"IT-socialism is inevitable"
Erudite Anatoly Wasserman in his lecture told why Ukraine as a state can not be and who will be the winner in the Fourth World War.
Journalist, political consultant and intellectual TV game participant Anatoly Wasserman visited Sergiev Posad on November 24, where in the anti-cafe Granat he spoke within the framework of the program “We are in Cuba”, with which he travels all over Russia.
Despite the fact that the meeting was not free (from 300 to 500 rubles for tickets) the hall of the anti-cafe was full. In this fashionable place for Sergiyev Posad came not only young people, but also aged people. The first hour, Anatoly Wasserman spoke in a monologue mode, he outlined two topics: the development of computer technologies (which can improve planning, which will make IT-socialism a reality) and his view on history Ukraine - this topic takes the thought of Wasserman because of the coup in Kiev. Then the well-known scholar answered the questions of Sergiyevoposadtsev: what is the meaning of life, who is Navalny, does Bitcoin and Ukraine have a future, why is he sure that there is no God.
Computers will return socialism
In 1996, when Wasserman was still a supporter of a market economy and worked for Yeltsin, he published the article “Communism and a computer” in the framework of the presidential election campaign, in which he popularly presented the mathematical ideas of Victor Glushkov, Leonid Kantorovich and Friedrich von Hayek. It followed from their writings that the technical restrictions imposed by technologies do not allow using the main theoretical advantage of socialism — the possibility of planning the entire production from a single center. And only fifteen years later Wasserman wondered: if now the technical capabilities of the world computer park do not allow to calculate a single plan, when will they allow it? In June, 2011 of the Year published his article “Negation of Negation”, in which it was calculated that in 2020-2022 the total capacity of the global computer fleet will be sufficient to calculate the world plan in just a day.
If the plan can be recalculated every day, then we will be able to respond to any surprises - from an earthquake to an invention. So, pretty soon the state of affairs will change in favor of socialism. And in order for the transition to new socialism to be unstressed, there is still a lot of research that needs to be done so that no one is hurt and no one objects.
When everyone does it alone, there’s no point in wondering about the goal. When the whole economy works as a whole, it should have a single goal. It is known that now this goal can be calculated mathematically. Based on the analysis of many different factors, including the preferences of different citizens and their ideas about a bright future, it is possible to establish a single goal for the whole society, and the movement towards it will contribute to the overall development. However, so far it is only known that the goal can be calculated, but there is no concrete method of calculation, and it has to be developed using exotic branches of mathematics, for example, the theory of reflection (the development of psychologist and mathematician Vladimir Lefebvre in the field of human awareness of his and others' thoughts). Wasserman IT-socialism is not only possible, it is inevitable.
Anatoly Wasserman completed the discourse on IT socialism at an approximate price, which would cost the preparation for the new economic structure and conduct the necessary research before 2020, if in Russia, of course, they decide to prepare for it - $ 1 million per month.
Ukraine and Russia
Next, Wasserman turned to the question of Ukraine. He began by stating that “after the coup d'état, Ukraine has become dangerous for all its citizens,” since the new government is trying to separate Ukrainians from Russians. Ukrainians, according to Wasserman, are an integral part of the Russian people, as are the Archangelites, Belarusians, Siberians or Urals, and that is why any leader of Ukraine who wants to appear independent, is forced to provoke conflicts between Ukraine and "the rest of Russia."
Further, Wasserman began to cite examples from the history of the civil war in Ukraine in the seventeenth century, hinting at its similarity with the modern historical moment.
Best of all, the conflict with Russia, according to Wasserman, was a success with Hetman Peter Doroshenko. Doroshenko - one of the most colorful personalities of the time of the Ruins. As soon as he was elected hetman, he immediately declared that Ukraine should be attached to Turkey. His logic was such that if Ukraine was annexed to a single-faith and single-language Russia, it would eventually merge with the metropolis and, as a result, there would be no independent government, and if it was annexed to a non-Orthodox Turkey, there would always be a separate hetman and a separate foreman in Ukraine. And every time when Doroshenko was overthrown, the Turks came, the Crimean Tatars and restored his hetmanship. They paid off with the Turks in transferring to slavery the grechkosey and even a part of the Cossack golot. Crimea for three centuries was in Europe the center of the slave trade. Especially briskly, human trafficking took place during the thirty-year independence of Ukraine from Russia.
Ukraine and went to Poland, as Russian laws were tougher than the Polish. For example, such gentry entertainment as “hitting”, that is, an armed raid on a neighbor’s property was considered valor, and in Russia a crime. One of the last “raids”, which was made in that part of Poland, which is now Lithuania, is dedicated to the poem of Adam Mickiewicz “Pan Tadeusz”.
In total, throughout the hetman's history, Ukraine went ten times and returned to Russia. According to the most modest estimates, during this time its population has decreased threefold, and according to the most plausible - five times.
Next, Wasserman told how Catherine II dispersed Zaporizhzhya Sich, after which he decided to stop her historical excursion and answer questions from the audience.
On the agitation of Nikolai Starikov and Evgeny Fedorov
There is a saying: “If you have a hammer in your hands, then the whole world seems like nails”. Starikov (historian Nikolai Starikov. - RP) and Fedorov (State Duma deputy from United Russia Yevgeny Fedorov. - RP) found explanations for many phenomena and are now trying to present him as the only one, and there are very few events in the world caused by a single cause. The old men are right that the cause of the global crisis is the dominance of the dollar, and the salvation of our country from the crisis is in the nationalization of the Central Bank. This also applies to Fedorov. He is right that for a significant part of the Russian elite "the sun rises in the West" and the interests of their country for them are in second place after the interests of Washington and London. But he does not notice a serious confrontation of a significant part of the elite with this order of things and does not understand that it is necessary not only to fight for the separation of the elite from the West and the constant assertion that Russia is an occupied country. These statements demoralize those who work to strengthen the country. It is clear that if you believe that the country is occupied, then why strengthen it?
Mathematical proof of the absence of God
The proof of the absence of God was set forth by Wasserman in 2007, in the article “The Dilogy of Atheism”. True, it describes only a scheme that any modern mathematician can easily bring to the necessary level of rigor.
The existence of God, understood as the ultimate cause of all causes, is incompatible with the existence of the universe. It also gives no reason to choose between different versions of the picture of the world, between different versions of morality and ethics. With references to God, any morality and any morality is justified, as well as the idea of the world.
At the same time, Wasserman noted that by denying the existence of God, he does not deny the usefulness of religion for the development and existence of society - over many centuries religion has absorbed moral norms and rules that are useful to society and its survival. And in Russia, religion replaced the state ideology after its constitutional ban.
Bulk: an agent of the West, a protege of the Kremlin or a fighter against corruption?
Navalny according to Wasserman is not a protege of the Kremlin, because even under Medvedev the Kremlin had enough brains not to bet on such people. An independent fighter is difficult to consider a person who has undergone a special course of political struggle at Yale University. The list of subjects studied in this course allows a person to become an organizer of a coup d'état. Only foreigners are enrolled in these courses, and all graduates work only outside the United States. As for the results of Rospil’s work, as Navalny claims, he prevented competitions and tenders for 42 billion rubles. However, it turns out, according to Wasserman, that contracts were canceled for just 600 thousand rubles, and all the same, after all the correction of errors in reports and formal deficiencies, were done.
Everyone knows that Navalny said: “the party of crooks and thieves,” but not everyone knows about whom he said this. He first said this about the Yabloko party, when he was kicked out of there for nationalism.
The concept of Andrei Parshev: “for” and “against”
Scars in his book "Why Russia is not America" missed the simple truth - others are no better. It's like in a famous story about a man who looks in the mirror, and it says: “others are no better.” Almost as much energy is spent on air conditioning in California as it is on heating throughout Russia, and permanent repairs to buildings and communications after typhoons and earthquakes in Japan lead to higher costs than building in the most remote regions of Russia. But Parshev, of course, is right that the collision of differently developed economies leads to the enrichment of the more developed and ruin of the less developed. Integration into the global community can only occur under tight control.
Will Ukraine remain as a separate country?
“I am working to ensure that it is not preserved,” said Wasserman. Now the only country interested in a united Ukraine is, surprisingly, Russia. Further reintegration of Ukraine will turn what remains in Kiev and Lvov into a factory for the production of terrorism under the leadership of Washington. The Russian majority in Ukraine now is a shield on the path of terror, which so far covers Russia. Therefore, the reintegration was stopped, expecting that the regions of Ukraine, which realized their Russianness, would not allow the rest of Ukraine to turn into this plant of terror. This calculation, of course, is not fully justified. There is no good way out. The least bloody way out of this situation is the construction of a canal named after Stalin between Canada and Mexico.
The Future of Bitcoin
According to Wasserman, Bitcoin has no future. It was possible to keep the gold standard while gold production was growing at the same rate as the development of production. Bitcoin is built in such a way that its total number is limited. To this limit already approached. The calculation of each new Bitcoin requires such a huge computational cost that only a completely rabid exchange price allows you to pay for the power consumption of computers that calculate it. The number of bitcoins can not grow with the volume of production. The price of any product in bitcoins will fall. In order to go to Bitcoins as a new currency, you have to shuffle the entire financial system of the world. It is unlikely that someone will go. For the same reason, it is impossible to switch to the gold standard again, since this will lead to a fall in nominal prices.
Is man driven by egoism?
In the middle of the XIX century, the economist and philosopher Mill showed that a person who is capable of foreseeing the consequences of his actions in the long run will act altruistically. All manifestations of selfishness - a consequence of our short-sightedness. In Russia, this theory was popularized by Nikolai Chernyshevsky. Recently, this theory was confirmed in Richard Dawkins’s book The Selfish Gene.
What is a sense of life? The meaning of any process in its result. The end result of any life is known. So the meaning of life in the result that will remain after it. So the meaning of life is that after each of us it is better than before us. Selfish activity is simply meaningless.
Will there be a third world war?
Wasserman believes that the Third World has already been, was called Cold and ended with our defeat. In the current fourth economic war, we have a good chance of a rematch. If we talk about a hot war, then the Americans are now trying to exchange one big war for several small ones in different parts of the world, but they have already received an unexpected blow from a group that they themselves raised to fight forgive the legitimate government in Syria - the Islamic State. IG militants did not obey the United States and rushed into neighboring Iraq and now the United States is scared and does not know how to be. After all, conflicts in Iraq and Syria were created as separate conflicts. Will the United States in the future to keep the conflicts that they incite in the local mode, is unknown. It is possible that they will not succeed, and then they will lose the power that they have in the world.
Education and Health Reforms
“I cannot say everything I think about it, because I do not swear in public,” said Wasserman. If you do without the mat, the reform - the recognition of education and health care services. The libertarian theory claims that only effective demand deserves attention. Accordingly, only those who can pay for them are worthy of education and health care. Saving for free is the remnants of a scoop. In fact, the production can not do without a person. Man is the main means of production. Therefore, it is clear that a person should be treated and study for free, because in the future it pays off. Methods of control should be as rigid as in production, and the logic of the state standard must provide that a person should be able to relearn when changing production. The current reforms are deliberately destructive for production and the state.
