Unloading vest of the army of Holland
I present the previously promised brief overview of the Dutch unloading vest.
Unlike the RPS shown earlier (which is currently used mainly for recruit training), the vest is still used.
The basis of the vest is made of durable synthetic mesh of green color, on which the slings of the MOLLE system are sewn, and the slings of the Dutch vest have a characteristic difference: a camouflage pattern is applied on them.
Back panel
Adjustment of the vest by height is made with the help of the Velcro and shoulder strap, which are placed on the shoulder, passed through the plastic “three-slot” buckles.
The size is regulated by the lacing on the sides.
The vest is zipped in front of three plastic "fasteks", the "response" part of which moves freely along the sling, which makes it possible to quickly fit the vest in size.
In the right and left chest panels pockets are provided, closing with a zipper.
In the left pocket there is a simplified holster (holds PM).

In the upper part of the dorsal panel is an evacuation sling,
fixed, in order to avoid accidental hooking of something with a strip of "sticky".
Also on the dorsal and shoulder parts are stitched loops of elastic tape, designed to fasten the drinking system tubes or wires of the radio station.
On the bottom edge of all panels, slings are sewn, designed to fasten the discharge belt (inaccurately).
Along the lower edge, there are D-rings for securing additional equipment (for example, an anti-gas bag). And on the right side a piece of tape - "Velcro" with buttons and "fastex" for fastening the sheath of a bayonet-knife.

The set of used pouches is quite large, I will present only the available ones.
So, luggage pouches, universal.
The small pouch has a volume of about 0,8 L, an average of approx. 1,5 l, large approx. 2,5. All pouches have a safety valve, which, in addition to the main task, allows you to increase the pouch volume by about 20%.
Pouches are closed with a "flypaper", an additional "tail" which allows you to close a cartridge pouch, filled with "to the eyeballs", as well as an adjustable "fastex" allows you to pull down the half-empty cartridge pouch.

A sling is attached to the back wall of the pouch for fixing the strap.

All pouches are attached to the base with the help of the "MOLLY" strap.
The vest is filled with cartridge pouches as necessary, in the photo EXCLUSIVELY FOR DEMONSTRATION, the following items are fixed: right bottom - 2 large baggage pouch, above - documents, bottom left - 2 double for AK stores and small luggage. Top - garnet.
Behind - medium baggage and 2 flasks.

At present, to replace the shown vest according to the “Equipment Upgrade Program”, a more modern one has been developed, combined with a bulletproof vest.
