Competition of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for the best researcher of military education began
The competition is held among representatives of military authorities, military units and organizations of the Armed Forces of Russia, teaching staff, adjuncts and doctoral students of educational institutions of the military department.In 2013, the contestants will have to submit research works, military theoretical works, scientific works and monographs, teaching materials, as well as dissertations for the degree of doctor of science or candidate of science in the field of military education, military education and training .
Scientific materials are accepted until April 19 by the relevant commissions established in 13 by the universities organizing the competition events.
The winners and prize-winners of the competition will be determined by an expert commission of the Ministry of Defense of Russia.
For material incentives, the authors of the best scientific papers and works are awarded 2 first prizes for 350 thousand rubles, 4 second for 300 thousand rubles and 6 third for 250 thousand rubles.
The author of the best dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Science will receive 350 thousand rubles, and two authors of the best dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Science will be awarded 250 thousand rubles award.
Detailed information about the conditions of participation and the timing of the competition
In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation 2008 of the year No. 245, in 2013, a competition is held for the best scientific work performed by the personnel of military command bodies, military units and organizations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as well as permanent staff, adjuncts and doctoral students of educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense Of the Russian Federation on the section - research works, military theoretical works, scientific works and monographs, dissertations for the degree of doctor or Candidate of Science in the field of military education, military education and training, as well as textbooks.
Competition commissions have been set up at the university organizers of the competition (annex), which until 19 April 2013 accept research papers submitted for the competition.
At the final stage of the competition, the expert commission of the Ministry of Defense of Russia examines the scientific works selected by the competition commissions.
According to the results of the work of the expert commission of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the best scientific works are awarded no more than:
the first two awards for 350000 rubles each;
four second prizes for 300000 rubles each;
six third premiums for 250000 rubles each;
one award in the amount of 350000 rubles - for the author of the thesis for the degree of Doctor of Science;
two awards in the amount of 250000 rubles each - for authors of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences.
