Igor Romanov: “The fate of the Caucasus is the fate of all Russia”

Advisor to the director of RISS, doctor of sociological sciences ponders on the problems of the North Caucasus Federal District

Igor Romanov: “The fate of the Caucasus is the fate of all Russia”- At one of the recent large-scale meetings devoted to the prospects for the development of the North Caucasus, Vladimir Putin stressed that the North Caucasus Federal District lacks coordination in the actions of the authorities. It turns out that such coordination did not work out? As there is no expected breakthrough ...

- Indeed, the jerk did not happen. Strangely enough, but with the strategy that has been embodied all this time in the North Caucasus, there is a certain positive in this. In any case, a number of rather dubious undertakings have not been implemented, like an attempt to organize the resettlement of residents of the North Caucasian republics in other regions of Russia at public expense.

The entire development policy of the NCFD since the formation of the district has focused on ensuring an economic breakthrough. The most key issues - inter-ethnic and in general sociocultural relations - were considered as secondary. This is evidenced by the content of the Strategy for the Socio-Economic Development of the North Caucasian Federal District and the recently adopted State Program.

In general, the dominance of the economic approach to state policy initially determines the deficiency in the development of a country, region, city. And often leads to a socio-cultural catastrophe. Today we see this in the example of European countries, where the population is simply being replaced by people from completely different territories in their cultural structure. We also see this in our country - in favor of the economic interests of business, carriers of an alien culture, in fact, are replacing our indigenous population.

As a rule, with an economic view on social processes, the main thing is lost sight of the person with his spiritual and cultural characteristics. People are more viewed as “productive potential”, “labor resource”. And then it seems to the employer that all the problems that arise in this “resource” are solved simply by the presence of work and wages.

By and large, from an economic point of view it does not matter - “what color is the cat”. The main thing is that the workers have an economic effect. Therefore, representatives of modern business assure us that today it is simply necessary to use the labor of migrants.

The emphasis in the state personnel policy on people with extensive experience in business, in the commercial sector, seems to me to be erroneous. In my opinion, the main task of a state or municipal leader in Russia is to maintain a social order based on historical traditions, on the centuries-old spiritual and cultural foundation. And for this you need to know very well, to notice even minor movements that can lead to a violation of the fundamental foundations. It is rather a protective, restraining, protective function. However, modern managers in power have predominantly a different mindset - such as, as they say, “clip consciousness” aimed at “developing projects”. There is no truly state strategic perception of reality. Is this a strategy - a set of economic projects for the next fifteen years?

Not businessmen should be engaged in public affairs in Russia. The country today, more than ever, needs people who have a state mind and are inclined to serve the Fatherland. First of all, such people are needed here - in the Caucasus.

- Many political scientists speak about the close change of the plenipotentiary plenipotentiary Alexander Khloponin, pointing precisely to the lack of economic positive. Where are the investment flows, where is the promised development of the social sphere? Not so long ago, teachers of the capital of Pyatigorsk district were detained wages. People have found a simple explanation - the money goes to the many holidays, the dusting of the eyes. In this connection, the attitude to the authorities - the city and the district - is rather negative than positive.

- Our problems are not only in salaries and investments. Until we change our way of life, we will not try to become normal Russian people living in Russia, I mean Russians in the spiritual and cultural sense, we will not have a normal salary either. Media writes that budget money is being stolen. The President recently announced a figure - 6,5 billion rubles - the embezzlement of budget funds in the North Caucasus in 2013. Of course, this is largely due to significant injections of federal funds into a number of North Caucasian republics, which often becomes a temptation for local officials. True, restructuring of the budget is currently underway, financial flows in the republic will significantly decrease. After all, since the twenties of the last century, we have been pumping excessive funds into the “development of ethnic autonomies,” of national minorities and small nations. At the same time, the state-forming Russian population sometimes does not even have normal living conditions.

However, whatever punitive measures the state develops, no matter how hard the laws are tightened, in relation to state and municipal servants, in the absence of internal spiritual and moral restraints, theft and corruption will be exacerbated.

As a spell, we repeat the word "investment." Western economy is a role model. But look at this example, in which we equate our economy, in which our businessmen, civil servants and even teachers who are not paid are equal. The West - the countries of Europe, the USA are becoming today a place where humanity simply degenerates, people turn into real moral monsters. “Same-sex marriages”, “juvenile justice”, “soft drugs” are all “normal” and already legitimate elements of the European way of life. And in our schools, teachers impose all this nonsense ...

The point is certainly not only in the plenipotentiary. After all, it is the same as most of us - the product of our entire materialistic system, which methodically cemented during the Soviet era and continues to affect us even now in its already decomposed state. If, as you said, the “main change in the Caucasus” will take place in the same vein, with the selection of personnel from the “real sector of the economy” who have gone through a “good business school” and are guided by materialistic values, the situation is unlikely to be completely different.

- The situation with terrorism, extremism and corruption is far from stable. For investors, the North Caucasus remains a risk zone for this very reason. Are changes possible? What do you need to do?

- Terrorism and extremism in the North Caucasus are a consequence of the weakening here of the foundations of Russian statehood. Not the enemy is strong, but we are weak. The path to strengthening Russian statehood does not lie through investment.

Historically, the foundation of Russia is Orthodoxy and the Russian people. And in the Caucasus, peace and harmony existed when there was a solid binding core - the Russian population. Today the Russians are leaving, being forced out, squeezed out. The result is discord among the nations living here. Increasingly, we hear about conflicts already arising between different ethnic groups of the North Caucasus republics. By the way, today's ethnic problems are a product of the very same Soviet policy. Then the boundaries between the regions on a national basis were arranged. And then the Russians knocked out their main support - Orthodoxy.

But the positions of Islam were much stronger when there was a strong state-forming principle in the Caucasus - the Russian Orthodox people. Strong "walls" of the Russian Empire, based on the Orthodox foundation, created reliable protection for traditional Islam in the Russian Caucasus.

It is obvious that today it is necessary to “invest” in spirituality, in the revival of the Russian Orthodox core. For this, the Russians need serious support from the state. Of course, you need support and economic. But you do not need to “cry” about additional funding. Rather, we need state guarantees for those who are ready to engage in production in the Caucasus. For example, our Russian farmers, peasants in the Stavropol region need guaranteed product sales markets. The state should provide it. In order to restore order in the south today, the government must show that it is the most important territory of the country. And for this, first of all, it is necessary to protect the interests of the Russian population - as the main guarantor of stability in these territories.

But the requirements must be presented not only to the state. We must respect ourselves. First of all, we must become Russian in spirit. And this is possible in the Russian Orthodox Church. With the spiritual nourishment of the Church, it is necessary to revive parish communities.

It is necessary that the self-organizing mechanisms of Russians and all peoples who are interested in peace in the Caucasus come into action. Need to do pre-draft preparation for the army. There are initiative people, but it is necessary that the whole process be systematized. For these people to be in the Church - after all, only there is a connection with the generations of our ancestors. There, the most vivid examples of the defense of our Fatherland are Alexander Nevsky, Dimitri Donskoy, Ilya of Murom, Theodore Ushakov, our contemporary - the martyr Yevgeny Rodionov ...

It cannot be ruled out that very severe trials are waiting for us pretty soon. And to leave, nowhere to run and there is no need. To save Russia, mastered by our ancestors of the Caucasus, you need to survive.

- There is a point of view that after the Olympics in Sochi, the district will face global changes - both in the territorial sense (borders), in the economic and in the political sense. Your point of view?

- Global changes have been happening for a long time. The October 1999 coup of 1917 was the most global change for all peoples of Russia. As a result, we are now in such an unpleasant situation. In the USSR, after all, essentially the anti-Russian policy was carried out. The emphasis was placed on the support of national minorities, and the overwhelming majority of the country's population — Russians — did not even have their legal status. Today this tradition is preserved.

Unfortunately, in the regions of the North Caucasus, the longing for the Soviet time is strong. This is understandable, because then it was much calmer here. But all this was due to the fact that the fortress of the Russian core, which was formed in the Russian Empire, was preserved. Of course, the hard “hand of the party” maintained the stability of the situation. However, everything was built on repressive and punitive principles and of course could not hold on for a long time. What we have seen.

Before the revolution, most of the territories of today's North Caucasus District was a single area - Terek. That is, there were no “ethnic autonomies” that emerged with the advent of the Bolsheviks in power. A huge role in the consolidation of Russian statehood in the Caucasus was played by our Cossacks, who were also practically destroyed by the Bolsheviks.

Now in expert circles there is an opinion about the need to revise the administrative and territorial boundaries, but this should not happen according to national criteria. Although the republican elites are not interested in this.

A reduction in budgetary injections in the republics will surely cause outrage among the elites. Moreover, the efforts of our geopolitical opponents, which stimulate extremist sentiments in the region. Of course the socio-political situation here can be exacerbated. It can be assumed that after the Olympics, the processes in the Caucasus will go at an accelerated pace.

At the same time, the experience of holding the APEC summit — another one along with the Olympiad “breakthrough” project — showed that there are no fundamental changes. After the summit, it is still under construction. More than a year has already passed, and the thirty-kilometer section of the strategic route connecting Vladivostok and Khabarovsk is still in emergency condition. The road had to pass before the summit. And in general, all these construction projects had little effect on indigenous Far Easterners. The built infrastructure is more in demand by the international business community. Vladivostok has been turned into some kind of international office center with a glittering facade and dirty backyards. The common people in the cities of Primorye live in the same shabby five-story buildings with broken asphalt in the courtyards.

Many Far Easterners, as well as residents of the south of Russia, have already lost the opportunity for self-development, for self-organization. The argument “the state has abandoned us” became the main excuse for very widespread occupations - speculation and theft of natural resources. By the way, this activity is more often called “business”. It is incredibly painful to look at this degradation of ours, even in the Caucasus, even in the Far East.

At the end of September, I visited the graves of our ancestors on the Greek island of Lemnos. There are those who left in the twenties of the last century from the Crimea, along with Wrangel. Among them were a lot of Kuban and Terek Cossacks, people from our Caucasus. Then, in the twentieth year, as a result of the Bolshevik Revolution, the Russian people found themselves on the rocky, practically lifeless shore of the island of Lemnos in the Aegean Sea. There they landed our "allies" in the First World War - the British and French.

It is shocking that in an almost lifeless place, where there is no firewood or fresh water, thousands of our people - representatives of many estates - were able to organize themselves. Could establish their life on this island. And they lived, worked, served for several years. Then they had to go further and dissipate in foreign countries. But these people were with God. They prayed, they even went under difficult conditions to churches that were set up on the island ...

And in the Caucasus and the Pacific Russia came with God! After all, the first thing our ancestors in the new place put the church. That was the real Russian! As long as we do not become like many generations of our wonderful ancestors, we can hardly hope for any global changes for the better.

- The sphere of interethnic and interfaith relations is also far from stability. There is an offensive of informal Islam, there is no support by the traditional authorities in the Stavropol region, conflicts continue on the basis of nationalism ... Is it possible to keep silent about it? Russians leave the region, in three regions the percentage of their numbers is below 3%. What could be the way out?

- Interethnic and interfaith relations are not just a separate sphere. This is the main subject of our national strategy. However, the current legalization of this strategy follows the path of multiculturalism and is aimed at creating an artificial social construct - the so-called “Russian nation”, invented by a small group of experts. This design implies the rejection of the historically formed spiritual and cultural core in favor of a certain “ethnocultural cocktail”. Although in the West multiculturalism did not justify itself at all, in our country this area is being strongly imposed on the country's leadership.

Today, the indigenous people of Russia need a national strategy based on traditional core values that have been formed over the centuries. And this strategy should be focused primarily on the revival of the Russian socio-cultural core. On this depends the well-being of all peoples inhabiting our country. This determines the strength of Russian statehood in the Caucasus and, accordingly, the possibility of suppressing and eradicating extremist sentiments.

Today, the extremist actions of representatives of Islamist movements, as well as the spreading nationalist contagion, are due to the lack of a coherent national policy. Today's “Rodnovers”, which allegedly defend the “interests of Russians”, are the same degenerative direction in the present Russian movement, as Wahhabism in Islam.

If now the state, at least at the information level, will adequately assess the existing trends in interethnic relations in the Caucasus, this will already be a serious step towards strengthening the foundations of Russian statehood.

- So is there a chance for the North Caucasus to develop and make a breakthrough, even if it is forward movement, or will we with reaped benefits with huge potential? What is this mystery of the Caucasus? Laziness, corruption web, external and internal brakes - are they real or artificial? How and where to move, how to move a heavy cart?

- The North Caucasus is one of the key territories of Russia, along with Siberia and the Far East. This is the most important geopolitical node, a powerful resource potential. The attention of the entire Western world, all of our opponents and detractors is directed here. It is necessary to realize that, faced with various threats here, we are opposing the forces that are trying to destroy Russia. And this destruction is conducted primarily on the spiritual level. The Caucasus, through various informational and ideological tools, is pulling out of the historically formed spiritual and cultural space of our country. And sometimes, involuntarily, we begin to perceive these lands as something separate, very special. But we must remember that statehood here was formed only with the arrival of Russia. Separate ethnic groups and nationalities that lived in these territories, only as part of the Russian Empire, found a common vector of their civilizational development - development along the lines of the Russian civilization.

And today it is necessary with all our might, including all state and personal capabilities, to embark on the ascending path of Russian civilization.

- It is sad that very little attention is paid to domestic policy in the district. There is no desire to change anything ...

- A number of experts argue that the creation of the North Caucasus region is an attempt to turn around to our successful pre-revolutionary experience in the Caucasus. However, this is an erroneous statement. After all, the real borders between the regions remain the same. The same criterion of administrative-territorial division has been preserved - on a national basis. There was no real appeal of the authorities to the most healthy forces in the Caucasus, the Russians did not receive any expressed support.

Today requires a deeper approach. Probably, the critical situation in the region justifies the most rapid reversal of state policy towards the revival of the Russian Orthodox core here, the formation of the institution of the Governor-General and a single administrative-territorial unit, like the Terek region, which existed in historical Russia.

Experience shows that the institute of the general governorship in the most strategic areas of our state allows us to effectively solve not only social and administrative, but also defense issues on the ground. It is obvious that in such an important area, state management should be carried out by a professional who has not only state-political, but also military-team experience. The fate of the Caucasus is the fate of all of Russia. Of course, this should be a man of national importance. Not a curator, but a real governor-general, a state leader who loves and knows Russia, its spiritual roots.

But the question is, who can such a person rely on? Are we ready today to break away from our petty concerns? From the already familiar to us of this consumer residence? For most of us, the obligatory elements of happiness are the refrigerator, the car and “House-2” on TV ...

And today in Russia, a whole layer of managers is needed - not Western-managerial leaven, but people ready for self-sacrifice for the sake of their Fatherland, who perceive power as the hardest Cross ... But such people are unlikely to emerge by mechanical selection, as a result of lobbying Probably the most terrible time, which, apparently, is not far off, will nominate such people.

And where are these to be found? The author claims that they themselves will be found, they say TIME is running out. Shots do not appear out of the blue. They need to be cooked, nurtured, and nurtured, without such an attitude, they cannot essentially appear from nowhere!!!

The fate of Russia is indeed being decided in the Caucasus. If you look at the map, then everyone will understand that the Caucasus is Russia's last exit to the Black Sea, and accordingly to the Mediterranean (count to the Middle East and Southern Europe, and in fact to the world). Ukraine is being dragged into NATO, Georgia is also not our ally, our last Black Sea coast is mostly the Caucasus. Nobody stopped the "big game". The desire of the Anglo-Saxon maritime powers to cut off the giants of the land from the sea has not gone anywhere ...

Why is the North Caucasus put at the forefront, and not the hungry Volga region or Komi, or the Far East, for example? Are there few subsidized regions? Look - how people live in the Kurgan region, in the Ulyanovsk ... Again, the "elder brother" must deal with the problems of the "children of the mountains" when their own children swell with hunger?

Cross out! Then why is the article called that? Let's talk about a national strategy ... about the problems of the titular nation in Russia ... about a national idea that will stimulate the development of the regions (including the Caucasus). In addition to ONF and United Russia, are there any ideas? There are no ideas - one BLA_BLA_BLA, "but things are still there."

Amazing! Nikolay is sure that you are a patriot and you firmly believe that Russia is not just a big country, but a great country. At the same time (like many others), with a clear conscience, they are ready to "nullify" all the achievements of this state since the time of the first emperor (Peter 1). The public very quickly forgot that Russia had been shedding blood for decades in the Caucasian wars, in the Russian-Turkish wars - for centuries creating Great Russia. Now, under the pretext of "small-town happiness" you are ready not to sell all this, but to give it away. Just as recently (just 20 years ago) they gave up the whole of Central Asia, Ukraine (there is no such state - they gave what is Russia and called Ukraine, so that conscience would not torment), Moldova, the Baltic states - having turned from 1/6 of the land into 1 \ 8. And all this was the Russian Empire and it was Great. Including through the efforts of false patriots and pseudo nationalists, Russia has turned into a simply Big country, and then for now (I really hope I'm wrong). What next, what else needs to be subsidized, cut off? In what borders will Russia be Russia, and not the nursing mother of the "children of the mountains"? I will answer for you. All division with such a philosophy ends with the division of your home and garden.

Dmitry, thank you, but I did not speak about any "give" or "cut off" - the old schooling does not allow (or education) and I do not belong to this "public". Rather, I am a supporter of radical methods of treating problems, and not "feeding" some provinces ... And about the "empire" - you worry about it in vain. There is no her. I hope the time will come to "collect the stones" that were scattered in the 90s - this is where the idea is needed, people, forces are needed who will correct the mistakes of our generation.
Well, I categorically disagree with the title of the article - is it too much to go too far: "The fate of all of Russia"? There have been times in our history, both abruptly and more terrible ...

The article put a minus. That's why:
    - The author throughout the article focuses on Orthodoxy and the Orthodox Church. To go again this way is wrong. In pre-revolutionary times, the Orthodox Church did not slightly discredit itself, saying one thing, while doing the opposite things themselves: drinking, gluttony, debauchery, living in luxury. Then, not only ardent Bolsheviks smashed the churches, but also ordinary people. When ordinary Orthodox peasants went hungry, and priests walked with fat sleek faces and at the same time taught everyone how to live, the people would naturally get angry. And when the opportunity came from the church was asked in full.
And now they are trying again to impose the same foundation, but the Orthodox Church again discredits itself by stepping on the same rake. And it is not surprising that many laugh at them, many do not believe. Remember all these stories with priests, and with Gundyaev himself - the patriarch of all Russia.
Both Christianity and Islam have long since become not what they should have been. Both historical faiths are far from God. Remember what Islam was originally and what it has become today. Once upon a time, states professing Islam were developed culturally and scientifically. But what have they now become? Believers beat their forehead on the floor on rugs. Is that faith in God? So it is with Orthodoxy.
If Orthodoxy is revived, then with amendments to modern realities and without this frenzied propaganda. Let them, for a start, change and begin to live in harmony with God.

    Quote: author
[b] “In my opinion, the main task of a state or municipal leader in Russia is to maintain a social order based on historical traditions, on a centuries-old spiritual and cultural foundation.

    - The author leaves in silence which traditions should be based on. Those same immigrants from the Caucasus demand from visitors to fulfill and honor their traditions in their own Caucasus, and when they come to other cities of Russia and again climb with their own traditions, the authorities respond to this: "Well, these are Caucasians, they have hot blood, that you climb up to them with your traditions? " And if, on the whole territory of Russia, the traditions of the Russians are imposed on everyone, then it should work out, like the Indians in America. They planted European civilized values there and nothing remained of their people. It all depends on where you live and on local traditions. Guests should immediately make it clear that if they get pissed off, then the matter will end badly for them.

    - The author in his article makes it clear that in Orthodox Russia in the Caucasus there was more order and calm than in the relatively atheistic USSR. But this is not true. After the Great Patriotic War, until the beginning of the 90s, they behaved most calmly in the Caucasus, because they knew that if they started to be you, they would be sent somewhere again. And it was then much calmer and safer.

    - The author also proposes to introduce "correct" (by default Russian) people there for management. But only when there is no strong power, there will be no sense from this one proactive professional, since in the Caucasus there is teip dependence and the like. If they do not introduce a sufficient number of people to manage, then there will be no sense. The Caucasians themselves do not want to work and manage and do not know how. Nature deprived them of this. As in due time the Russians built schools, factories, etc. there, so now it is necessary to massively populate their territory with our fellow tribesmen. And if they again begin to brawl harshly and immediately punish those responsible.

I think so too. By imposing religion as a solution to many issues, such "would-be strategists" are pulling the country back into the Middle Ages. Obviously, a dull religious b.ydl is easier to manage. But the trouble is that there are too many "managers". The author is full of hatred for the Bolsheviks. Yes, they already have to bow at their feet, because they took this whole religious pack to the nail and stopped dividing people along religious lines.

When ordinary Orthodox peasants went hungry, and priests walked with fat sleek faces and at the same time taught everyone how to live, the people would naturally get angry. And when the opportunity came from the church was asked in full.
. Far from thinking that these are personal impressions. Orthodoxy is the only, at the moment, force in Russia aimed at creating, including morality, which we are so lacking (sorry for the high style, but the language doesn’t twitch about this issue) Or do you think Pussy Wright and fools are naked breasts sawing Orthodox crosses, it’s just that. Purposeful pressure on the little that is left in us Russian. And last but not least, tired of repeating that Quasco is not only Chechnya, Dagestan, etc. it is also a huge number of Russian people. Our bread goes to the areas that have already been mentioned here, our artificial sapphires are bought by leading manufacturers of South Korean electronics. So take it easy on the Caucasians.

During the pre-war and post-war times, the USSR was distinguished by a powerful leap forward in all areas: science, culture, sports. And in those days, the majority were atheists, which did not prevent them from winning such a terrible war without all religious dogmas. But this did not prevent these people from being exactly "Ludmi" with a capital letter. The population of the USSR, without the frenzied implantation of Orthodoxy in particular and faith in general, was much more cultured, more purposeful than the current generation brought up in an unknown way. And religion is officially allowed, but something is not working out for them. To believe in God there is no need for prayers written by someone and once, there is no need to go to any special places (mosques, churches, etc.). God is always with us. And the message for everyone personally goes through life circumstances. If a person, for example, suffers a series of failures, then it's time to think about the right path this person is going or not. Perhaps this person should change his lifestyle and, accordingly, deeds. Only by changing within yourself can you compare the results before and after the transformation. Imagine a situation: suppose you led an unrighteous lifestyle and you started having any problems and, as a believer, you decided to confess and repent, went to church and confessed to a priest, he forgave all your sins. You go home with peace of mind, and soon you start the same lifestyle. And everything starts over again. This is how the circle closes. Since you think who is really forgiving sins, some outsider who will put in a word for you in Heaven, or God himself, when you personally address him, truly repenting and deciding to change your lifestyle.

As to the basis on which I made this conclusion. Based on the fact that there was a huge split between the people and the elite (the church was also considered the elite). When some are flaunting, while others are starving, it doesn’t matter whether you are Orthodox or not, you are hiding behind status or God. Or do you think that the church in pre-revolutionary times was not abundant? Or were there nothing to do from time to time riots in factories, and among the peasants too? And this is when the RSDLPs were not popular at all. Well, based on the stories of older relatives, who at one time were retold by their relatives who took part in the routs of the churches, in the place of which they later set up production workshops.

There was no split between the people and the church. I think, in all honesty, you will agree with this. I don't think it possible to argue here and now, because he is pretty tongue-tied. If you are really interested in this problem (you sinned, repented and continue sinning) I recommend materials by Academician Osipov (on the website of the Soyuz TV channel). I do not idealize the Russian Orthodox Church, neither in its present state, nor in the past (until 1913). But we must separate the "wheat from the chaff." For all their shortcomings, the Orthodox Church and Orthodoxy in general strive to make a Man out of a Man. Name an alternative (sincerely).

You specifically go too far. Regarding the snickering clergy - yes they were, but was the whole church like that? Or do you, as now, the fucking one is enough to throw dirt at one and say to everyone who knows him and works with him the same?

Of course, everyone is cursing now the bureaucrats who lie, they just forget that there are hundreds of thousands of so-called "bureaucrats", and most of them are trying to help people, keep this state - the very top are stealing. But it's much easier to cover up everyone with a shit. And the question to fill in - what is the difference between people working in private business or in government agencies? Yes, nothing, everywhere the middle and junior level plows, and the top steals.

Regarding the discontent of the people with the church - again, nits are always there, do the white tape ones also reflect the will of the whole people? Supporting mad rabies ... too, most? No, they’re just in plain sight, like the ones that the churches were smashing. They are not people, they are geeks who sold the soul.

People found a simple explanation - the money goes on numerous holidays, blowing dust in the eyes. In this connection, the attitude towards the authorities - city and district - is rather negative than positive.

this happens not only in Pyatigorsk, but throughout Russia!

And today in Russia, a whole layer of managers is needed - not the West-managerial leaven, but people who are ready for self-sacrifice for the sake of their Fatherland, perceiving power as the most difficult Cross ...

I agree with this, although it sounds like science fiction, but I still found these times in the 80s.

I completely agree. In Soviet times, there was an emphasis on ideology, neglect of economic factors reigned. Now exactly the opposite; loot - that is the main thing for the current leadership. Everything else is only insofar as it concerns the dough or the security of that management model and territory that provides an inflow of dough.
After all, since the twenties of the last century we have been pumping excessive funds into the “development of ethnic autonomies”, national minorities and small nations. Moreover, the state-forming Russian population sometimes does not even have normal living conditions.

Not in the eyebrow but in the eye! At the expense of Central Russia and primarily at the expense of the Russian countryside, the cultural and economic level of national formations rose. Now, representatives of national minorities, having received education, material wealth, settled in the capitals and other large Russian cities with arrogance, arrogance and contempt, look at the Russians, they teach the Russians through their lips, not forgetting to blame the Russians for all the country's misfortunes.
Until we change our way of life, while living in Russia, we will try to become normal Russian people, I mean Russians in the spiritual and cultural sense, we will not have a normal salary either.

The authorities actively oppose all Russian. It impedes the self-awareness of Russians, any attempt to unite and self-organize the Russian people, up to the ban on performing Russian folk songs and dances in the streets and squares.

Igor Anatolevich Romanov - Advisor to the Director of RISI, Doctor of Sociology. Born in 1971 in Blagoveshchensk, Amur Region, he graduated from the History Department of the Ural State Pedagogical Institute, Russian Academy of Civil Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, and the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Position held before joining RISI - Head of the Department for Internal Policy of the Office of the Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District. And as with such a smart department head:
Many Far Easterners, as well as residents of the south of Russia, have already lost the opportunity for self-development, for self-organization. The argument “the state has abandoned us” became the main excuse for very widespread occupations - speculation and theft of natural resources. By the way, this activity is more often called “business”. It is incredibly painful to look at this degradation of ours, even in the Caucasus, even in the Far East.

A few questions: RISS, is it a civil engineering institute? If yes, why does the director of this institute need a doctor-adviser in sociology. He teaches the director how to teach future builders, ideologically correct to build barns? If RISS is just another Institute for "globalization of the world space and socio-communal politics", which in Russia are like a makhorka fool, then again, why does its director need such an advisor. He himself knows how to deal with financial speculation and the sale of government positions. And it's really bad if this next sharashka is also supported by taxpayers' money. This is most likely the case, because not a single capitalist for his money will support an Advisor from the director of a scientific institution.
Judging by the "combat" biography of the "adviser" to him, his sharp criticism of Khloponin, the latter simply kicked him out of the trough, which led to the writing of the article. The real state of affairs in the Caucasus has nothing to do with this. Khloponin, of course, has no more idea about the Caucasus than an adviser. For this reason, both he and the advisor see only one recipe; we will declare Orthodoxy (in a region inhabited mainly by Muslims) as the dominant force and then we will live happily. At the same time, both are not at all embarrassed by the fact that Mr. Bilalov, who stole in Sochi, was a true believer, and Mr. Serdyukov was repeatedly seen in the church with a candle. Apparently, the point is not the confessional affiliation of the patriotic leader, but his literacy and decency. What kind of decency can we talk about when an official of any level: a) sees who is at the head of the country, b) knows how he got there, c) He understands that in order to move up the career ladder, he needs to allocate a certain amount to a higher official.

Many political scientists speak of the close change of the envoy of Alexander Khloponin,
It is high time. For only one program of resettlement of the unemployed from the North Caucasus region to different regions of Russia (people are struggling with unemployment, getting sick).
Look, the guys from Norilsk told how such "immigrants" receive considerable allowances, have employment benefits, even if they do not have the appropriate education, and then playfully "hammer" into work at a factory or in a mine and retrain as hucksters, taxi drivers, etc. P.

On the topic of "the future of Russia": we need to radically change our policy towards the Caucasus. From the reduction of subsidies and strict control over them, to the suppression of the "protection" of the representatives of this region by cops and regional state structures.
There we had a demonstration case in Nsk that week - a proud dzhigit from Dagestan, 18 years old, came to study as a pediatrician in honey. On the Internet, I quarreled with a girl and then broke her into a universal dining room. She took the beatings, dashed off the application and made this case public. People gathered in toga near honey - it should be said here that the child of the mountains promised the young lady to visit her father, say - call dad, let him come - men from 35 years and older and held a peaceful (but noisy) rally on the topic of similar treatment of this girl specifically and everyone else in general.
The hero of the occasion, of course, did not appear. And then it turned out that he drove off to his native Dagestan.
So this is me to the fact that the policy of condescension to the residents of the Caucasus by the authorities even for their misconduct and in general crimes (in some cases) will not lead to anything good, especially for the Caucasians themselves. because we, other residents of the country, do not need such compatriots (I only note that I have absolutely nothing against normal, adequate people from those regions).

But whether the authorities have enough political will to change the existing policy, the question is very interesting.

Another urapatriotic conversation, what has been written has been rewritten a hundred times and nothing new! And the eternal Russian question has remained "what to do?"

The answer to the Russian question "what to do?" It has long been formulated: - to create a Russian national state. Until Russia becomes a national state for the Russian people, this whole mess described in this messy article will continue. To opponents from Russian national minorities and representatives of peoples from the former Soviet republics who object to this prospect, I will answer tolerantly, but firmly: you all have your own national states, but we don’t. And to decide whether we need our own national state all the same, not for you, but for us.
But to the Russian question "what to do?" the question “how to do?” is usually attached. And the answer to this question is formulated: in a civilized manner, through political actions and within the framework of the law. And also by self-organizing the Russian people themselves without empty hopes for the current Russian government.
And this is already happening. This year, Russian marches were held in eighty cities of Russia and beyond. Watch the video and compare the Russian march in the city of Tula, with demonstrations in Greece, France, Italy and other "civilized" countries of Europe. After all, how much more civilized and cultural are our demonstrations. No turning over and setting fire to cars, no breaking of shop windows and no extremism. The column moves along the sidewalk without even interfering with transport. That's how organizing and uniting, we will win! By the way, based on the results of all the Russian Marches, a resolution has been formulated in which there is an answer to all the questions raised in the article. The current Russian state is not built for the Russians, against the Russians, and at the expense of the Russians.

The fate of not Russia, but the RUSSIAN PEOPLE will, in many ways, be decided tomorrow, 30 NovemberIn Novosibirsk.

Many may already have heard that an unauthorized meeting took place in Novosibirsk on November 23 The Descent of the Russian Fathers, in connection with another case of Caucasian lawlessness within the walls of Novosibirsk Medical University.

Today, by order No. 1659, Said Kapiev was expelled from the Medical University.

But at the same time, the authorities, frightened by the popular reaction, made a retaliatory move against the participants of the Meeting. The Novosibirsk police, who had previously stated that the people who supported Christina last weekend, did not violate the law, changed their minds. A protocol was drawn up against Evgeny Loginov, he is accused of an unauthorized rally. Now he is awaiting trial, and Kapiev safely hid in his "small homeland".

The Novosibirsk initiative group of citizens informs that in connection with the flight of the student of the Dagestan, Kapiev Said, who is suspected of committing a crime, in Novosibirsk on November 30 at 13-00 a second PEOPLE'S ASSEMBLY will be held.

We demand that the authorities and law enforcement agencies take all measures to search for the suspect and bring him to justice not only under Article 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, but also x.NUMXbecause his actions against the injured Christina Kumeda were pronounced incitement to national hatred, manifested in public insults of the victim on a national basis, and humiliation of human dignity.

In addition to the requirements regarding Kapiev, at the People’s Assembly will be collected signatures against the construction of the MOSQUE in the area of Snegiri / Rodniki. Russian residents of the Snegiri / Rodniki district are asking all citizens who are not indifferent to what is happening, to postpone their affairs, come and put their signature.

People’s gathering on November 30 is AUTHORIZED by the Novosibirsk City Hall.

PS Everyone who is now in Novosibirsk please go to the gathering tomorrow to support our Comrade, as well as to notify your friends, relatives, neighbors and colleagues of the planned action.

The author is like a patriot, but interethnic problems are precisely the result of the policy of liberalists both in 1917 and 1991, when the ONE states — the RUSSIAN EMPIRE and the USSR — collapsed, leading to the formation of new national states. And it was the Bolsheviks who managed to reunite the state, which had disintegrated into parts. On the denial of the example and grandeur of the Soviet period in the history of Russia, the Russian people cannot be rallied. To unite the Russian people is possible only with respect to ALL history, both to the tsarist period of history and to the Soviet one. The revolution of 1917 is a revolution of workers and peasants. A SMALL party of Bolsheviks only united and rallied their ranks ...

In the Caucasus, nothing new needs to be invented - it is only necessary to creatively apply the methods of managing these territories that our ancestors have developed for centuries. At the time of General Ermolov, all methods seem to have been used in Chechnya: peace-loving diplomacy and power. Robber raids on Russian wagons, on highland neighbors, hostage-taking and the slave trade continued under any regime of relations with the Chechens and with any agreements with them. Unfortunately, international civilized European law in the Caucasus has never worked. The oath given to the “infidel" meant little to Muslims. That is why in the documents of that time the word “amanat” flashes all the time - a hostage whom Muslims usually “attached” to the agreement as a guarantee of the fulfillment of the agreement. Shamil himself understood this. Much later, Shamil admitted: “I used brutal measures against the highlanders: many people were killed on my orders ... I beat the Shatoevites, and the Andeans, and the Talbutins, and the Ichkeria; but I didn’t beat them for their loyalty to the Russians - you know that they didn’t show it then, but for their bad nature, prone to robbery and robbery ... And you will beat them for the same inclination, which is very difficult for them to leave. Therefore, I am not ashamed of my affairs and am not afraid to answer God for them. ” Over the years, this position of Shamil only strengthened, he believed that he ruled “bad people, robbers who only then would do anything good when they saw that a saber hanging over their heads had already cut down several heads”. “If I did otherwise,” concludes Shamil, “I would have to give an answer to God, and he would punish me for not punishing my people.”
