Taking into account the supply of new equipment, a new training base will be created to allow 75-80% of the time to train crews ashore to save resources.

Kaliningrad Shipyard "Yantar" will build for the Russian Navy a total of six frigates of the 1135.6 project. The lead ship of this series, the frigate "Admiral Grigorovich" was laid 18 December 2010 of the year. 8 July 2011, the plant laid the second building - the frigate "Admiral Essen". The entire series of PSZ "Yantar" will transfer to the fleet in 2014 year.

The boats of this project have the following characteristics: length - 74 meters, maximum depth of immersion - 300 meters, autonomy - 45 days, crew - 52 people. Armament - 6 torpedo tubes, missile ammunition, torpedoes, mines - 18 units.
