After this kind of initiative was voiced by the heads of those universities that have military departments, the public split into two opposing camps. Some began to speak like this: they say you are right. Let these "officers", on whom the state spends hundreds of thousands of rubles, at least 9 months sniff powder, but then some kind of laughter: the university prepares lieutenants who have not been a day in the army. Shame! ..
Others talked about the fact that the triple recruitment of future officers to the army in the army is the top counterproductiveness.
