According to the author, the impressive dynamics of interest in the army "is due to the pre-calculated moment of opening these accounts: this event coincided in time with the start of the Vostok-2014 strategic command and staff exercise, information on the main stages and key events of which were posted online Internet resources of the military department and was very popular. " In addition, according to Koval, "the departments gained more irony" rebukes "of its representatives to the next fakes and legends of the Ukrainian leadership, continuing to invent all new" facts "and" testimonies "of the participation of Russian soldiers in the events in the east of Ukraine."

At the same time, 80% of the daily audience of the Russian-language Internet is present in social networks, which in itself speaks volumes, ”the author notes.
