they say they still haven’t brought it to the end ... it wedges at the stated rate of fire ... but it was in the spring .... now everything can be gut !! ... by the way, I don’t know what is happening with the polymer redoubt ?? ... all ok? .... while there are no destroyers, these frigates are needed in a large number, only who is involved in GTU for them ??

Zorya - therefore, at a sunset in Kasatonov’s trigger, in the position of a comatose gunner Golovko (Stable stood there 1,5 of the year) - because there is no gas turbine and there will not be 2 yet.

Now there is 3 gas turbine for tsarist admirals (11356) - 4 is ready at Dawn 2-weeks were not enough. What to put without this is unclear, they are working on the Indian scheme of the Diesel with M90FR, or 4 diesel but lower speed characteristics. The first option pushes the 2 three 11356 to 20 immediately, because the turbines are very scarce and will go to 22350. The second sharply cuts the running gear, it requires a wide range of refinements to the project, and according to the construction.

Now there is an 1,5 set of gas turbines for Soviet admirals (22350) - on Gorshkov one turbine burned down, but the repair one was sent from the ship to the factory, and the turbine was removed from Kasatonov with the expectation that the repaired one should be returned next year. The planned assembly of the first M-90FR of Russian cooperation is the end of the 2016 of the year.

Polyment-redoubt will be tested after running, as far as I know.
            GTU is an open question.
There is dviglo, but much worse in characteristics.
The question is still open, and in fact - the main one on the agenda

Like it or not - the ship is beautiful.

It is a pity that the mast will not be completely covered with a monolithic stealth shield.

The absence on the ship of the already traditional ak-630-2 “duet” - like the SPLASH “Broadsword” stuck - is it much better?
16 missiles Caliber - this is a bit, it was possible to cram more and more for such a displacement
But the number of anti-aircraft missiles is great:
    SAM "Poliment-Redoubt":
    32 ZUR 48H6DM
or up to 128 SAM 9M96Y
or up to 512 SAM 9M100 in any combination)
The emphasis on air defense is obvious.
Those. in essence, an air defense ship is an umbrella in an order to cover a group of ships.

One point is not clear - the ship costs almost 20 lard. How they are going to build destroyers for the same declared amount is not clear.

Business! Initially, 22350 cost 7 lards, but if 20 lards were declared, they would have been sent back then with this project.

Everyone does it, declare 70-80% of the real budget, and then get it during construction. And then there is a long-term construction with problems, and that has grown at a price with Mistralku.

Not 20 but 24 lard- when declared under the contract 7 !!!!

How to build, but this is a proven move, as with Gren (it’s already $ 200 million buoyed into this trough), first 20, and then MO dear, we are the only ones to make products that have no analogues, and then 40 at the exit! so all is well

This is a piece of iron in water - it is destined to rust there according to the laws of chemistry and physics.
Any ship of any state in any campaign looks very unsightly in this aspect.

Unfortunately, I agree with Rustam - now "stuttering" that we will buy / pastroe over the hill will be at least a bad taste rule, and the fifth point will be protected - out of harm's way - why risk it, otherwise again "sanctions".
We thought - Western business - the main thing is the grandmother, politics sideways. But it turned out how it happened.
France - the experience of communication with the whole West is perceived, and not as the experience of communication with the United States rubbed in the person of Hollande.
France is trying to push its refusal under the "force majeure" clause - the height of insolence. Ours has the last straw - okay, we will wait 3 months, as under the contract, and after the war in the courts.

Conclusion: You just need to conclude more detailed and "harsh" contracts - so that everyone would benefit and rosy, but God forbid to rock the boat with "sanctions", etc. - clear requirements, draconian fines and penalties.
The conclusion that ours made is no west. Years at 10 exactly

I would argue, but I will not answer briefly

-Not everything is normal, and the 8-year-old saga with the Pot is an indicator (and the lope is broken there, especially in the first 3 years)

Corvettes have learned - frigates out of the norm.

Corvettes? Are you talking about 22380-82? actually with broken systems, I don’t know

frigates? which, acre 11356 x and all

Soon we will take up the destroyer - in 7-8 years will be the first)

And what prevents to restore the 956th? and not screaming loudly that for the Mistral there is no escort and therefore we do not need it! but about the leader, I don’t know if the country will have grandmothers

But after the aircraft carrier / cruiser you can wait.

Is this utopia and cut contraindicated? it’s better to repair and modernize Kuzyu! do we have catapults? is there a drlo plane?

SchA troubles with the gas turbine for ships - you have to learn to do it yourself - disruption of terms and problems, but learning - also a positive point.

Blimey? possible in cooperation with western partners

        1) I mean - we are moving in the restoration of the fleet. Slowly, gradually, but moving
And not rotting in place and degrading, like just 10 years ago.
Problems and disgusting moments in the Navy and shipbuilding - I know myself a lot, well, at least not so hot.
All the norms are for the state of kamatoznik, who is learning to walk again.

        2) Corvettes, no matter how bad they are - to the performance characteristics and weapons of all questions.
In addition, they see and treat errors. There was 22380. Right now, 22385, started talking about 22386. We learn from mistakes in the metal, and not on the drawings of non-existent ships.
The head corvette was also made for almost 7-8 years, but nevertheless the series were established, right now they are doing it for 5 (it’s ridiculous of course for the corvette, but progress is not all at once).
Frigates are setting up a series right now. By the year 20, we’ll fix it - we’ll remove the headache from all the little things about disrupting the delivery of weapons, the shipyards will catch up, the staff will become more skilled.

        3) From small to large: RTOs / corvettes (now the norm for dealing with them) - frigates - destroyers
The destroyers following the frigates and by 25 year it is worth waiting for the lead instance.
        By 30, establishing a series.
By 35-40, new ships of 1th rank. By that time, I hope they’ll be able to construct catapults.
The goal for 50 year is to reduce the quality gap of shipbuilding from the west and revive the industry.

        4) I honestly don’t understand about Sarych and 1155 - they announced their modernization ...
I read about the plans - dust in the eyes and nothing more. A small retouch in electronics and armament in detail. 1155 generally do not think to change weapons. Kapitalka or replacing engines in general is now doubtful.
They hurt ofigensky. Almost a dozen ships can be completely and thoroughly rebuilt in 4-5 years - completely rebuilt and brought to modern stealth destroyers. Put on A-190, a pair of air defense systems and cram missiles.
It’s cheaper in terms of money than a new one from scratch, but in time it is many times faster.
The same TFR 1135. They stuttered about their modernization, but plans remained.
And their restructuring to the 11356 level is quite possible and justified - and so there are only a few. All one faster than building from scratch do not understand when.
Either the attendants are greedy, they want everything "new" but there is no nifiga in the end, or it moves once again, or it breaks or is afraid.
        5) STU schA headache - pushes all deadlines for many ships on 2-3 of the year.
I’m xs, even in cooperation - the same Yu. Korea - their shipyards are chic, they somehow spoke of the possibility of cooperation and again died out.

        6) Eagles / Atlanta - they had stealth technology in their case back then.
Modernization is not complete if they do not bring their appearance completely to modern standards - the restructuring of all add-ons using stealth technologies. Although the new missile weapons are buzzing, no questions asked.

        7) BDK !! There was a complete seam as it was, and remained. Gren on the MOUTH of a soldier !! 10 years mumble and want to continue the series. We need modern analogues analogous to the volume of the old BDK. But the last Rhinoceros was sent for scrap - and the ship is only 20 years old.

In short lace is ragged and clumsy. And reaching the finish line of the long-suffering Gorshkov is a long-awaited and utter joy. We look forward to further progress in the fleet

Thanks for the dialogue (I respect sane people who think and do not shout that we ourselves can do everything)

I’ll answer briefly (I’m rarely appearing here, there’s no time). Earlier, we analyzed

-to put things in order in USC -there's a mess and theft, and already in the crisis of the 90s after 14 years of reigning VV you can’t get rid of it. Here's an example of Pella a private company and how to develop — and the customer likes it, and they work in cooperation with western partners

-It’s impossible to build everything with us, even the USSR was behind a hill and nothing. And cooperation and technology must be adopted there, the same ships of the Russian Navy are equipped with Western equipment, equipped -If it is better to take a joint venture and build it with us. Example Mistralay- it’s an exemplary demonstration of how to build, and most importantly equip, a fool of 3 tons

          thanks for communication

Wah, as culturally, with thanks - a rarity)
            Thank you so much.
Yes, everyone who watches the fleet is adequate in the majority.

I agree with USC. 3 problems: system, personnel and corruption.
There is no system. It is not possible to create a system that can regulate itself - a lot of headaches about control, disruption of the delivery time of components, etc. will be removed.
Corruption. Here a question of laws. It is more profitable to steal and sit a little in prison (and that is not a fact) than not to steal at all.
Personnel - cleaning is needed. And to drive ideological ones to work - after all, there are men who are glad for the fleet at all levels - because of them, they did not completely fail.

There is another problem - generals and "experts" who do not know or do not want to know what the fleet needs. One Ivan Gren - 3 times officially during construction the project was redone - the requirements for the ship changed.
With this approach, a barge can be built for 10 years.

Mistral - experience of cooperation + SCHOOL. The school of both construction "fools in 21 tons", and the Western school of design and construction of the DCK, which had just begun to be worked out under the USSR but did not have time. And starting from scratch takes longer than having a starting point in metal and operating experience.
Unfortunately, now this "experience" is in the negative - FIG knows when they will "risk" again
build a ship beyond the hill.
The French for "force majeure" want to avoid fines - they are also full of stupidity (
