The United States declares the rejection of the 4 th stage of the deployment of a missile defense system in Europe: a victory for Russia, or a reason to think?

81
Sensational information at the end of last week came from the United States of America. Representatives of the US military announced that the stars and stripes state is going to deploy additional interceptor missiles in East Asia because of the threat posed by the DPRK. But the sensation itself is not the case. Under Secretary of Defense James Miller announced that due to the reduced funding of US military programs, the 4 phase of the deployment of European missile defense would have to be abandoned, which meant that by the year 2021 Europe would have to completely modernize interceptors, which after modernization will be able to hit even intercontinental ballistic missiles.

THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense)

It is worth recalling that the American authorities have been talking about the deployment of large-scale missile defense in Europe over the past few years. This program received approval from the White House in 2009, and the first stage of the deployment of the European missile defense system has already become a reality. This stage consisted in the commissioning of military ships equipped with antimissiles in the Mediterranean Sea on combat duty. The next stage of Washington’s plan should be completed in the 2015 year, when elements of a ground-based missile defense system will begin to operate in Romania. The end of the third phase of the implementation - 2018 year, when the next elements of the European missile defense system will appear in Poland and begin full operation.

About a month ago, the United States analyzed the situation with the strategy of deploying missile defense in Europe and came to the conclusion that this strategy initially had certain defects. In particular, a number of Pentagon experts expressed their opinion that it would be inexpedient to deploy missile defense elements in Romania at all, since the effectiveness of their actions precisely on the territory of this Eastern European country is close to zero. In addition, it was suggested that additional funds may be needed to implement the Polish segment of the European missile defense system, since this project also requires the most thorough refinement. In this regard, the very fact of the implementation of the fourth stage of the deployment of the US missile defense system in Europe looked somewhat doubtful due to the fact that the American authorities themselves cut back the level of funding for military programs. Budget sequestration in the US added even more questions.

And here, to the bitter American regret (and, perhaps, fortunately), an impulsive North Korean leader came to hand, who threatened the United States and their South Korean allies with a nuclear war, if they did not stop provocations against the DPRK.

The question of how obvious or not obvious these provocations were and has already been raised at the Military Review. Therefore, we will not return to it once again, but rather pay attention to the fact that Pyongyang, using the beyond suspiciousness of the “progressive democratic community”, in fact, forced the Americans to open a second front. After all, if the United States didn’t react to Kim Jong-un’s threats, it would be suspicious for both South Koreans and ordinary Americans: they say they are bribing money in Europe to build a shield against the Iranian ephemeral threat The White House and the Senate, and when an absolutely non-ephemeral nuclear threat arises in the East, Washington does not react to it ...

In general, I had to respond. However, so far everything is going on only at the level of statements that in the political world are not always translated into reality. However, suppose that this is the case - the Americans have indeed decided to revise their plans for European missile defense. What does this mean for the Americans themselves, for Europe and for Russia? For the Americans themselves, this can only mean one thing: the printing press is still not a panacea for economic problems. After all, if the US authorities were forced to cut the military budget for the first time in many years, it means that not everything is so rosy in a star-and-striped kingdom. The fact that “the king is naked” (judging by the frantic digits of public debt) was understood by many before, but at the same time they pretended that the “royal robes” were in fact rich and multilayered. But now the “big democratic monarch” himself, in fact, signs that the incarnation of ideas about the protection of all progressive humanity from the “hostile” manifestations of the “axis of evil” is simply “dumb penny” ...
It turns out that the bloated army, the savior of the world, together with the new patronizing cries of the US authorities, does not just cost the Americans a lot of money, but also every time makes them think about it. Unilateral armament under the pretext of saving world democracy seems to have led the United States to understand that the burden of world patron No. XXUMX is unbearable in the current economic situation.

So there was such a blow to the dirt with a democratic face. After the reports of the Pentagon representatives that the anti-missile forces need to be transferred to the Far East, and the embodiment of their plans in Europe to leave for better times, already worried about Europe itself ... The same Romanians are close to realizing that they can simply “throw” , Referring to the North Korean threat. The Poles began to stir too, having heard that new European funds are needed for their part of the European missile defense, the allocation of which the American treasury can afford for the time being with great difficulty. After that, the same representatives of the American military department had to come up with the assurances of their European "friends" that they did not need to worry. That we, they say, refused to stage 4, and the remaining stages, God willing, will realize - without panic, the Romanian brothers! without panic, brothers-poles! ..

At the same time, in Russia, for the time being, the words of major US military officials are being evaluated. After all, these words actually confirm that Russia is winning in a big dispute over the fact of the intensity of development of the missile defense system in Europe. It is the ability of the European missile defense system to work on the interception of intercontinental ballistic missiles that caused Moscow the greatest concern. It turns out that for a long time Moscow itself failed, Pyongyang succeeded: until the threatening tirades of the North Korean authorities, the Americans against Russia gave only oral "guarantees" of the non-objectiveness of the European missile defense system in the Russian Federation. After the DPRK's demarche, the Americans had to generally curtail (in an application manner) European plans and switch the anti-missile defense policy switch to another region.
But the "North Korean threat" for Americans is, in fact, a way out. If it were not for the DPRK leader’s shaking with fists, then the Americans themselves deeper and deeper into the need to keep a powerful anti-missile group in Europe, which, according to a recent analysis done by the Americans themselves, none of the Europeans from a nuclear strike (certainly not Iranian) protects. So Washington raised the question: if all this European “armature” can turn into a senseless scarecrow for the crow, is it worth spending billions on its further build-up, is it not better to put an “effective” shield from several nuclear powers on some pretext that can "slap" from the East: China, Russia and the same North Korea (as a preposition). The US is trying to launder a face that they deigned to fall into the mud ...

Will this US move be a kind of harbinger of warming relations with Russia, which are pretty much frozen by a big political cold? Guessing is not necessary. Russia, even if the implementation of the 4 stage of the deployment of the European missile defense system by the States has ordered to live long, now it is worth assessing the state of things with a cool head. Yes - on the one hand, there is a lot of luck on the European beachhead - the United States outplays plans. On the other hand, the deployment of the US missile defense system in the Far East is clearly not a reason for great optimism, given the fact that the development of Russian Far Eastern territories leaves much to be desired. Obtaining excessive activity in the most poorly populated federal district is dubious luck, despite all the euphoria that the Russian authorities can embrace after US statements about the partial rejection of the development of the Eastern European antimissile direction.

In general, you should not relax. Moreover, until 2021, the year is still oh, how far, and the US authorities are still able to replay their decision once again. It remains to rely on the fact that they will not be given the same national debt, which already today makes Americans think of military economy for once ...

In the United States with the dough, not so hot. And the rejection of Poland and the transfer to Alaska will obviously not be free. In general, the Northerners threw us problems.

esaul - Greetings, Valery! As the saying goes - "how many beer - so many songs ..." - and our "partners" have some kind of "Trishkin Kaftan" it turns out: the Korean scared them - they urgently need to carry their junk from Europe to Asia, but who else will "scare" , the same Persians, for example, and what, then all this gimmick back from Asia to Europe will go? That they will be dragged from corner to corner? Even the printing press will not allow to hide from all sides ... No.

There was no breakthrough: US rejection of European missile defense elements frightening Russia caused new concern in Moscow
The United States’ refusal of the fourth, key stage in the deployment of a missile defense system in Europe (EUROPRO), which many regarded as a breakthrough in Russian-American relations, does not really change anything dramatically. Moscow makes it clear that its main issues have not been resolved, and that it is necessary to continue to seek solid legal guarantees that the system will not be directed against its deterrence forces. Moreover, The changed US plans give rise to new concerns.

And then a fresh version of interceptor missiles in Alaska arrived in time: "For Alaska in court (" Voice of America ", USA) A lawsuit was filed in Russia to invalidate the agreement on the sale of Alaska to the United States. In addition to the return of Alaska and other sold territories, the plaintiffs intend to demand payments of multimillion compensation.
The lawsuit against the federal government of the United States to annul the 1867 treaty was filed with the Moscow Arbitration Court by the Interregional Social Movement in Support of Orthodox Educational and Social Initiatives Bees in the Name of St. Great Martyr Nikita. Article 1867 of the treaty, which was signed in 6, provided for payment of compensation for the lands of Alaska in the amount of 7 million 200 thousand dollars in gold coin, and as a result, the US Treasury handed a check for this amount to the representative of Russian Emperor Alexander II Baron Edward Stekl, and the fate of this check is unknown. The contract indicated the amount of 7 million 200 thousand dollars in gold coin. Literally. And a check was transferred for this amount, which is a direct violation of the contract. The United States, as you know, is a state that prays for the law. At least, political figures in the United States have been criticizing Russia for the fact that our state, as it were, is not entirely legal. Therefore, we believe that they are simply obligated to fulfill our requirement. In the case of a positive decision, that is, the recognition of our claims as substantiated, we require a million dollars per day of delay. We offer to direct this money to charity - to help orphans and children with disabilities in Russia.
This is one of the grounds for the lawsuit. The second ground is supported by Article 3 of the Treaty. This clause provides that the US government must provide residents of Alaska, primarily citizens of the Russian Empire, with accommodation in accordance with their customs and traditions and the faith that they professed at that time. Actually, those tribes that were baptized and became Orthodox have been professing Orthodoxy for 200 years. We believe that the Obama administration’s plans to legalize same-sex marriage in the US infringe on the interests and rights of citizens living in Alaska, as it will be difficult for them to somehow live with it in the future. And as the Russian human rights movement, we will use all opportunities to protect their rights. The American Hasidim, they believe, have some legal grounds to return, or rather even obtain property rights to the Schneerson library, which belongs to Russia. And the American court recognizes the correctness of their claims. And why not the Russian court to recognize the correctness of our claims?
Interestingly, in 2012, the influential newspaper The Washington Post published an article discussing the possibility of selling Alaska (most of its territory belongs to the US federal government) to solve the problem of public debt (this idea was put forward by one of the former Treasury officials who took role model experience of Greece). The article even discussed the possible price of this land and indicated that its subsoil is guaranteed to contain 3,7 billion barrels of oil and 28 billion cubic meters of natural gas, plus gold, coal, iron, etc.

I understand that this is a joking statement. If there were such claims, if they hadn’t - missile defense would have appeared in Alaska anyway. There is only one gene task - to deprive the Russian Federation of the possibility of using its missile potential. Just this step - cost optimization when choosing priority areas in a situation of limited monetary resources.

" Gideon Rahman of The Financial Times calls Europe “disarmed” and writes that once Europeans are left face to face with global threats, and there’s no need to rely on American military assistance. Only Britain and France are serious about national defense today. Only Great Britain and Greece satisfy NATO requirements for the allocation of 2% of GDP for defense. America is tired of bearing three-quarters of all defense spending for the Alliance. The United States is ready to switch to a mode of saving military spending, reduce its presence in Europe and the Middle East and concentrate on the Asia-Pacific region. Europeans will have to cope with threats on their own. These threats are easy to list: instability in the Middle East, the Iranian nuclear program, increasing military spending in Russia, and growing tensions between China and its neighbors, which could jeopardize freedom of navigation, vital for European trade. Europe may need armed forces. But they can not be found. Http://www.ng.ru/newsng/2013-02-20/100_obzor200213.html

Maybe it’s good that they will refuse from EuroPRO .... although this is how to look.
Well, they will not spend this money on a black money hole, they will not build a useless missile defense.
Yet deploying interceptor missiles in Alaska and California with radar in Japan is a more balanced decision. In the middle and middle part of the flight, it is by itself more difficult to intercept ICBMs, but it is through the northern EU policy that most of our ICBMs will break.
It would be too early to open champagne, to evaluate the threat from such a decision has yet to be evaluated.

It will not be enough ... "The released funds, the Pentagon plans to invest in the development of the missile defense of the North American continent. In the near future, 26 more missiles will be added to the 14 GBI exospheric interceptors based at Fort Greeley in Alaska, thereby bringing the total number of interceptors to 40. With this missile defense probability of intercepting an ICBM combat block of 50%, it should be assumed that the US exosphere interception system can currently intercept 10 to 20 monoblock ballistic missiles. This small, almost imperceptible event, de facto puts one of the first last points (excuse the pun) in the history of NATO. Created in the 1940s, the alliance has clearly outlived itself: it no longer meets the interests of the United States. Recently, the United States has been extremely intensively reducing its military presence in Europe, transferring troops to the more valuable theater in the future - the Pacific Ocean. The last, in fact, stronghold of cooperation was missile defense. And this stronghold collapsed. - The policy pursued by the European Union begins to go against the interests of the United States and violate the sphere of American interests in the Middle East (the example of Libya, where the French actively entered, forcing the Americans to help themselves) In general, it seems that the time has come to finally say goodbye to NATO. Created as a counterweight to the military power of the USSR, NATO has ceased to make sense from the moment the legacy of this military power was reduced to almost zero over the past decade (2001-2010). NATO no longer makes sense for the United States, only imposing additional responsibilities on the Americans and forcing them to take into account European interests more than the United States wants. http://ppt4web.ru

          "Surrogate GBI"
In 1996, the acting head of the missile defense organization, a certain Admiral D. Richard, published a report on the website www.fas.org, which spoke of the need to create a long-range missile defense system, which could develop a speed of 7,2 km per second. The admiral spoke of the need to create on the basis of 20 Minuteman-2 ICBMs, withdrawn from service by the US Air Force SAC under the Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty, a kind of PLV (Payload Launch Vehicle) transport system.
This program was carried out and was called in the Western press "surrogate GBI". The anti-missile was created on the basis of the second and third stages of ICBMs with the inclusion in the warhead of the so-called. EKV (Exoatmospheric Kill Vehicle). The target was to be hit by a direct hit-to-kill. The program pursued the task of testing the EKV before creating a special serial anti-missile.
It should be noted that some of the Minuteman-2 missiles, converted into a two-stage HERA model with a range of up to 7000 km, are also used in other anti-missile programs - THAAD and AEGIS (Standart SM-3 anti-missile missile) - as targets for interception.
PLV with EKV was a three-stage missile defense with a length of 16,8 m, a diameter of 1,27 m and a launch weight of 12,7 tons (14 tons). The maximum flight height was to be 2000 km, firing range 5000 km. The first stage of the missile was equipped with the Alliant Tech Orion 50SXLG solid-fuel engine, the second stage of the Alliant Tech Orion 50XL, and the third stage with the interceptor is powered by the Alliant Tech Orion 38 solid propellant rocket engine.
The first missile test was carried out in January 1997, but to no avail. The second (June 1997) and third (January 1998) trials were considered very successful.
On October 3, 1999, an anti-missile missile was launched against a real target - a Minuteman-2 ICBM launched from a missile range in Vanderberg, California. In turn, the interceptor missile was launched from the Kwajalein missile defense test site, located at a distance of 4200 km from the ICBM launch site. The main focus was on the functioning of the EKV interceptor. The interception of ICBMs was carried out using data from the GPS target designation satellite. To facilitate the interception task, the ICBM warhead was equipped with a kind of "big ball" to increase the RCS. The warhead was successfully hit.
On January 18, 2000, another interceptor test was carried out, but it was unsuccessful. Subsequent tests were mostly successful, which demonstrated the technical feasibility of the idea.
Some information about the "original" GBI anti-missile has appeared in the press. It is also three-stage, equipped with solid propellants, the launch weight is 19,5 tons, the firing range is 5000 km (for comparison, we note that the 51T6 long-range intercept missile of the Moscow missile defense system had a mass of 44,5 tons, a speed of 2,6 km / s and could intercept targets at a distance of 600 km, while the target was hit by a nuclear warhead with a capacity of 5 Mt - L.N.). This, of course, is rather rough, if not clumsy, work.
The GBI-PLV anti-missile missile develops a speed of 8,3 km per second and launches an interceptor into space. When intercepting an ICBM warhead, the total speed of the EKV interceptor and the head of the ballistic missile is about 15 km / s. The target can be the size of a baseball. The newest radar target designation system and the fantastic in its characteristics the IR-seeker of the interceptor allows you to do not only without nuclear weapons, but also without conventional explosives.
The upgraded EKV (Exoatmospheric Kill Vehicle) interceptor weighs 64 kg, is equipped with an infrared guidance system ("telescope"), and has no explosives or weapons. The target is destroyed with a direct hit. The interceptor's mass and movement speed are guaranteed to destroy the ICBM warhead.

GBI + HAARP = powerful missile defense fist in Alaska.
The radiating power of the antenna system is now 3,5 megawatts (according to other sources, 10 megawatts) and, as expected, can be significantly increased. That is, in its range the radiation power of the HAARP system is already a million million times greater than that of the Sun. Moreover, HAARP antennas make it possible to focus radiation on local parts of the ionosphere, heating them to a state of high-temperature plasma.
The name of the project is like research. But it is being implemented with money from the military, and all its results have been strictly classified since the late 90s. The base is fenced in with barbed wire, the perimeter is guarded by armed marines patrols, and the airspace above the base is closed to all types of civilian and military aircraft. After the events of September 11, 2001, Patriot air defense missile systems were also hastily installed around the IAARP.
As for the military capabilities of the HAARP system, many myths are created. In particular, that it is capable of causing the destruction of ground-based infrastructure, including pipelines and power lines over large areas, as well as destroying aircraft at airfields and missiles in mines.
However, there are a number of fairly authoritative professional assessments.
For example, American scientific journals, discussing the HAARP project, have repeatedly quoted Bernard Eastlund, a well-known specialist in the physics of the magnetosphere and ionosphere. Eastlund stated: "An antenna facility in Alaska is actually a 'beam cannon' capable of destroying not only communications networks, but also missiles, airplanes, satellites, and more. Its use will inevitably entail ... climate disasters around the world, as well as deadly solar radiation. "
Russian experts believe that a "discharge" of the energy of plasmoids and ionospheric currents arising in the circumpolar regions, which can cause serious effects of "combat" use, is quite possible with the help of the directional action of HAARP antennas. Thus, they argue that the following "combat" effects are quite real:
            - complete failure of electronics and control systems for aircraft and cruise missiles;
            - blocking or complete failure of electronic systems of ballistic missiles in the accelerating (to the separation of the engine stages) and ballistic (to the separation of the separated warheads) sections of the trajectory. In particular, when launching missiles through the circumpolar zone, as well as from submarines in the waters of the Arctic Ocean.
In addition, some experts argue that with the help of systems such as HAARP, it is actually possible even to destroy some objects flying through the polar zone. But the above "non-destructive" effects are enough to assert that a very expensive "toy" in Alaska, in terms of its tasks and capabilities, goes far beyond the scope of purely "research" programs.
However, it should be recalled here once again that we are talking about impacts in the polar zone. Only where the density of auroral currents and the energy of ionospheric plasma formations are very high are the above-described "military" effects fully realized.

The greatness of our country must be restored! Our military power must instill fear and horror on the enemies, it has always been and it should be, the country that has passed through the furnace and the trials of thousands of wars is simply obliged to be a military hegemon! Remember the glory of our ancestors:
The bodies of fallen warriors are strewn with earth
They left, saving us with you.
Their ashes were sprouted with panicles of the steppe feather grass,
And souls ascended over his head.

Myself for the Russian land they are a human shield

No need to listen to anyone; the king gave the word the king took. Enough! Fucked their hypocritical promises. Gorbatom M.S. somewhere in the ear they promised that NATO would not expand, well, not funny? Today they are actively transferring everything to ships, for example, donate money to them in Poland and Romania. A ship can be brought ashore for 200 miles without breaking anything. TTX interceptors allows them to do this. This is not a victory for Russia, but another Amer’s trick to force Russia to reduce its strategic nuclear forces again. If Putin would do this (although he himself has repeatedly stated that this cannot be done, because apart from this, we simply do not have any security guarantees and will not appear soon) the price is worthless. We must develop and strengthen our forces at the borders, be it Europe or the Far East. In fact, it’s good that they place their own anti-missile defense system on their territory and claim it, Europe remains the object of the game, and the smaller the US presence there as a very strong opponent, the easier it is for Russia to regain its position in Europe. The question of non-deployment of missile defense is not worth it, it’s easier to deal with national missile defense than global, if only because it’s easier to split and confuse the ranks of opponents and engage in political-territorial bargaining, if the enemy invests heavily in the territory, then it’s very bargaining it will be difficult, IMHO I think the possibility of a direct war between Russia and the United States is zero, and there will always be tension.
After all, we are still hindered by the INF Treaty, it would still be possible to eliminate it, since it is too costly to restrain closer "partners" with intercontinental missiles.

American Aegis cruisers will completely replace ground-based missile defense systems. The United States has 18 of them and is planning to build more. In addition, the deployment of ground-based missile defense elements in Alaska is directly directed against Russia's strategic nuclear missiles, since their flight trajectories lie over Alaska. So, the American statement about the refusal of the 4th stage of the deployment of the euro missile defense system is nothing more than lulling Russia, in anticipation of the upcoming reduction of American and Russian strategic nuclear forces. But so far it has not been specifically announced where the elements of the Far Eastern missile defense system will be deployed, they can be located in South Korea or in Japan.

And they were not only puzzled - "The development of the R-36 strategic missile system with the 8K69 orbital missile based on the 8K67 intercontinental ballistic missile was set by the Decree of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the USSR Council of Ministers of April 16, 1962. The creation of the rocket and the orbital block was entrusted to OKB-586 (now Design Bureau "Yuzhnoye"; Chief Designer M.K. Yangel), rocket engines - OKB-456 (now NPO Energomash; Chief Designer V.P. Glushko), control system - NII-692 (now Design Bureau "Khartron"; Chief designer V.G.Sergeev), command instruments - NII-944 (now NIIKP; Chief Designer V.I.Kuznetsov). The combat launch complex was developed in KBSM under the leadership of Chief Designer E.G. Rudyak. In December 1962 it was completed preliminary design, and in 1963 the development of technical documentation and the manufacture of prototypes of the rocket began.Flight tests were completed on May 20, 1968. Adopted by the USSR Government decree of November 19, 1968. The first and only regiment with orbital rockets 8K69 took up combat duty on August 25, 1969. at NIIP-5. The regiment deployed 18 launchers.
Orbital missiles 8K69 were removed from combat duty in January 1983. in connection with the conclusion of the Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty (SALT-2), which stipulated a ban on such systems. Later, on the basis of the 8K69 rocket, the Cyclone family of launch vehicles was created.
NATO code - SS-9 Mod 3 "Scarp"; in the United States, it also had the designation F-1-r. Orbital missiles, compared to ballistic ones, provide the following advantages:
      - unlimited flight range, allowing to hit targets inaccessible to ballistic intercontinental missiles;
      - the possibility of hitting the same target from two mutually opposite directions, which forces a potential enemy to create an anti-missile defense from at least two directions and spend much more funds. For example, the defensive line from the north - "Safeguard", cost the US tens of billions of dollars;
      - shorter flight time of the orbital warhead compared to the time of flight of the warhead of ballistic missiles (when launching an orbital rocket in the shortest direction);
      - the impossibility of predicting the area of the drop in the combat charge of the OGCH when moving on the orbital site; http: //nuclearno.ru/text.asp? 13037

In Europe, they can integrate existing radars of NATO + countries on the basis of AEGIS, and new ones can be built. Let's say the countries of Turkey, Germany, Norway. As if they would set up radars similar to Voronezh for themselves, they can shoot down Berkeley. With their number of missile defense destroyers, they can organize, under the guise of exercises or something else, constant watch in the Baltic and Mediterranean Sea.

Perhaps the Americans simply postponed the issue of Euro missile defense and are waiting for the development of new systems that will be effective against our new missiles.

We, they say, refused the 4th stage, and the rest of the stages, God willing, will realize - without panic, Romanian brothers! no panic, brothers Poles! ..
Strange situation. It's like building a house without a foundation, but start right away from the first floor. The Amer understands that at one time they "froze stupidity" and now they are trying not to lose face - to minimize this project? Apparently some serious reasons, there is no money (really), the defense strategy was not correct or the enemy from "the other side crept up". From any side, for us, any changes in the project are in our favor, let them rush and bustle (spend money and sow nervousness in their ranks). wink

The usual change of some kind of priorities for a while. At the moment, the United States has shifted its focus to providing protection against a very possible missile strike from North Korea or less, but also a very possible strike from China.
But on the whole, they are unlikely to give up their intentions to neutralize such attacks as Russian Poplars and other "commercial timber" at the initial stages of their trajectories. It will be more difficult, if not impossible, at the end of the route. And the main feature of US strategists is to provide themselves with maximum advantages in peacetime so that in wartime (God forbid) the head is smaller.
Yes, and to knock out money for a specific threat is still easier than for a theoretical one. And the fact that it will be possible to acquire this money can then be redeployed and redirected.

    Contra and Pro

Here is Latin - they looked into the water,
    What smart people were.
    Nature repeats.
"Contra" is against. For - there is a "pro"!

    ABM - around our border
    Idiot provocateur
    Tends to aggravate -
    Your old junk is "Patriot".

    Your stations horizons
You will be shown only "zero"
    Because our "contra"
    Stronger than your missile defense.

    And harsh Russia
Decide on the order - "Hit!"
Once you asked for a start
    From "Koalas" and "Poplar".

Our missile defense - come up with NATO,
    How do you call again
    New "A - one hundred and thirty-fifth"
Our "Cupid", maybe - "Don't touch"!

Meet us with bread and salt
All friends, but there is a kalach -
    We offer with love
To you in transcription - "Dont touch!"

    West! Forty-fifth in May
    They believed in good together.
    What makes you so apart
To be you "contra" and not "pro"?

The more enticing the initiatives of the Americans, the more alarming. With the hope of the wisdom of our authorities.

One gets the impression that this was yet another attempt at divorce to drag us into a new round of the arms race similar to the Reagan SDI. Effectively not effective - what a .... difference. The main thing is to master the loot! But ours were not led and the amers had to be blown away ... good

Perhaps you are right that the Americans failed to drag Russia into a new arms race. But as they say, we don’t wash with skating. I assure you THEY will come up with something. Due to his serious illness, which is expressed by countless phobias fool and manias wassat , characteristic only of Americans.

You, the world's bankrupt robbers, are finished a long time ago. You are quietly but inexorably moving towards your natural and inevitable end. And eventually fall apart.
And I, like so many others, really hope that I will see it myself.

Cold War II is far from over. The USSR had only one move. But the chess game, as always in world history, will be ours, the Russians.
And we will definitely come back for ours, for what we lost in the 90s.

The article is certainly interesting. Here you need to understand that the Americans will not be able to (further) control areas that are particularly dangerous for themselves. Their, so to speak, LINE OF DEFENSE stretches out like a national debt. Do you know what happens if you stretch a plastic bag? That's right, HOLES! It is necessary to strengthen military potential and plan the geopolitical disposition. Secure yourself to the top and be ready to....to attack. soldier

The weather is rubbish, business is closed,
    The bank account was seized
The wallet was stolen, the world is in crisis,
The kitchen faucet is leaking again.
The collector hums day and night,
The cell phone died and there is no money,
    Sent by tax inspector
There's a fiery hello in the envelope...
The last socks are worn out,
The umbrella is broken, the country is a mess,
Friends arrived at the wrong time...
Neighbor is a goat, partner -
Pants - with a stain from "Ariel",
The wife left for her lover.
And soon - the first of April...
TO THE FUCK WITH IT, IF IT IS NOT A WAR!
