NATO recorded "the invasion of Russian troops in eastern Ukraine"

The Commander-in-Chief of the North Atlantic Alliance in Europe, Philip Breedlove, said that NATO had recorded the invasion of the Russian army into the territory of "eastern Ukraine." At the same time, Breedlove noted that NATO, it turns out, saw the same picture that OSCE observers recorded a few days ago: a convoy of military equipment without identification marks.
But in a strange way, NATO does not see the picture with the killed shots of Ukrainian troops by Donetsk teenagers, recorded by the OSCE representatives. He does not see the graves of the executed civilians, does not see the shelling of schools and hospitals by the National Guard militants.
Over the past two days, we have seen the same picture as reported by the OSCE mission. We saw how the columns of Russian equipment, and these are mainly Russian Tanks, Russian artillery pieces, Russian air defense systems and directly Russian troops entered the territory of eastern Ukraine.
But even on the eve of NATO, they stated that they could not confirm the information about the "new invasion" of the Russian army into Ukraine. They confirmed it only after Jennifer Psaki said in Washington that "Russia has sent troops and for this it will have to be punished."
Recall that representatives of the army of Novorossiya immediately after the appearance of frames on the Internet with military equipment without identification marks in the Donbass declared that this equipment belongs to the militia.
