Voenkor: The Russian Armed Forces have completely established control over Novokalinovo on the Avdeevsky sector of the front
8
Units of the 132nd Gorlovka Brigade of the 1st Army Corps of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation today finally took control of the settlement of Novokalinovo. This was reported by the WarGonzo Telegram channel of war correspondent Semyon Pegov.
As it became known, as a result of the assault on the populated area, our fighters managed to drive the enemy out of Novokalinovo. Now Russian military personnel continue to clear the territory of the settlement, but Ukrainian militants, apparently, are no longer here, at least in the form of organized groups.
The liberation of Novokalinovo opens the way to the neighboring settlement of Arkhangelskoye. Now Russian troops are already advancing towards Arkhangelskoye, but the capture of Novokalinovo allows our army to advance from the south-eastern direction. This, in turn, creates serious risks for the Ukrainian group of troops in Arkhangelsk, since our units will storm the populated area from several directions at once.
Let us note that it was to the village of Arkhangelskoye that the Ukrainian formations, previously located in Ocheretino, withdrew. This settlement was also liberated by Russian troops a little earlier.
Thus, our troops are demonstrating impressive successes in the Avdeevsky sector of the front, and the enemy does not have the ability to withstand the onslaught of the Russian Armed Forces in this direction for a long time.
