not sure what language it is written in. It doesn't look like Russian or Ukrainian. wink
children do not read a fig at all - the Internet has replaced everything and everyone, somehow in one group I was convinced that NOBODY had read either Tolstoy, or Ivan Franko, or Dostoevsky (which is generally nonsense for law students), but only two about Pushkin remembered "Ruslana and Lyudmila" and "Eugene Onegin". And from the realization that these children are only 10-11 years younger than me, it becomes terrible.

To raise a child for school is now a lot of money. In some schools - MARASM - upon receipt of first-graders, the necessary condition is to have a computer with a printer! This is despite the fact that at this age children should not be allowed into a computer.
The PRICE LIST of sleep assessments of the exam in various subjects are issued. Teachers "order" birthday gifts such as a washing machine (in our province, there may be more somewhere).
For such a Fursenko must be brought to justice - Lynch!
Teachers (young) walk with bare backs in corsets and miniskirts. I saw a girl recently at school on September 1 with flowers. Nice, white blouse, skirt. I looked into my face - ........ a thick evening make-up, like a prostitute .... This is despite the fact that she is no more than 14!
And now there are also thieves and bandits courses at school .... Who else supports the policy of the ruling - remember about your children, except us nobody needs them. They make cattle out of them. They send theirs abroad or to elite schools, and ordinary mortals are prepared to be fooled.

An orientation toward curtailing our education. Transition to the Bologna system. I used to know that there is a lapdog, and now also education. We are in all industries, run by "successful managers, and they do not grow the grass - make a profit. Money decides everything. How long have they been imposing the Unified State Exam. Everyone is dumb" delighted ", but our minister does not care. He mumbles his own words. side of the president and now he is hiding behind. Now they write in the kindergarten from the moment of birth, soon they will be from the moment of conception, and still there are not enough places. The question is that soon it will be necessary to enroll in advance and in the first grade, since they have been reduced to such a level that and they are not enough everywhere, especially in rural areas.

I myself am a schoolboy therefore fully confirm the author’s words and comments.
Now our school (an ordinary city school) is faced with a big problem - there are not enough teachers. There are few young teachers - salaries are small, and they teach sad The director and head teachers had to look for friends who had already retired. And what will happen after a while, when all the "pensioners" will finally retire, and there will be very few young people? Buying textbooks is also a problem - they are expensive and you only need to buy the author, publisher and year specified in the program. And now you run around the shops, looking for wassat This year I was lucky - Dad met the director of a bookstore - now I buy all the textbooks and books I need through him. Connections with us are everything.

I am the only reader, the only excellent student in the class. Four people in our class are curses, bakers, poor students, drink ... The other two guys are middle class. I forgot to say about the quality of textbooks - there are a lot of typos and mistakes in them, it feels like everyone is writing. We have an algebra textbook, for example, as if written by a good speaker - he knows how to speak a lot, but does not really explain. There are so many unnecessary words and expressions that only distract. By the way, today only a history teacher told us that instructions are coming from "above", for example, to call the October Revolution an October coup, and the Decembrist uprising an act of disobedience to the current government. This is not yet in the textbooks, but teachers are instructed to tell us about it in these tones.

And about the textbooks for sure, the older he is, the more intelligent and accessible. I dug up textbooks on how my parents studied - everything is simple and to the point. Now, the lack of mind behind complex constructions of sentences is hidden and cluttered up with foreign words. It started at the end of the 90's.

A friend (daughter of an 3 grader) sits at a computer looking for material for an essay in the internet for her daughter. Topic: Etymology of words. This year I graduated from school, there is something to tell. The situation is crisis. Our education system, today, is not designed for deep knowledge, but is designed for "everything a little bit." The information and academic load at school is simply off scale, 8- Grade 10 you just barely sit until the end of the lessons, while, accordingly, you do not remember anything. Hence, there are many health problems among students (most often with the psyche, eyesight and spine). The level of culture even in my elite school is low. Students who do not smoke (or quit by the end) and do not drink at night, they exist. Although the majority, unfortunately, do this. But believe me, this is not so much connected with school as with upbringing in families, as well as with economic policy in the state (enough inexpensive cigarettes and alcohol. Teachers' salaries are low, a young specialist in Lipetsk is about 5000 (~ 4800). Well, you know, it’s not even possible to survive. There is also the problem of the discrepancy between the knowledge school-university-work. In school they teach one , to the university e second, but at work a third is required. This is already a state problem, without a progressive reform of the integration of these systems, we will not see success, and there are obviously no people in our government who can do this. If we talk about what we need, then we should create health-saving system with the availability of PRACTICAL, and not only theoretical, benefits, aimed at developing its OWN country, taking into account its current needs. None of the items listed today are being carried out, the fish rots from the head ...

What can I say, schoolchildren and those who have just graduated from it see the imperfection of the education system in our country. You have to learn for yourself what we were taught at school - THINK. It is necessary to study the theory - this is the framework for future practice, the main thing is to learn to think, then it will not be a crutch for a healthy one, but a necessary help in life.
Your comment shows that you know how to do this, perhaps contrary to, and not because of our miserable educational system.
And they are right in that you understand that not only schools are guilty of growing ignorance and lack of culture. State policy, tortured by the survival of parents, not even able to help children.
As for the reforms, they are still in full swing, just not those reforms. Your generation is being prepared for what Prokhorov said: "Foreign companies that open in Russia are not interested in engineers, they need workers."

As I have already said, serious problems begin with teachers in our ordinary school in Izhevsk. Technical equipment is improved only in urban schools, while rural schools are closed in packs and children have to travel to another settlement not always on good roads and not always close. And Fursenko, in favor of the pendos, is oppressed by the Western educational reform, which everyone criticizes. After all, now some believe that in the West everything is the best and everything should be licked

There is only one question, but how many students are there in this village school?
You can certainly ask the second question - and in which school is education better, all other things being equal, where are one or three teachers in the same specialty?
And as for the West and other things, do you know exactly what the difference between Soviet (Russian) secondary education is, for example, from Western or American? And what exactly does Fursenko want to create? AND why is he so criticized?

Do you really think that EG is an achievement of our power when the children from the Caucasus came to enter Moscow with 100 points in Russian? This is what Medvedev called the knowledge slice!

The elders told such a joke, similar to the truth.

Airplane ladder Kutaisi-Moscow. A Georgian is leading a ram on a leash. Stewardess: "You can't have a ram !!!" Georgian: "This is a ne ram. This is a barbecue. A ram is studying in Moscow."

      Times have changed?

Ost, judging by your comments, you are an agent of the government with the goal of promoting good results where they are not)))
I was crucified in my message here as the person who graduated from school this year. You apparently did not even pay attention. Therefore, I will write again about the salary, that in my city the salary of a young specialist in school is 4800. Only live for this amount almost unreal!
Technical equipment appeared (computers with the Internet). It helped me if only during breaks to quickly do and hand over what I did not have time at home. But with the general degradation of the education system, this is a drop in the bucket, nothing more!

Yes, I'm just a realist who understands the problems of our school.
When everyone sees only what he wants to see, this is called the philistine approach. The dialectical approach is when you look not only from one side, such as my hut from the edge, but you understand the logic of development, contradiction, negation. Take for example a salary of a young teacher. Yes, it is small, maybe 4800, but for sure this is only one bet. Teachers always at least one and a half bids worked. And this is not taking into account all other allowances. Plus, a large paid vacation, and other social guarantees, which many others are deprived of. And 4800rub. Is this a cool category? 7-8 probably, but how many are there? And then, why should it pay immediately a big salary to a novice specialist? Populism however. Here is a year through 4-5, then yes, after the institute of advanced training. And first, to plow and plow, like everyone for a pittance, experience, abilities and skills to gain.
And you have young advice - to study at home, the material is better absorbed, and not only at school. Although, even writing a cheat sheet is already an analogue, although not the best, of preparation, not to mention the work that has been completely done.

Your realities are more suitable for Moscow. There, in individual schools, teachers' salaries are very high. I will not speak for everything.
Yes, teachers have always received not very large salaries, but they have always been the most respected members of society. Now the criterion of respect is money. Will the "new" children respect the teacher, knowing that he has been hunching for a month for the amount that some daddy gives for "breakfast"?
If money has become an indicator of respect in the country, then at least give the teacher a salary for which you will not be ashamed to work. The same is with doctors, the military, and everyone on whom our lives, health, and education depend.
Teachers who want to work, not collect bribes, are tortured by various reports and "proof of qualifications." There are extortions in schools. Now this is no longer a symbolic amount for repairs, but extortion in all forms. Textbooks write a lot, distorting history. This is the logic of the development of our education today from the point of view of an ordinary person like me.

Good advice, it's just easier to switch to home schooling completely. And it will be cheaper and better.
Everything goes to that, it seems .....

In what I can agree with the site's "Bolsheviks" is that the education and health care systems in the Russian Federation have degraded over 20 years.
No, for good "babos" you can, of course, be treated and teach your children, but the principles of the UNIVERSALITY and QUALITY of the same education have ceased to operate. With me, and I graduated from school in 1990, even oligophrenics had a chance in life (one of whom, at the stage of moronicity, became a precinct in Shumikha, Kurgan region wink ; by golly, I’m not lying!).
Now: young people work in schools (I am writing about E-burg so as not to offend one of the honored teachers from other regions), whose teaching of subjects is reduced to the fact that children each time inform their parents that "Thursday is my birthday "," do not forget to remind parents about March 8th ", New Year, Teacher's Day, etc. Simply put, extortion of "taxes", and even simpler - of bribes ... I'm not talking about voluntary-FORCED funds to help school (kindergarten / nursery). Try not to pay - the child will be rubbed. In general, 5000 rubles. a month for "education". And if the students are 1200 souls, then this is a good addition to the director's earnings.
And all why? Because today's schools work principle - earn money YOURSELF. So they "earn".
The quality is also crappy, so in the city of Shumikha soon there will be no precinct winked ...
I don’t know what to do, but I think it’s time to shoot some people (or hang them) - they’re not afraid of severe reprimands. As for Fursenko, this is a misunderstanding as the minister.

ZEBRASH, Solodova, Banshee and others like them - you're right! How right you are! But what can be done now? How to change a vicious modern system? We can only talk on the forums. We write to the president, the minister, and what other senior official - at best, a reply will come. Nothing will change. It means that everything depends on us, on our families with you, so our children will have to teach the MOST (the same ability to think, for example) to become MYSELF so that they become People, and not bydolina. We won’t save the people, but at least our children ...

They criticize me for "arranging rallies," but what to do? All problems converge on one point - power. The ministers are vying with each other to destroy what they should develop, the presidents smile, nod their heads, we sit in forums.
      One hope is elections.

Yes, I forgot to say that education is becoming paid. Bye bye. There is no concrete extortion in our school, but they often collect money, sometimes for new curtains, sometimes for windows, etc. Amounts are not large, but still. But shouldn't these be state expenses? No school funding.

I agree that in my first-graders school I was obliged (as an experiment) to have tablets, while the purchase of tablets at the expense of my parents.
They explain all this with a new program introduced in the first grades from this year.

Now in our defense research institute the leadership has a wild idea - they want to remove the entire older generation and fill our research institute with youth.
Moreover, up to 26 year olds are put on the post of chief.
This is wild humor - because all these young people are totally illiterate.

Here, somehow, I had to do a fragment of the project in parallel with our key our young "luminary". They did the same thing.
The result - due to my knowledge of mathematics, I "soaked" it by a 50-fold margin (it could have been a lot cooler - but it wasn't worth it ..)

But in practice this means that due to the aforementioned preferences of the leadership
    - these young people "rivet" project by project for our military (my God, there is such an amazing trash, ears fade ..)
    - and we, the older generation, are living our jobs in freelance jobs, outsourcing working for local leaders, Americans, and more, given where the main production is located, obviously to China

What Fursenko and his team of goblins are doing, at all times and in all countries was qualified as treason and subversion, and only our "valiant" leadership shields its eyes to this. One team, one job. The president and the prime minister are destroying the present under the guise of reforms, profiting what is left, and Fursenko destroys the future by destroying education and forming a dull crowd of Papuans.

On September 17th there was a Congress "For high-quality and affordable education for everyone". The main motive is the dismissal of Fursenko. From the audience shouts of teachers "Fursenko on trial" were often heard. This is only written on the site of Smolin and the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. Everyone is silent. Why - look for who owns our media. http://www.liveinternet.ru/users/sokol_14/post93393616/
Alina Kabaeva is the presenter of REN TV, this is the most "opposition" channel, always intimidating with tales about the end of the world ...
They are silent about the cries of teachers who see the plight of education, as well as about the military rally of September 18 ...
The fate of the screwdrivers is being prepared for our children - deleted- .. While we vote for Edro ... A new project on education is being prepared for adoption, as soon as the elections die down, the work on debilizing the country will continue at an increasing pace .. get ready

Education reform in modern Russia is no longer a threat but a catastrophe of national security. One generation has already been "formed" so what? They don't have any basic knowledge! From a remote village, a guy was drafted into the Russian Army, but he can't write, and how will he manage military equipment? Well, of course, the new capitalists need the people to be loyal to the changes and they do not need highly competent slaves. All this is called the ruble branch on which I am going to sit always .... Well, the rebellion of illiterate Russian men is worse than the protests of the competent Russian intelligentsia somewhere in the squares in Moscow or St. Petersburg. For example, the "defender of democracy" Navalny will "correct" any illiterate person in 10 minutes, but with an educated person it is impossible to do this ..
