The New World Order
NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM
However, the concept and terminology of the “new world order” existed for a long time already, as many precedents testify to this. For example, the inscription Novus ordo seclorum (literally means “new order of the ages”) appears on US banknotes of one dollar per 1935 of the year.
The official organ of the Italian Communist Party, already in the early twenties of the last century, was also so called: L'Ordine Nuovo. This did not prevent the leader of the Italian fascist party, Benito Mussolini, from demanding the creation of a “new order”, as then to Adolf Hitler himself and his National Socialist party to proclaim die neue Ordnung.
Even in the then numerous Russian emigration, this expression appears in the thirties. In the anthem of the then youth organization NTSNP, the second stanza begins with the words: "For the new system ...".
Established seventy years ago, this global political and financial system was based on the universal global consciousness that the whole world finally achieved for the first time a well-known global civilization unity and became a single “universe”, that is, everywhere inhabited earthly territory. in parts. (The word "universe" is a tracing-paper of the ancient Greek word οικουμενη ("ecumene", "inhabited land", from the root "ekos" or "oikos", house, household).
True, the Ecumenical Council of Constantinople (t. E. "Ecumenical") Patriarch Athenagoras I (1886 - 1972) at one time stated that this was already the "second ecumenite", because the first was the ancient Hellenistic world that had arisen after the conquests of Alexander the Great. It may be added that this first “ecumenical” world existed for almost a whole millennium, from the founding of Alexandria in 331 before R. X., until its fall in 642 after R. H.)
The civilization of this first universe then continued to exist for almost half a millennium within the framework of the Eastern Roman Empire. For example, the famous Russian Byzantinologist A. A. Vasiliev notes that the Byzantine province of Sicily had the highest civilization level in Western Europe. The cities of Sicily were then the only cities in Western Europe that still operated water supply and canalization system. Then Sicily was conquered by Western Europeans (Normans, French, Spaniards) and “joined” to the feudal system of Western Europe. In 1282, the French garrisons in Palermo and in other cities of Sicily were massacred by the local population. (On this topic, Giuseppe Verdi wrote the opera Vespri siciliani). There was a mafia. (In Italy, they even told me that, ostensibly, this word itself was formed from the initial letters of the phrase “Morteau and French Italy Italy”, Italy wishes for the death of the French. But this is hardly so, for Sicilians always call Sicily Sicily, not Italy.)
In Calabria, another Byzantine province in Italy, Orthodox monasteries flourished in the 12th century, in which Greek theological and liturgical manuscripts were copied. A group of Calabrian scholars, at the end of the last twentieth century, proposed the creation of a “Byzantine Union”, within the UN, for the cultural unification of countries and territories with Byzantine culture. Our Russia, too, was undoubtedly in many respects an organic part of this Byzantine-Hellenistic world, and not just one of the metropolises of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople. Our scale of values still keeps traces of these sources.
Of course, you can point out that this “first ecumene” was not really completely such, because it did not cover the Far East and America. Although the English historian Arnold Toynbee states: “The successes of Hellenism are immense and numerous. Until now, they have not been surpassed by any other civilization. During its most widespread period, this culture in the West reached Britain and Morocco (in Latin attire), and in the East, Japan (in Buddhist attire). ”
However, this first ecumenia did not reach the New World, although there are suggestions that Christopher Columbus was familiar with some ancient Alexandrian maps of the world, on which the American shores were supposedly marked, but, apparently, without specifying that it is a separate (from Asia) mainland. (Apparently, these maps came to the West, possibly to Genoa, where Columbus came from, after the looting of Constantinople by “knights” of the IV crusade in 1204 year.
In Alexandria, they knew that the earth was spherical. The Greek pharaohs of Egypt created in the 3rd century BC. The Alexandria Library and the University of Alexandria. In this Hellenistic center of higher culture, Euclidean geometry arose, the idea was developed that the Earth was round, its circumference was calculated with amazing accuracy, and the first maps of the world were created.)
It is impossible to lose sight of the fact that the Christian Church itself arose on the territory and during this first “universe”, multi-polar and multilingual. The Cross of the Lord itself testifies with its trilingual inscription on it. Moreover, Christianity already at that time knew that this universe had not yet reached its ends, which, however, would be reached in time under the sign of the Cross. The ships of Columbus sailed in search of the New World under sails with large images of the Cross, and he himself had the name of Christopher, "The Bearer of Christ."
The gospel testifies: "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world (οικουμενη), as a testimony to all nations." (Matt. 24, 14). "Their voice went out through all the earth, and their words to the limits of the universe (οικουμενησ)." (Romans. 10, 18. Interestingly, this verse repeats Psalm. 18, 5). However, temptation will come to the whole universe in due time, from which only those who “have saved the word of patience” will be saved: “And as you have kept my word of patience, then I will save you from the season of temptation, which will come to the whole universe in order to experience earth. "(Apocalypse. 3, 10). "For the prince of this world comes and has nothing in Me." (John 14, 30). But this "prince of this world is condemned." (John 16, 11). For, “now is the judgment of this world: now the prince of this world will be cast out.” (John 12, 31).
PRINCIPAL CONTRADICTIONS
The first fundamental contradiction of the modern new universal system, a contradiction that catches the eye, was the de facto establishment of the need for one single political ideology throughout the world. This system should include all states in the world, but all these states must necessarily be "pure democracies", without admixture of any historical values, beliefs, ideas and traditions.
Such ideological totalitarianism extends to many regional organizations within this global system. For example, when discussing the draft constitution of the (Western) European Union (EU), any references to the historical roots of this part of Europe were finally rejected. Even the historical roots of the nominal democratic form of today's European system were practically clipped, which today, according to one official EU brochure, goes back only to the leader of the Germanic tribe of Franks, Karl the Great, that is, to the VIII century after R. H. He hardly knew anything about the birth of democracy in Athens, five centuries BC, especially since it was illiterate. However, it was he who conquered Roman Gaul, gave it the name of his Germanic tribe and became the founder of the new German-Gallic state Frankenreich, from which modern France (West-Frankenreich) and Germany (East Frankenreich), which are today the core of the EU, emerged. On behalf of Charles himself, the Slavs began to deduce a new title of Western princes: the king.
This means that there is another contradiction: no one has the right to refer to their historical roots, except for the authors of such a ban. (Although these own roots are also cut in half). This discrimination caused a particular outrage in Greece, where the political form that the current universe system de facto considers mandatory was first born and was framed.
However, this position of the EU also contains a certain contradiction, because it harms, ultimately, only to itself, depriving it of an older part of its historical roots. After all, on the testimony of this precedent, neither the Muslim world will not give up Islam, nor Israel will not give up the Old Testament, neither China nor Korea will not give up the teachings of Confucius, nor Japan will not give up on Shintoism, nor India will not give up their beliefs. Only Western Europe abandons itself.
Maybe in the hope that Russia will again follow it and also abandon itself. However, the West has nothing to bribe and nothing to seduce. And it is difficult to invent new seductions, after feudalism, absolutism, liberalism, capitalism, socialism, Marxism, fascism, national socialism.
The new ecumenical system was created seventy years ago, as it was said then, by “three great democracies”: the USA, the USSR, and England. France did not enter this top three, despite De Gaulle’s all attempts to enter it. The three great democracies, plus France de Gaulle and China Chan-kai-shek, have become permanent members of the Security Council of the main world organization. Shortly thereafter, Ortega y Gasset ascertained that the proclamation of these three countries as “great democracies”, without any reservations, put an end to all previous scientific definitions of democracy.
It may be added that, from this point on, we are, in fact, dealing with neo-democracy. One of the students of Ortega, the Spanish philosopher and life-long senator of Spain Julian Marias, then explained that all the countries of the United Nations are "ipso facto" such "modern nominal democracies", regardless of their real political system. Some of the modern democracies sometimes clarified that they even had “democracy with hooks,” that is, “people's democracies,” like North Korea today.
Then, one of the "three great democracies" was proclaimed by the other two "great democracies" and some other neo-democracies, that it really is not, without specifying from what point. Then, Western Europe, defeated in the dust, was declared a new democratic center, with a program of unstoppable economic growth, including defeated, destroyed and divided Germany, although during the previous geopolitical period, it was originally intended to have permanent de-industrialization and generally a secondary geopolitical role.
So far, it has not been possible to determine with legal accuracy the necessary conditions for achieving the necessary generally accepted democratic status today. Until now, the requirement to hold free elections, under the party system of nominating candidates, has been predominant. However, in practice it turned out that some countries have elected governments by popular vote, which, however, do not want to recognize the so-called “public opinion of civil society” as democratic. After all, even Hitler himself was initially chosen democratically.
As a result, the monopolistic democratic arbiter for recognizing the right to a democratic title finally became precisely this “public opinion of civil society”, which ultimately boils down to the total dominance of political propaganda and agitation of the leading media.
The purpose of such campaigning is to induce, and then support, mass street demonstrations and riots in the targeted countries, with the goal of political pressure on them, as well as coups, when necessary, under the slogan of “free elections”. So, if power cannot be achieved through elections, then it must be achieved through “color revolutions”. Previously, they were red, black and brown revolutions, and today they are orange. However, the historical mileage of this contradiction, apparently, is also coming to an end. The other day it became known that the purpose of such a regular “Arab spring” in Thailand is no longer elections, but, on the contrary, the prevention of elections, since it became clear that the new rulers will again be elected in the new elections.
Auxiliary tools of such manipulations, to achieve homogeneity (and submissiveness) of all political regimes in the world, are sometimes alliances with mafia structures and generally rely on corruption. Where democracy has not evolved evolutionarily on its own historical background, it is often forced to use conspiratorially to achieve a power organized by corruption. Already about the Garibaldi movement in the XIX century, it was said that it was sometimes based on some mafia structures. The establishment of democracy in Italy after fascism, immediately after the landing of the Allies in Sicily, according to some evidence, began with an unofficial alliance with the mafia, and not only in Italy itself. In many of the “new democracies” of Latin America and Africa, such situations today sometimes reach permanent organic forms.
Moreover, the widespread corruption among the political class helps to keep its ordinary members in obedience, with the help of a permanent threat of their individual exposure and subsequent trial. Such tendencies to create organized corruption, in order to finance party structures and in general influence political power, are not limited geographically.
In addition, ideological discrimination is also systematically supported by economic means of pressure. In the mid-sixties of the last century, one of the prominent political programmers of the West, Zbigniew Brzezinski, in the monthly Madrid philosophical journal Revista de Occidente, No. 24, in March 1965 of the year, in an article in Spanish, entitled “Una Europa hasta los Urales ? "(" Europe to the Urals? ") Wrote:" For the new relations between the East and the West ... the emergence of a new Europe was important, still limited to its western part, but which is already a powerful economic force capable of causing every day more political and ideological pr traction of countries on the other side of the Elbe. "
Today, this contradiction between the requirements of free choice and the practice of open bribery of this will also ends its historical run. On the one hand, it’s not enough to bribe, and, on the other hand, it’s not enough to believe the promises of future bribes and their true value. The recent history of the failure of helpless attempts to bribe Ukraine to become a nominally Western European country is a typical example of the depletion of this Brzezinski recipe as well.
GLOBAL STRUCTURES AND THEIR MUTATIONS
The system of the new world order is in no way limited to the organizational structures of the UN, its subsidiary organizations and international financial structures alone. First of all, one should not lose sight of the decisions and sentences of the Nürnberg Tribunal, mainly concerning war crimes, which are often deliberately ignored, although they are also part of the modern global system. During the establishment of this tribunal, two concepts were discussed: to judge war criminals on the basis of already existing laws and organs of justice, or to create new ones. It was decided to create new rules and new courts. This violated the legal principles of European civilization, clearly and clearly expressed by the Roman maxim: nula poena sine lege, literally: no punishment without a law, reflecting the legal principle of nullum crimen, nulla poena sine praevie lege (no crime, no punishment without the previous law).
It is possible that at that time it was decided to return to the pre-European and pre-Christian origins of civilization, namely, to the principle of revenge, and not rights. It is believed that Theseus, the liberator of the Athenian polis, established this principle of law: not revenge, but justice, administered by pre-appointed judges, in the framework of already existing jurisdictions, on the basis of already existing laws.
The Nürnberg Tribunal itself and its sentences became new legal precedents for the future, which was then clearly stated. However, in an incomprehensible way, these installations were then repeatedly, albeit partially, violated, possibly also with the aim of setting even newer precedents. So, US President Clinton said during the bombing of Yugoslavia, that he can order to bomb anyone in the world. This statement violated the doctrine of the Nuremberg Tribunal, according to which the German defendants were then sentenced to death as war criminals.
After the split between the “three great democracies”, the whole world was covered by a network of various “treaties” and “pacts”. It was first established in the 1949 year by the North Atlantic Pact Organization, with the English abbreviation of NATO. The geographical area of this treaty - the North Atlantic area - is described in its article 5. Then the Warsaw Pact organization was created by the bloc of communist countries, which was dissolved after the collapse of the USSR. The main mutations of the new world order are associated precisely with these processes. The fact is that after a split in the constituent troika of the UN, those international actions that could not be carried out under the auspices of this organization began to progressively transfer to the jurisdiction of NATO or to the jurisdiction of specially knit temporary coalitions of several countries. Then France, under the leadership of De Gaulle, partly disassociated itself from participating in the purely military aspects of this pact. But, with the advent of Sarkozy to power, she practically abandoned De Gaulle’s position, which she confirmed with her active participation in the intervention in Libya.
It is possible that the Malvinas War between Argentina and England was already used to create a precedent for turning de facto NATO into an organization with global military jurisdiction, not only in the North Atlantic region, despite its own Charter and the UN Charter. Then, during the NATO aggression against Yugoslavia, the doctrine of the Nuremberg Tribunal on military actions was also violated. Today, this NATO jurisdiction has even reached Afghanistan, to itself and others to its detriment.
The war of a special coalition of some countries against Iraq was a deep mutation of the international status quo, because it was not fought on behalf of the United Nations and started without the permission of the Security Council. In addition, she was justified by an argument that turned out to be false. US President George W. Bush then officially declared that this war was being undertaken so that after it "the whole world would become more secure." Since this goal was not achieved in the least, which could not have been foreseen, it is possible to assume other reasons. Some commentators and analysts mention first of all their interest in the oil reserves of Iraq, but this factor of striving for the appropriation of other people's goods is permanent, and therefore does not count.
Other commentators talk about a successful geopolitical operation to deepen the split in the Muslim world into Sunnis and Shiites. However, the most profound historical consequence of this war, and other processes after it, is another attempt at the final elimination of Christianity in the territory of the Middle East. If this attempt succeeds, it will end the long-running process of eliminating Christianity in its original territory. This process was successfully advanced by exile, in the 20s of the last century, of the Greek population from the shores of Asia Minor, which occupied this coast of 27 for centuries in a row. So, Western Europe then supported the elimination of the European cultural homeland, because Europe originated mainly on this Greek coast of Asia Minor, giving it to the state, which it still does not dare to accept into the EU.
In any case, the war against Iraq was a turning point in many ways in the world order. For example, Germany then categorically refused to participate in this campaign, despite its permanent support for US policy, which some observers even deduce from Germany’s secret post-war obligations. Fundamentally, even more important was the position of France, clearly expressed then by its Foreign Minister Villepan, who pointed out that all UN actions internationally should be strictly based only on international law, and not on opportunistic political, economic or ideological interests. Shortly thereafter, a presidential election was to be held in France.
President Jacques Chirac no longer had the right to stand as a candidate. One of the potential candidates was Foreign Minister Domenic de Villepan. If he were then elected president of France, it can be assumed that the role of international law in the framework of world order would be greatly strengthened, with the approval of the majority of the UN member states. However, all of a sudden someone has filed a corruption charge against Vilpana. Immediately involved the legal machine, and behind it, and the media machine. Vilpana had to abandon his candidacy. As a result, Nicolas Sarkozy was chosen, then partially reoriented the orientation of French foreign policy.
By the way, even in the serious and gloomy policy of Germany there are similar cases. In the 2012 year, then-German President Christian Wulff had to resign, also due to the sudden allegations of corruption. In 2013, a trial began against him, with the accusation that he, when he was prime minister of Lower Saxony, went with one friend to the October beer festival in Munich, and then allowed this friend to pay his expenses in a hotel in 800 Euro. The court goes further.
The constant and pervasive potential of such actions is also a characteristic feature of the political systems of the modern world order. Nobody possesses real power in this system, after all, for this power lies in well-concealed depths that have nothing in common with democracy.
