“Our response can only be asymmetrical”: the deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council spoke about the US confiscation of Russian assets

The Russian Federation will not be able to respond to the confiscation of its assets in the United States in the same way due to the lack of a significant amount of American government property. Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev wrote about this in his Telegram channel.

But the absence of US government property on Russian territory does not mean that we cannot respond to these hostile actions of the American side in any other way, the Russian politician emphasized.

The answer can only be asymmetrical. By the way, it’s not a fact that it will be less painful. We are talking about foreclosure, for example by court decision, on the property of private individuals located in the jurisdiction of Russia

- wrote the deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.

According to Medvedev, this will not be an easy decision, since American entrepreneurs working in Russia and having property here were investors and invested their money in the development of our economy. Moscow guaranteed the inviolability of their private property.

Medvedev notes that Russian legislation has a retorsion mechanism. Thus, according to Article 1194 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the country can establish restrictions (retorsion) of the property and personal property rights of foreign citizens. But the legislation, the politician emphasizes, will still have to be slightly adjusted.

Ah, you are one of those who collects all sorts of rumors and other nonsense from tynets. otherwise I was glad that they actually did something. The Japanese didn’t leave Sakhalin anywhere, they clipped the wings of a couple of charagas, but they didn’t do anything to the whales, they just changed the form of ownership and remained shareholders in the projects and still bring oil and gas to them at great prices. It's already started! Putin signed a decree on the transfer of Ariston company assets to Gazprom divisions. And Ariston is also BOSCH and Siemens.

Moscow. April 27. INTERFAX.RU - Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said that the Russian Ambassador will be summoned to his ministry in connection with the transfer of the Russian subsidiary Ariston to the temporary management of the Gazprom group company - Gazprom Household Systems JSC.

“I instructed the secretary general of the ministry to call the Russian Ambassador to Italy. Our government demands clarification about nationalization (...) We are working on this issue with Brussels and Germany,” Italian media quoted Tajani as saying on Saturday.

The day before it was reported that the Russian subsidiaries of Ariston and Bosch were transferred to the temporary management of the Gazprom group company - Gazprom Household Systems JSC. The corresponding decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated April 26, 2024 No. 294 was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

We are talking about 100% in Ariston Thermo Rus LLC, owned by Ariston Holding NV, and BSH Household Appliances LLC, owned by BSH Hausgerate GmbH.

Squeeze business from the foreigners who remain here

How is that? Kiso is an insult? This is how they carry water to the offended.

It is possible and necessary to overcome anything in the regime of counter-sanctions. And as fiercely as possible. So that those offended in their homeland in the lobbying format will gnaw the throats of politicians to the backbone for trying to squeeze out ours.

Well, NWO will someday end with our victory. And the offended people will really, really want to come back to us, because such huge markets are not lying around on the road. And then, for the entrance ticket, they charge exorbitant prices - as if they were agents of hostile countries.

Do you think the products from this will remain on the shelves of our stores? Or is there an adequate replacement?

The first time I heard about this company from you, I had to google what kind of vegetable it was.
Of course, it would be better to squeeze everything out of them to the maximum, in the mode of counter-sanctions.

And here’s some advice for you: get a summer house and make vegetable rolls in the fall to the best of your ability. We have been doing this for a long time and look at canned food from the store as canned food from the store.
However, if your arms grow below your back - my sympathy - you really can’t live without a banduel.

Advice to you: before you push the buttons, think a little, where, for example, 12 million will Moscow start dachas? I also suggest you think about how you will send canned vegetables from your dacha to the Northern Military District soldiers...

The French company Bonduelle got into a scandal in Ukraine and was forced to deny support for the Russian army.
This happened after information appeared in one of the Telegram channels that Russian soldiers on the front line received food packages from the Eurasian office of the company with wishes for victory, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

If instead of a head you have what everyone else has below their back, I’m not to blame and I don’t sympathize))) You wouldn’t be anywhere without a flying hat.

where, for example, 12 million. Moscow will start dachas?

“We are unlearning to speak for everyone.” However, looking at the Moscow suburbs from the train window, many people have dachas. But mom’s little pie doesn’t have a summer house, so he eats what they feed him.
How will you send canned vegetables to the Northern Military District soldiers from your dacha?

The idea is good, but you will have to look for acreage somewhere, set up a plant, etc. I simply don't have that much money. Therefore, I will continue to cooperate with Splav.

As for supplies to the Northern Military District from Banduel, if you look hard enough, they will also be found in the French rations supplied to our enemies. Such is the specificity of its products.
Nuida - this company publicly denied supplies to the RF Armed Forces. This is already a good reason to unscrew her peas.

Well, that is. Don't you need Renault, Toyota, Mitsubishi? Do you need a Lada Vesta for 2 million, and a UAZ Patriot for 2,8 million? Don't you need food? For example, chicken eggs for incubation are from the EU. There are very few of our own. The same with the seed fund, the same with the breeding stock for farms.

laughing And who values us so much? Yes, others have already arrived - the Chinese. But unlike Renault, Toyota, Nissan, they are in no hurry to build their factories here. And I already spoke about prices, which have more than doubled, even for OUR vases. But the most interesting thing is that these connoisseurs of US, the Chinese, sell cars here, but the spare parts are a complete problem. They don’t provide catalogs; it’s impossible to select an AC by VIN number. I smashed the car's face a little, that's all, it's just totaled. Do not repair. These are our connoisseurs.
I don’t justify the Westerners who started all this. But the idiots are even more annoying. There is and cannot be anything good from their departure. So we are also going to freeze our own ears to spite our grandmother. And all because our brilliant rulers did not bother preserving our assets before the start of the Northern Military District. But you keep throwing your caps into the air and showing Kuzka’s mother to everyone. Soon we’ll get back on our bikes and switch to buckwheat and pasta. In general, everything is healthy lifestyle!)))

I imagine that if our grandfathers had not fought with the Germans, but had surrendered the country to them so they could drive Mercedes, then where would their grandchildren be now and would they really need that Renault with the Volks?

assets are always located in the country in which currencies are invested. You cannot keep your dollars outside the USA (except in cash) because these are just numbers in a computer that is physically located in the territory of the country issuing the currency. So all non-cash yuan are on a computer in China and cannot be located outside of China, the same goes for the dollar, euro and other currencies. Why the fright, the metropolis needs to keep its money in the colony. This was never the case, but it was the other way around. Citizen Medvedev does not want to ask citizen Nabiulina why she squandered the Motherland’s money and is still inactive, and threatened to drag her Western partners through the courts. Russia still pays colonial tribute, no matter how the chief intelligence officer scares the Satanists with “red lines” and “strikes on decision-making centers.”

How do you propose to keep euros and dollars in Russia?

Why keep them? They should have been introduced into the economy, real import substitution should have been carried out, and not profanity and primitive window dressing on TV. Buy something needed when something else was being sold to Russia. But Nabiulina’s owners do not live in Russia, so she does not work for Russia.

alas, it doesn’t work like that ((((and you’re absolutely right about Nabiulina and the problem is that she’s not the only one. Shoigu is from the same series. And these are only the key ones, and this riffraff is also arranged in small things for the industry slowing down their development and pushing them out of there is a very difficult task

A little less than 100 years ago it was shown HOW it works if you want to WORK...

and if you only want to tell fables about galoshes and quote Ilyin, then, of course, NOTHING will work for you

The Russian Federation will not be able to respond to the confiscation of its assets in the United States in the same way due to the lack of a significant amount of American government property. Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev wrote about this in his Telegram channel.

Of course it can’t - just not Russia, but the Kremlin (and the entire Security Council of the Russian Federation)
We thought about setting up a pension fund in the USA in advance, but it won’t work out that way.
Earn the opportunity to retire in the USA.

Maybe we should hang those who placed our assets in the States, with confiscation?

In our case, slightly adjusting the legislation is not a problem, hehe..
The blush of embarrassment on the chubby cheeks is clearly faked here. We already went over this during the penny change. age and “amendments” to the constitution.
Another thing is that the foreign ones will not “chew” their own. Courts-there-courts, so to speak. Stripes won't just give up theirs.
