A policeman pulled a family of three out of a burning car
In the Tula region, a police officer saved three people from a burning car, and, as it turned out later, four lives, reports the UMVD region on Thursday.
On 142 km of the Kaluga-Tula-Mikhailov-Ryazan highway, near the village of Anishino of the Venevsky district, two cars collided. As a result of the accident, the cars caught fire.
By the will of the case, close to the scene of the incident was the senior group of the detention of the private security department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Venevsky district, Sergey Makarov, who had a day off on that day.
Seeing burning cars and hearing cries for help, he, along with two other eyewitnesses of the incident, rushed to help. Risking their lives, they pulled a whole family out of the cabin of one of the cars - people received various injuries and could not get out on their own. The man, his pregnant spouse and their three-year-old son were moved to a safe distance and provided first aid. Later they were transferred to the doctors who arrived on the scene.
Unfortunately, the two men from the second car could not be saved. As a result of an accident, both cars were completely burned out.
The saved family was hospitalized, and a few days later the woman became a mother for the second time. The whole family, including a newborn daughter, is under the supervision of physicians.
The father of the family sent a letter to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Tula region saying that:
“Dear Sergey Alexandrovich!
I would like to mention the senior police group of the detention of the departmental security department of the OMVD of Russia in Venevsky district, police ensign Sergei Viktorovich Makarov, who saved me, pregnant wife and young son from a burning car, at the risk of his own life, as a result of an accident. I am deeply indebted to him.
I also want to thank all the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs department in the Venevsky district who took part in our fate. Low bow to you!
Best regards,
Sergey Pravalov, Moscow "
At the same time, the man wants the policeman who saved them to become the godfather of the newborn girl.
