Memorial content. How our “TV elite” honored the memory of Thatcher and Chernomyrdin

78

Counting the number of wreaths, expensive cars, analysis of the location of the grave, the status of those who came to grieve - all this can tell how long and how they will remember the deceased. In these details - and echoes stories, and signs of momentary conjuncture.

However, the greatest contribution to the posthumous reputation still makes television. It is here that the context and nature of the mention of a dead person are determined, and therefore a hierarchy of values is created.

The death of Margaret Thatcher, reflected by Russian television channels, did not allow the viewer to figure out what this significant historical figure was, however, gave food for thought about the people working on TV, their worldview and political preferences.

Many of our channels, and this is an indicative fact, even changed the broadcasting schedule on the day of the sad news for them about the death of the former British Prime Minister.

This means that the technically difficult action was preceded by volunteers, telephone conversations of the authorities. One can imagine how important the uncle and aunts fussed about when choosing memorial content. Teleklerki wool database, clarified ownership of copyright, evaluated the ideology of what the Russian audience should know about the late "Iron Lady".

In the archives of "Russia" there was a film, the degree of complementarity of which fully corresponded to the tradition of speaking at the funeral ceremony with sweetness and anxiety.

The only confusion was: he was shot by Nikolai Svanidze, as they say, with a lump in his throat long before Thatcher's death and did not contain any serious analytics, which is inherent in professional journalistic research.

Simply put, this film is frankly bad, and its author is ridiculous in his operetta role as a romantic youth who is in love with an elderly baroness. It was especially strange to watch the film of Nikolai Karlovich to those who understood that Thatcher personally participated in the destruction of their homeland. However, it was precisely this circumstance that certainly served as an impulse to Svanidze’s ardent feeling towards the lady of the heart.

On the First they showed an imported film about the “Iron Lady”, in which there were many barbs addressed to the Soviet Union. The film was made with love for the heroine, however, watching Thatcher in the newsreel, for her arrogant utterances and flirtatious grimaces, it was difficult to get rid of the thought that the Russian audience was being fooled. With other music, without an obsessive pathetic note, with other offscreen text (which reported, for example, on the destruction of the UK coal industry, the unique British car industry, which provides statistics on the victims of the war with Argentina), Thatcher’s history of the board would have caused the audience quite well-founded dislike

However, nothing like our TV about Thatcher, unfortunately, did not say. We are not talking about the fact that television should spit in a fashionable grave. Although TV is not a diplomatic department, and in a situation where an enemy dies, it can do without special ceremonies.

But for this, television workers must at least consider Thatcher as an enemy. But in this department, on the contrary, Margaret is an attractive symbol.

What symbol? What is so attracted to the liberal crowd of her image? In addition to the trendy anglomania, there is something deep, significant. What makes Ivan Urgant change the humorous tone to pathos (the first time in many years) and tell the tragic news in the final humorous program with a wet eye. By the way, it was precisely this mise-ensemble that turned out to be more powerful in propaganda than numerous lisoblyudskih films about Thatcher. The jester, the prankster, the scabbler, took off his mask at the tomb of the queen and wept, didn’t it, a strong move? ..

So what is Margaret? How did she captivate the minds of the Moscow intelligentsia public?

This audience has always been supportive of witches. The image of Bulgakov Margaret laid down on the soul of the Soviet educators, homegrown mystics with an unwashed head, but a pure aura. In the late eighties, this stratum, let's say in a fashionable manner, became the environment where the cult of the literary witch Margarita harmoniously complemented the cult of the geopolitical witch Margaret, as a result of the synthesis of which a completely physical, strange, angular image appeared - Galina Starovoitova, but, incidentally, the speech was not about her…

The libertarian views of our “elite” became the basis of the Russian cult of Thatcher.

Thoughts and hopes of admirers of St. Petersburg Alice Rosenbaum, almost our primordial libertarian who left the Soviet Union in the 20 of the last century, settled in America and took on the resounding pseudonym Ayn Rand, embodied in the image of the “iron lady”. It was this lady, with her hilarious in details philosophy of total individualism, that firmly conquered the minds of the free-thinking Russian public (from Latynina to Chichvarkin). Ain Rand’s beautifully published books come out in Russia in thousands of copies, her “philosophical concepts” are distributed by speakers of libertarianism with knowledge of marketing secrets - unobtrusively, with enthusiastic clatter of language, which is intended to emphasize the forbiddenness and sweetness of the fetus. For the writer and “philosopher” Ayn Rand, the main thing is the freedom of the individual in everything, without any ethical framework, but with the only prohibition - it is impermissible to violate the boundaries of foreign private property. Ayn Rand stands for the primacy of competition, the rejection of any form of paternalism, the exclusion from the life of an individual of the factor of the state, inevitably, in its opinion, encroaching on personal freedom.

The tragic kiss of the Russian elitarians of cold forehead of Margaret is also a libertarianism without a leg, a declaration of views, a demonstration of a system of values, the main thing in which is contempt for the Soviet, Russian state, but in no case, of course, not for the British or American, to guard these borders Russian elite to death ...

An important event in the context of the chosen theme was the film, which was released on the Russia 1 channel for the 75 anniversary of Viktor Chernomyrdin. Sergey Brilev called his work “Femdom” - famously and at the same time with a feeling of unlimited devotion.

The only drawback of the film is that it does not have a caption "for publicity". If the viewer immediately became aware of the author's intention - to make an extensive advertising video - there would be no questions. But Sergey Brilev, the presenter of the final program on “Russia 1”, who usually acts as an analyst, did not inform the viewer that this time he turned into advertising agents.

The author had to solve a seemingly impossible task, with which he (let's say, running ahead) brilliantly coped. It was necessary to present the political biography of his hero as a chain of glorious achievements. And not just some personal, chernomyrdin ones, but as many as the achievements of all Russia. This apology of the victories of the Black-and-White War required the use of unique technologies. It is clear from the film that not all interviewees easily agreed to discuss the figure of Chernomyrdin in a complimentary tone. Therefore, it should be so cut and nespandor ambiguous comment that he looked like praise. And it turned out!

Only an attentive viewer was able to notice that, for example, Igor Ivanov could not convincingly prove the value of Chernomyrdin’s contribution to the negotiation process between the Americans and Milosevic.

It even seemed that the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, on the contrary, criticized the actions of the special envoy, that somewhere in the archives of Brilev there is an uncut synchronous one that can be used in some future film with the conditional name “The Betrayal of Serb Brothers”.

Jumping from one flimsy hummock to another, from one glorious milestone to the next, Sergey Brilev did not manage to fall into the muddy slime of disappointments. Even telephone conversations with Basayev were presented as a victory of humanity over treachery. Behind the scenes there is everything that followed after this arrogant assignment of others' powers, all that “terrorist activity”, as a result of which hundreds of people died.

The victory of Russia was, it turns out, the activities of the CWS in the Gore – Chernomyrdin commission. In an interview, Al Gore recalled the jokes of a colleague, and the authors of the film confined themselves to this “little man” without mentioning which particular national interests of Russia were surrendered within the framework of this very commission. As if the media never wrote that only on the rejection of military-technical cooperation with Iran, Russia lost about 4 billion dollars, those more dollars in the mid-nineties.

And of course, Chernomyrdin did a good job, because he saved Chubais from the attacks of the reactionary deputies, did not let him be fired, which Chubais himself happily told about. And Yeltsin Chernomyrdin supported 93 in October, but it is not yet known how everything would turn out. And in Ukraine, he fulfilled the most important diplomatic mission, during which, however, the orange came to power.

It is rightly said that the Black Sea Fleet saved Gazprom, it is noted what it cost him, not mentioned, what it cost Gazprom, whether the hero of the film became a shareholder of the gas monopolist. Maybe he did not ... Well, they would say so!

In the film, the presentation of the collection of vintage cars of Victor Stepanovich takes place in the film. How much is the collection? But who cares about it? .. The main thing is that everything has been carefully restored, including the “gift” (as stated in the film) by the Orsk residents of the lorry, which used to stand on a pedestal, and even earlier it was driven by Chernomyrdin’s father. The story seemed to be unsaid, it’s somehow strange that for some reason the monument to the workhorse of the Great Patriotic War was removed from the pedestal. Well, I went to her, for example, Chernomyrdin's father, and now what? .. The camera grabbed mostly domestic cars, trying, apparently, to emphasize the collector’s patriotic aspirations, but there’s also Western, bourgeois, for example, Mercedes 540K . About this instance, evil tongues say that it was donated to Chernomyrdin by Boris Berezovsky, and bought for more than a million dollars at a foreign auction. There are a lot of rumors around this collection of rarities, some even claimed that it was part of the “Rolls-Royce” that disappeared from the Historical Museum, which Lenin traveled after the revolution, and formerly members of the royal family ... There is such a legend ... the descendants of Chernomyrdin, whether this is so, refute the slander, but journalist Brilev, of course, is not interested in such details. The main thing is the winning general line ...

Television funerals, television memorial events have long been turned into an endless, narrowly corporate event. The general list is not drawn up on television, but in the heavenly office, but the list of the chosen ones is occupied by TV.

That, according to which ranking the degree of pompousness of farewell is chosen, cannot but raise questions. I do not want to juggle the names of those who were deprived of attention. We only note that politicians, artists, and on that and in this world represent not only themselves, but also social groups. The liberals stand behind one person, the patriots behind the other, the primitives behind the third, the left behind the fourth. It is impossible not to take this circumstance into account when formulating a television broadcasting policy. Rather, it is possible, but such a situation will annoy the viewer and beyond ...

Although it was thought right now, maybe it’s good that television does not notice the death of patriots, patriots, disenfranchists, does not remember the jubilees of the communists, statesmen, but pompously buries liberals, anti-Sovietists, a breed of freedom-loving people, generation of compradors, fat cats ... Maybe there is some higher justice, an unexpected chance to watch the endless procession of despised and hated ones into another world. You look, you look - and already neither gloating, nor bitterness remains.

It is enough to understand what kind of person it was that she considered Mechnyi to be her best friend and ally in the struggle for democracy. And he didn’t even come to the funeral of his best friend, as I was going to kill .... oh, that’s how he remained.

Margaret Thatcher did not like the political system that was in the Union, the people have nothing to do with it. When the question was about the collapse of the Soviet Union, she came to Kiev and spoke in the Verkhovna Rada, and dissuaded from independence.
Chernomyrdin, in comparison with others, was a good guy. The trouble is, everyone has to do what they learned. We have everything according to Lenin. There is a caste of "leaders" who don't care what to steer, so they rule. They rule so hard that they are already bored.

I watched our TV, I honestly say, and this is not only my opinion, it seemed that the great respected politician and man in the Russian Federation died, on all channels, everywhere and everywhere, broadcasts and news about the death of a man who made a lot of efforts to destroy our country . So much hypocrisy, swagger and knicksen was in our media. I wanted to spit on these populations from our media. There is no respect for either his people or the country. And this is not the first time. Somehow we have already dealt with this topic here.

Our media is the diocese of liberalists, the media are clearly not friends of Russia. It was always, unfortunately. At the beginning of the century, all the media were in the hands of one hostile nation of the autocracy, newspapers played a decisive role in discrediting power and promoting liberal ideas. Why do not we see the central channels of Prokhanov, Starikov, Fedorov, but only Svanidze, Pozner and so on representatives of one nation

Thatcher is a smart and treacherous enemy of the USSR and Russia.
The lady draws to the quintessential personification of eternal British policy towards Russia.
By her death, a program about how she "verbanula" Gorby and contributed to the collapse of the USSR would have been useful.
Enemies must be known by sight and studied. And talk about its role in "moving the world away from the abyss of a nuclear war", I perceive as a continuation of the liberal propaganda of the 80-90s.

      >> But in this department (our TV), on the contrary, Margaret is an attractive character. >> We must stop paying them - and you will see, they will show the same thing and even better show impudent money.

Insolence for Russia has always been among the first allies ... with which enemies are no longer necessary. Whose cruisers and shells did the Japanese have in 1904-5? Who clamped cardiff for Russian cruisers at coal stations? And remember a little earlier, the Crimean War? And the Berlin rout of Russian diplomats after Skobelev’s success in Bulgaria? Even earlier - yes here: Golovnin went to the Pacific Ocean in 1807, and then the Tilsit peace happened with Napoleon and me. The impudent men immediately arrested all Russian ships and cargoes, detained our sloop in Cape Town - and ours sunbathed there for almost a year, until Golovnin studied the wind and habits of the English ships and arranged an escape. Again - in the murder of Paul 1, many see the British track.
For one, though not ashamed - for shooting at point blank range from the cannons of their dragoon regiment near Balaklava (they even made a film about this) - and for the rout in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. Their admiral was so ashore there and shot himself, counting the losses.
... But if our kings had at least a third more attention to the East Ocean and the fleet on it, there would have been a better squadron there — they could have threatened their colonies — Singapore and Ceylon with India.
Kudaaa ... Even they themselves abandoned Hawaii, not to mention Alaska.

I remember the broadcast of the negotiations between the PMC and Basayev ...
I certainly didn’t have any sense of confidence that what was happening would lead to a positive result for Russia ...
And it was like that - some kind of murky yooh (sort of like in power), speaks menacingly with the main bandit, who has a bunch of armed scumbags behind the wall and a couple of kalashas at arm's length ... Who was Chernomyrdin for him? Ugh! Some Moscow pepper is a parquet politician ...
Judging by the tone of the conversation, the PMC could not convincingly say anything. Any harsh criminal authority in those days was more intelligible and dangerous than a whole PMC, behind which the army, aviation and navy ...

It was necessary to soak these impudent bandits in spite of the victims of innocent people - all one thing turned out so that thousands of innocent citizens of Russia, Russians, Chechens, Tatars, etc. were injured. And not Chechens in Ichkeria, and long before the events, darkness had already "fallen down" ...
It was necessary to soak in the toilets already then, right away! And in the end, do not let go of blah blah blah on luxury buses under the protection of the federal troops and the Ministry of Internal Affairs - you see, the womb of the Chechens who were alive and their homies from the Middle East would have fallen right away, immediately and forever.

And M. Thatcher - the suka was finished ... Both in foreign policy and for his own, as it turned out now, people ... Now let him turn as a "fan" next to Bereza and the same murky "heroes" World Stories.

What a pity that our enemies die in honor and in bed. Margaret Thatcher:
(Report on the collapse of the USSR, USA, Houston, 11.1991)
The Soviet Union is a country that posed a serious threat to the Western world. I am not talking about a military threat. She, in fact, was not. Our countries are quite well armed, including nuclear weapons.
I mean the economic threat. Thanks to a planned policy and a peculiar combination of moral and material incentives, the Soviet Union managed to achieve high economic indicators. The percentage of growth in gross national product was approximately two times higher than in our countries. If we take into account the enormous natural resources of the USSR, then with the rational management of the economy the Soviet Union had very real opportunities to oust us from world markets.
Therefore, we have always taken actions aimed at weakening the economy of the Soviet Union and creating internal difficulties for it.

I didn't understand our television at all. Many acquaintances say: "Imagine, Thatcher died!" I still don’t understand what is it about Russia. Died and to hell with her! That’s for whom, but for the British, I definitely will not grieve! Some kind of nonsense! We must honor our people, not the fucking hillock!

Thatcher is a lioness, but dead. And let those who are supposed to do it (God and worms), but not TV, which represents Russia. Thatcher, Berezovsky, ChVS, soon the years of EBN are not TV, a team of mourners, with an "accentuated" assessment of their role in the life of the country. I understand - the right of a journalist, but you have to learn from Thatcher, to defend the interests of YOUR country.

Yes, well, well, our TV loves to tell us about the "achievements" of all Western leaders who have died, forgetting how much harm they have brought to our country. The fact that they hated the USSR does not mean that after its collapse they fell in love with Russia. Is it really difficult for someone to understand that by harming the country, they harmed its people as well.
And how many tears were shed in due time over the death of Princess Diana, who is no one to us at all. And on the same days, our great Artist Yuri Nikulin died, which was reported as if on a slip. And direct reports and lamentations from the deathbed of the Pole Wojtyla, who laid down his life in the fight against the USSR. Now here is the funeral of the "iron lyad".
And now we are waiting for who is next. Maybe this one:

Jokes are jokes, but the main television channels are captured by the enemy. To put it mildly, it is surprising that some Russian state. figures (especially women) openly admire Thatcher, a clear enemy.

Notice that the source is the most to eat ....

[i] We, of course, are not Vladimir Volfovich and are not going to count how many "ethnically impure" elements are on our television. Doing this is both stupid and anti-human. We just want to understand what is the contribution of Jews to domestic (it just so happened!) TV.

The fact that this contribution was quite a lot could be seen the other day by seeing the next ceremony for the television workers to present TEFI figurines to each other (the work, by the way, of Ernst the Unknown). Among those who stood on the stage, went up on stage, didn’t fall on it and just sat in the auditorium there were many people who were of interest to us.

Their creative achievements and accomplishments will be discussed below. Let's say right away that the Jewish topic as such is rarely raised on our television and usually after midnight (as happened recently in the new program of Boris Berman and Ildar Zhindarev "Without Protocol", when the country's chief rabbi came to visit them). Israeli serials and programs are not shown here either. Another premiere of TV-6 became a good swallow in this sense (meaning "Countdown" - an excellent game translated from Hebrew).

National Jewish holidays are also not favored by domestic TV, except that local channels will show the opening ceremony of the next festival or Hanukkah concert. And, of course, in the news, everyone and everyone (and with a different accent) is talking about the visits of the Israeli minister, the meetings of the Knesset and the terrorist attacks of the Palestinians.

So, rather, on our television, not a Jewish note sounds, but an Israeli note itself (which, of course, is not the same thing).

This is all the more offensive because there are plenty of people of a certain nationality among our television people, and one of them could have made a rating "national" program for a long time. However, instead of empty dreams, let's turn to reality.

And let's start with the main, state, albeit second in order number, channel. Here, together with his "Mirror", Nikolai Svanidze presents diagnoses to the whole country; Sasha and Lolita wish this country a permanent "Good morning"; and, finally, the ageless Regina Dubovitskaya and her dubious "Full House" entertain the country; as well as the cheerful Alexander Gurevich with his too tenacious "Hundred to One".

Let's add here Klara Novikova, who is trying to find out in line with Elena Yakovleva what a woman wants and what has long ceased to be ridiculous "Gorodok" with Oleinikov-Stoyanov still inhabiting it (and receiving the Academy Award for this simple business).

We especially note the rapidly gaining momentum and in the blink of an eye who became the general producer of the channel Valery Todorovsky, who until recently was responsible for the series. There is nothing specifically Jewish in the "multi-episodes" produced by the young director yet, but the new films that "Russia" plays tirelessly are full of national names, surnames and heroes.

In general, as you have probably already seen, we do not have state anti-Semitism (as well as the propaganda of Zionism)!

Nor are they on another, semi-state channel, the former patrimony of Berezovsky. But do not consider, in fact, specifically "Jewish" transmissions of the boorish-business-like Leonid Yakubovich, the amazed Maksim Galkin, the eternally enthusiastic hoarse Vitaly Wolf. Neither the unsinkable KVN (where both in the jury and on the stage play a lot of ours in fun and resourcefulness), nor the eternal "Yeralash", nor the surviving "What? Where? When?" in general, do not relate to the topic. And even Posner's "Times", with all due respect to the President of the Russian Television Academy, rarely raise the "Jewish question".

Where "ours" are visible or invisible, it is on the channel "Culture"It is not for nothing that our culture is headed by Minister Shvydkoy. In addition to concerts of classical music performed by violinists and cosmopolitan conductors, films about the Holocaust and programs about Soviet intelligence officers, on "Culture" you can see the programs of such experts in their field as the wonderful brilliant Yuri Bashmet, Artem Vargaftik, full of self-admiration Alexander Belinsky, handsome Igor Butman , pompous Yuri Mamin, always confused and childishly naive Nika Strizhak.

Not to mention the retrospectives of the classics of the domestic fiction and documentary films, of numerous cartoons and cultural news not devoid of Jewish colors. However, do not expect sharp questions or truly ethnographic stories from this channel with state symbols.

They will be found on another √ recently unknown √ channel, the current estate of the already mentioned Berezovsky. And reports from hot spots (including from Palestine), and heated discussions on the Arab question, and spelling things by their proper names (black and black, anti-Semitism √ anti-Semitism) migrated from the old NTV to the new TV-6.

Together with the witty and artistic Viktor Shenderovich, growing before the eyes of the granddaughter of the composer Listov Lisa, namesake Levins √ chief producer and chief designer.

However, the main thing is not who is who, but who works how. And the new old channel is working wonderfully well, constantly releasing new programs, experimenting with both content and design. Not shying away from the so-called "Jewish theme".

It is no coincidence that in Israel, where our first, second and fourth buttons used to be watched, now they en masse switch to the "six". Indeed, what difference does it make what nationality TV is, it is important that it be REAL.

PS We did not list all the Jews from the TV at all. Behind the scenes were Leonid Yarmolnik with his "L-club", and the know-it-all Ganapolsky with his "Detective Club", and the smart Savik Shuster with his numerous projects, and Andrey Makarevich under his savory lampshade, and Mikhail Shirvindt and the dogs from Dog -show ". My commander, already quoted on this website, is Vice Admiral G.A. Radzevsky often used to say to us: "History does not teach, it teaches lessons!" This is one of his aphorisms. What lesson are they trying to teach us from the screen about recent (recent) history? But the one described in the article - enemies become friends, traitors become heroes. Say - don't watch TV like prof. Preobrazhensky said about Soviet newspapers? A good idea, but it won't work, because you will fly out of the information field. Well, okay I ... but the youngsters take everything at face value.
There is nothing to say about Margaret Thatcher, let the United Kingdom mourn or spit on her, not our business. And I will remember the anecdote of those years: "Gorbachev gets out of bed Thatcher, wipes off you know what, and says:" I was glad to crush the entire bourgeoisie of England at once, "and Margaret, even from bed, replies:" And I was pleased to feel the end of communism. " Political jokes reflect reality, but now they are not.
But not an anecdote - remember ChVSovskoe in Buinaksk: "Shamil Basayev, Shamil Basayev ..." Even then I wanted to shoot this ... prime minister.
And then - the opening of the monument to EBN in Sverdlovsk, Medvedev, pathos ... They still did not demolish this statue, but the Slovlovites ?! It is high time. In my hometown of Penza, they wanted to name the new library by the name of EBN (I said then that my legs would not be in it, despite the invitation), thank God - they refused, they left the name of Lermontov. Well done!
Here are such lessons. And the memories on TV about these characters, as about the saviors of Russia! And while this is the case, nothing will change in our country.

All of them praise and to their heart press their native image of the eternal enemy M. Thatcher. And of course, the former Soviet ambassador to Greece, whose son is a dollar billionaire, also seeks to cling to this person. Surprised by the affectionate, sacred sobbing of the former Soviet Prime Minister Ryzhkov about another baroness who had gone into the world. Soon the Great Celebration, our leaders will publicly remember with great fanfare the great feat of the Soviet people, having laid mud on the Generalisimus, will enthusiastically cry about the main creators of the Victory-penalty companies and battalions, and then forget it until the next holiday, and the surviving WWII veterans will hope for the promised separate apartment, and at this time Madame Vasiliev will continue to languish in the terrible dungeons of a 13-room apartment. Recall that the text of the leaflets contained an appeal to all Jews and representatives of other nationalities to gather in the PERMM museum with a stock of food and valuable things.
